I have so many dresses from SFC. They always seem to fit my body great. Perfect for a regular woman's body. And it helps with having different models with different bodies !

Love this company! So many quality pieces at affordable prices. Have bought a few pairs of boots that fit wide calves, and I’ve never been able to find that before. Love the curvy girl selection!

Been trying for 2 weeks to get help with no response for broken & missing items and damaged shipping box that was not appropriately packaged. I've always had a good response from previous orders, but not this time. And I still haven't received half my order from the end of November. Just very frustrating. Can someone, anyone help? I've sent emails, SMS messages, text messages, chats through the app and even messaged Liz via Instagram. No response from anyone! What will it take to get a response? I don't want to put this out on the internet or your pages. Someone please get back to me with a resolution. And I can't respond on the mystery bags because they were all dumped onto the one inappropriately packaged / unsecured box. So without knowing what was in each bag I can't review it. ☹️😳😱 And I have an item missing from the box. (I'm sure someone is enjoying the missing dress somewhere, but it somewhere I'm not). Also would love to wear the necklace I received that was broken/ damaged but then again no response from you guys. The box was so late in arriving I had to wear other items to my events since my SFC's arrived after the events. So I can't comment on the other items since I haven't worn them yet. I'm sure this is not the kind of review you wanted but I need to be honest it's not what I'm used to from you all either. And I know it is challenging with the holidays and all but if no one is going to be available to respond you should set up voicemail, emails and other data to alert people that it will be after the holidays that you will get back to them. Not just leave them hanging and frustrated for this length of time. Again can someone, anyone get back to me about the issues I'm having? Now it's escalated because I still haven't received the other half of an order from over a month ago and no the items are not on preorder. I ordered boots from them and they were a great price and shipped quickly. They're perfect. I'm so thankful they offer cute boots for wide calf. Will order from them again.

I made 2 orders back to back with Southern Fried Chics. I had never purchased before from these gals so I was a bit skeptical buttt OMG who couldn't resist those amazing fun boots!!! I received both my packages pretty quick! When I opened the first box, it was like sweet baby Jesus was in there, fireworks came out, bright beautiful lights....OMGGG I was in LOVE!!! All 4 pair of my boots were even more gorgeous in person!!! And they all fit amazing!!!!! Not only will I be purchasing more in the future, I'm going to tell all my friends, neighbors and strangers to shop her!!! Love you guys!!!!

Horrible customer service. Very slow to respond. Sold me sold out items and didnt tell me they were sold out until almost two months after. Only received a refund for 1 of the 2 items. Still trying to get refunded for the other item. Its been a couple months and I still have not completed this order. I received my boots after almost three months but still trying to get my refund for my other two items. My experience has been horrible and I will never shop here again and I will not recommend it to anyone else either.

very simply put ..you suck..no customer service at all..i have tried for over a week to get some help with an item i do not want and cannot get any help no matter what i try. My only resolve will be to get the charge for the boots reversed and whenever you offices can get off their asses and respond to me maybe can figure out where to return the boots too..That’s my review. I will never buy from you again and will pass the word how lousy your company is when needed. Kreg S.

The boots are pretty but it stinks that I got them on sale and I am unable to return them as they are too tight around my ankle and toes. It is a narrow fit. Now I'm stuck with boots I can't wear.

My first order from southern fried chicks was a pair of boots. The quality of the boots appeared to be great, but sadly they do not fit true to size. I wear an 11 and these seemed to fit more like a size 10 or 10 1/2. The website should state they run small. This will most likely be my first and last order from your site. I am highly disappointed with the return policy. I have to pay almost $8 to return a pair of boots that are not sized properly and then pay a restocking fee on top of that. I believe that is unfair due to the sizing of the shoe being out of my control. If they would have fit like a true 11 I would have gladly kept the boots.

I love the products but the customer service is a huge problem. I usually love ordering from here but lately they've decided to not ship one of my orders and ignore all messages when I try to contact them. I'm not the only one. There are plenty of comments from customers on Facebook and reviews that have the same issue; SFC not answering them about why orders haven't shipped. I placed an order on 11-23-22 and haven't heard a peep about when my order might ship or what the delay is. I've placed orders after this one and have recieved those items already. I initially reached out on 12-20-22 with no response. I've tried everything; emailing, messaging on FB, leaving comments on Instagram, on the FB Boutique page as well as the FB VIP page. I've called but it only goes to voicemail. I've even gone as far as commenting on the CEO Liz Ross' Instagram just in hopes that would do something, but no. Nothing. This is the worst customer service. Makes me never want to purchase from them again out of fear that I might not get my order and not be able to get in touch with anyone about it. Which really sucks.

I really enjoyed busting from this company but my package was lost and they never responded to the multiple emails I sent. I’m disappointed they never reached out and I won’t be buying from them again.

I have placed a few orders and have been pleased with the quality of the stuff but the customer service when reaching out has not been the best, was extremely disappointed after receiving the wrong shirt, especially when I waited six weeks to receive it, I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service after multiple attempts and that was over 7 days ago and still no response.

I’ve never had any issues ordering from here. I bought boots and outfits. The delivery time is always on time and quicker than expected. I adore this place and will continue to shop here. 10/10

I ordered bogo boots on 12/4 - only one pair came in. - called Customer service and sent web form on 12/21, no response to date. My second order was 2 pairs of boots advertised as suede but was not and one pair is defective. I emailed Customer service on 12/27, no response to date. I requested a return as well but was denied on 12/29. This order also had a squash blossom necklace that I discovered came in broken on 12/31. I emailed customer service about the necklace on 12/31 and no response to date. I am very disappointed in my SFC experience thus far and I would be very hard pressed to spend another dollar with SFC based on their lack of responsiveness, poor quality of products and misrepresentation of products in their marketing.
