My flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata at 18.00 was cancelled and I was moved to a flight 10 hours earlier at 8.00 in the morning. It was not possible for me to go then and I had to book a flight with another airline. On their website it is promised that a full refund would be paid to the same credit card that I used to pay. When I asked for my refund I was told that they only pay it to a Indian bank account. As a non Indian I do not have that. So I never received the refund.

Flight number SG510 from Srinagar to Mumbai on 6th June 2024. It was a worst experience. Flight was at 6.40pm which was delayed then cancelled and rescheduled for next day. No compensation. No service. Worst experience. No cooperation from staff. So many families stranded at the airport with elderly people, kids. No help from any staff member No customer service reachable. Please don’t take SpiceJet flights as each and every flight is delayed. Will never travel by SpiceJet nor will ever recommend to anyone. Also while travelling from Mumbai to Srinagar, there was a delay of more than 3 hours.

One of the worst airline. I will recommend to spend a little extra and get a different flight ticket. Because you will just waste your time with spice jet

On 1st June while traveling from Dubai to Mumbai from Spicejet flight SG 14, our luggage was left behind by the airlines at the Dubai airport. The luggage was supposed to be collected by us from the airport but the airlines sent the baggage at home. On receiving the baggage half of the items from the suitcase was stolen. On calling the airlines staff there was no response to our calls neither was any reply given on mail as well. The things stolen from the baggage had valuables like perfumes, expensive tshirts, baby clothes and bags. We had a terrible Experience flying with Spice jet also no support or guidance is given by any of the staff. This was our last flight by Spice jet. Requesting people to think twice about the security of your luggage before travelling through spice jet.

Worst ground staffs , they don't even have the manner to talk. We pay for the transportation and other services , they are not worth of spending your money and I would never recommend anyone to travel from spicejet.

I was travelling from Bagdogra to Banglore on SG8896 as i reached 30min before that their ground staff talk to me very rudely and didn't accept my baggage and they charged me ₹4200 for that baggage try to train your staff properly very worst staff and service

If you don't have an option and even truck drivers deny the service, then opt for spicejet otherwise don't even think of booking this flight, it's a plight. Their executives at IGI T3 airport Delhi seem almost high on weed and make you more frustrated when the flight is canceled. Spicejet is a nightmare and even if yiu are getting a free ticket, never go with them.

We have checked in for Spicejet SG3780 from Tezpur to Kolkata, holding our boarding passes and waiting for the flight in the forward lounge. Now your ground staff are informing that the flight has been cancelled due to some technical reason. We are from Kolkata and have no residence at Tezpur to stay for. We have many kids and senior citizens along with us. A cyclone is going on outside. In this situation how could a responsible airiline company, leave us like like this with out any substitute arrangements.

Spice is the worst airlines I have ever travelled through. I did web check in and made payment for a window seat and was allotted one. But when I went to check in my luggage they told me they don’t have any record of my payment, I showed them the records and the seat I was allotted but they did not consider. They had no regards to the inconvenience I was having, I was ultimately alloted a middle seat which I was trying to avoid from the beginning. I am never gonna travel through spicejet and I would recommend the same for all. I have never had such bad experience with any other airlines ever.

Spice Jet is the worst airlines ever. My grandparents who are 75+ were traveling from Bagdogra to Guwahati yesterday. It was supposed to fly at 6:30 but got delayed and due to bad weather got diverted to Kolkata later on. You guys kept the passengers inside the plane in Kolkata for 3-4 hours and just gave them 2 packets biscuits each? Never flying Spicejet again.

