“I made an order with two pre sale items in there. No information was given after the order as far as when those items would be shipped, that’s fine. The third item that wasn’t even pre sale didn’t ship until those other two items, that was also fine. I then noticed the pre sale items were available on the website they were for sale, I sent an email inquiring for a tracking number, no response. I sent a second email, no response. I sent a third email, no response. I sent a direct message on Instagram, no response. I even went as far as emailing Liz, no response. I placed a new order for cowboy boots that shipped quickly and without issue. After that, I inquired again about my missing order, no response. But one of the pre sale items did ship, again the item that was not a pre sale item still has not shipped. No email has ever been responded to, I asked to return the cowboy boots as I’d like to not continue the support of this company, I understand no monetary refund will be given but that has not been addressed either. I have a beautiful purple dress from y’all that I receive tons of compliments on, I’ve recommended y’all to a ton of people and it’s a shame this has happened. I’d love to cancel the other two missing items if possible to not have to maintain this any longer if possible.”

“I did a pre order, and when I got these lovely boots (on time), I can’t get my feet past the heel cup. Now, I won’t say anything about quality of the boot- because they look lovely and I would love to wear them, especially since they should fit my calves; however, I contacted customer service about returning them (because, let’s be honest, they’re a bit pricy) and I have received no response. It’s been over 10 days, and I’m just wondering how else I can contact someone about returning these boots. They’re super popular, and since I haven’t even been able to get my foot in them, I’m sure there are others out there who would love the pair that I can’t wear.”

“Love this company. I have loved all of the clothes and shoes I have purchased. Their boots are of great quality. Their dresses are amazing. I purchase from this company every other month and will be coming back for a long time. Word of advice, pay attention to shipping speed. Processing alone is 10-14 days without anything being a preorder so you won't be getting anything in the first 2 weeks unless you pay extra, so just make sure you understand their process time before you order and complain. I will be shopping with them for a long time.”

“The customer service is terrible. I bought over $200 worth of stuff that I am unable to return. I did not realize that I couldn’t return it when I bought it and I wouldn’t have bought it if I couldn’t return it. This is the last time I will buy from this company. It’s absolutely ridiculous.”
