“I love Southern Fried chics boutique I have been a frequent shopper with them online for a couple of years now. My favorite items from SFC have been my pairs of gypsy lane boots and booties, the glitter bomb sneakers, and a number of dresses and earrings. I also loveeee my graphic tees, my only complaint with the tees is that I wish there was a different fit available that was more slender of a tee, more fitted and with slightly shorter sleeves but with all the same options for the graphic. The tees run a little large in my opinion and are mostly designed to tie at the bottom, but this doesn't always look too good depending on how you're trying to wear your outfit. I also wished SFC had cuter options for jeans.”

“Can’t review anything as I’ve never received any of it!! Placed order on Nov 18th. Shipped first part Dec. Been sitting at same place (Hub) since Dec 8 in Illinois, That’s 14 days it has been sitting there. Have emailed your company twice with no response. I did make contact with someone last Thursday who told me the exact thing I could see on my tracking and told me I’d receive it.. Nothing! Still same issue.. sitting in Illinois awaiting pickup from somebody. Called once, yesterday actually left voicemail about situation, still no phone call back. This was a Christmas present that’s not going to make it and I was told would be here before Christmas back at the end of November when I emailed checking on status as to when it was going to even ship! Have filed dispute with PayPal, still no response from your company and now have escalated the issue and filed a claim for my money to be refunded. Poor customer service!! First and last time I will order from this company.”

“I was not please with the inability to connect with a person via phone on the delay if my package. Every correspondent had to be placed in an email cue, where I waited for a response late into the evening or next day. Once contacted, Southern Fried Chic was unable to give me a UPS tracking number ( perhaps that was on UPS’ end). Once shipment arrived, open package to a crushed hat. Very disappointed.”

“Super bummed because this is such a cute company. I ordered for the first time in November and it took 3 weeks for my glitter bomb shoes to come in…in the wrong size!!!! I contacted customer service to see what my options were (hoping to refund the shoes because they took forever and were the wrong size) but instead of asking they automatically sent me the right size and said I needed to return the wrong size — what a hassle!! And guess what… the right size (9) is too small. I wear 8.5-9. Frustrated and disappointed! This has been a month long ordeal. Won’t be ordering from them again.”