Spice Jet are the most shameless airline operator bringing huge disrepute to the Indian aviation industry. In fact, rather than classifying them as airline company they should be put together with unethical and shameless looters who don't hesitate to behave like rogues -the reason I say so is as follows: 1. They will attract you by putting up the cheapest fare because they know they can extract more once you have taken the bait 2. Unfortunately, it took me 4-5 flights to realise what a sham operator they are, on most occasions they will change their flight schedule last moment, cancel or run late 3. Even if they run late by more than 3 hours don't even except a bottle of water from them 4. Worst, they look for loopholes to fleece you.. like they will start boarding very late and then charge you extra cabin baggage, extra laptop bag. Even if you don't have any luggage and ask them that I want to put my bag in luggage, they will say luggage check-in is closed 5. Meanwhile you will lose all the time because of the bad behaviour of their employees who are well trained to behave badly. So once they have got kore money they may even say you are now late to board!! 6. Their flight attendants and ground staffs are rowdy, ready to pick a fight with you... extremely low quality people work with them as they don't even pay their staff on time 7. On boarding you will realise, AC system is not working that's because they keep their engine turned off to last minute while they keep you seated in a stuffed manner 8. Aircraft are poorly maintained, broken parts, loose seats are a common phenomenon! 9. Most undertrained pilots who risk your life - maximum turbulence, sudden height loss and especially on landing you will feel as if the entire aircraft has been suddenly dumped on the runway!! 10. Customers for them are a joke There are lot more but I can't waste more time for such a company. Unfortunately, the regulators in India are turning a blind eye on this disgraceful company and risking lives of people. My only advice, don't fall for saving 500-800 bucks, and only book yourself on a decent flight, but if you don't believe me then please go and experience the red hot spicy hospitality of Spice Jet!!

I flew from Dubai to Amritsar at 1st may , flight is good but I disappointed from staff they doesn’t care the customer things. Luggage Assist Service was so poor ,they people broken my luggage as well wheels, when i seen my luggage like this condition same time i went to customs care there also no one present on desk. I was waiting there half an hour on customer desk finally i tired there to looking someone who will help .. it was very bad experience in my life . Next time i will never choose this flight…

Everyone knows the reputation spicejet has. I chose to ignore it and had booked a round trip with spicejet Hyderabad - Chennai. On my flight to Chennai, I had a terrible experience. The flight was already delayed by an hour. I did not have a checkin bag, and only had cabin. I was asked to pay 1800rs extra for my laptop bag. I've never faced this with any other airline. They waited for the flight checkin to close to start checking the bags. I was forced to pay the full amount, but they gave a discount for the passenger who came after me. Not fair. During the takeoff, the engine (and in turn the AC) was turned on in the last moment to save fuel. Even after landing, as we were waiting for 10 minutes to find a place to deboard, the engine was turned off to save fuel. The flying experience was also not good, a bathroom door that kept making noise in the air - it was loose I guess. It's really surprising that spicejet is still operating. Coming to my return flight (at 8:45am), I was hoping it would be smooth. But again, just at the time of checking in my baggage (7:35am), I get message that the flight has been rescheduled to 12noon. Upon checking with the staff they said the flight was supposed to come from Ahmedabad to Chennai, before going to Hyderabad, but due to technical reasons got sent back mid way. Even the 12noon was just an estimate and it can get delayed further. There was no other airline having a flight earlier than that too. And obviously now with higher prices since it's last minute. But anyways I took this as a punishment for booking Spicejet. Took a full refund (which is pennies compared to the fare of my new booking and the cab from and to the airport again) and booked with a different airline. I chose to ignore the other reviews, I hope you don't. Spicejet was bad, is bad and will be bad. I don't see how one can trust their life on Spicejet when they're this unreliable.

It is worst, they don't accomodate students baggage request. Flights are always delayed which they'll inform in sets of 30-30 min so they don't lose the passengers. Worst service ever.

I recently flew with SpiceJet SG-54 on 1st April 2024 from DXB to CCJ and unfortunately encountered an issue with missing hand bag inside the flight. Despite reporting the issue immediately upon arrival, I was disappointed with the lack of action taken by the airline to address the situation. Upon landing, I promptly notified SpiceJet staff about the missing luggage, providing all necessary details. However, I was dismayed by the lack of communication and follow-up from the airline regarding the status of my luggage. As a customer, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it's essential for airlines to prioritize customer service and take proactive steps to resolve such issues. Unfortunately, my experience with SpiceJet fell short in this regard. I urge SpiceJet to improve its baggage handling procedures and enhance communication with passengers regarding luggage issues. It's crucial for airlines to demonstrate accountability and provide timely updates to affected customers. I hope that by sharing my experience, SpiceJet will take necessary steps to address the underlying issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

SpiceJet is the worst airline in the world. My last 5 spicejet experiences. 1 flight cancellation, 1 airport change, 3 flights depart delayed twice to thrice. SpiceJet interior experience is worst, their on-ground services are pathetic. Their customer service is unresponsive. Their timeliness is the worst. They are just liars, and won't even care about customer grievances. Please avoid this worst service provider if possible.
