Worst experience all the times I hoped it would improve but no Very unkept, unclean , rude staff I would recommend not to ever travel through this

The flight was delayed by nearly 6 hours! Instead of reaching home by 10:30 pm, got home at 3:30 am! Pathetic!!

Very bad experience with Spicejet flight, I have booked ticket for DXB to Amritsar, flight timing was 3AM in the morning but flight time scheduled 4 times and after that Bording gate also chage 4 times. It's very disappointing, I would suggest never travel with Spicejet...

Extremely bad experience. Travelling with my parents who are senior citizens and my 5 year old child, I almost fainted to keep pace with their continuous change of boarding gates and lack of announcement. The time and date changed four times in one day. How they think old people can shift gates at this random change. This is complete harrasment.

I have booked my flights from spicejet and now they ae canceling both two way flights. Now because of there issue i am getting high price flights from other airlines as my trip dates are near , so to book other flight on short notice its high amount we need to pay. spice jet should do booking for us as its issue from there end

Very rude behaviour of the staff . Not interested to hear anything. Charging unprofessionally for extra weight. Just looting Indian citizen. Will never fly with SpiceJet. Very disappointed service.

We have booked tickets for portblair and flight delayed by 3 and half an hour very disappointed and customer service is not good they won't respond properly, compare to the whole journey in my life this is the worst decision I have made. Please opt for indigo the best air line for domestic.

Very bad service and always delayed flight if you book round trip. Staff behavior is very rude and no supportive staff. There is only option for one star otherwise I will go with 100% minus star. There is many abuse words for Spice jet but you can give reply with your own history so everyone can understand.

I have booked a flight one months back but they have cancelled the flight.. it's ok I managed it and reschedule again later on they cancelled the flight.. what a disgusting service by spicejet if they can't manage then why they are taking bookings I don't understand.. at last I try to refund there is showing refund is not allowed...wtf spicejet

5 hrs delay, date of travel 25 Aug 24 Delhi to Kolkata flight no 8174 Rude staff, bad service,no refreshment, no supporting attitude. Fighting and bad mouth with passengers .Glimpses at the airport shared

Flight from Kolkata to Bagdogra. SAPTARA was the name of the staff. I am convinced that SpiceJet is running a scam, and I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of your ground staff. They seemed well-trained to extract every penny from customers, with no regard for basic hospitality. Your airline needs drastic improvements in all aspects. 1 star is extremely generous for the ridiculous amount of money that was exploited from me.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had while traveling with your airline. I have been a frequent domestic flyer, but this incident was one of the worst I have encountered. Firstly, my flight, scheduled for 6:00 AM, was delayed, and there was no prior notification. Despite arriving at the airport at 5:00 AM, neither I nor other passengers received an explanation, nor did the airport manager offer an apology. In fact, I was treated rudely when I tried to inquire about the delay. Secondly, during the boarding process, I was carrying a hand luggage of 6 kg and a laptop bag weighing 3 kg. Instead of advising me to check the luggage in, the staff member seemed more focused on charging me for excess baggage. Even after I requested leniency, given my frequent travel experience where other airlines have been more accommodating, the staff insisted on collecting the excess baggage fee. I find this level of service unacceptable. Encounters like this not only cause inconvenience but also tarnish the reputation of your organization. I urge you to address this issue, as such behaviour will surely affect your loyal customer base. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future.

Boarded flight from Delhi to Mumbai , during Web Checkin I was not even informed of Removing Power bank from luggage , and at the time of boarding they called me stating your power bank would need to be disposed off , I said give it back to me I am ready to come and collect they did not agree the same

This airline was canceled with out inform they said every 1 hr flight was delayed but after almost 4 hours they said simole flight was cancelled without any compensation or arrangements to the passengers I don't know they will give refund or nor so again it's not reliable. This airline isn't customer friendly and please please don't go I almost waited 5 hrs at airport its late night 11.00 there is no last bus or last flight I'm female and travel alone they simply said will give refund... Thus flight got issued last day onwards but how they gave boarding pass and check in baggage.. This is live example so please don't book this airlines.. Worst management.. Tomm I have balji darsan then how will I go there irresponsible and so on.. Our time waste... Please dont book this flight ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™still they didn't give refund almost 4 days over they saw my review and asked my PNR details and gave my details everything in it but they didn't respond thats why please dont go๐Ÿ™don't book worst flight and management. They didn't give refund waiting I attached my boarding pass details without my name please find everyone and decide please dont book ๐Ÿ™

Had booked my flight two months in advance Pune to Goa (GOX), paid for premium seats, meal with beverage. Flight took off 3 hours delayed (very normal with this airline), aircraft had NO seats with extra legspace, and NO onboard meal. Why ask customer to pay for something that was never available? Can recommend to anyone to NOT consider SpiceJet irrespective of no alternate or an emergency. Book self on another airline.

Worst Airlines of the Year. It was just yesterday I had a ticket from Guwahati to Bagdogra. The actual timing was 17:05 hrs. However the timing was changed once, it was fine, then again second, then again third until 22:45 hrs. And then no changes or information. Finally at 23 hours they came up to say the flight is cancelled and they would initiate refund after all boarding cards and security checks. The decision was adamantly refund or else they would have to wait until the next day 17:05, which is also not fixed and no other facilities shall be provided. The management lifted their hands and said we are helpless. Initiated refund and it said it will done within 7 days. So, funny. Tried booking another ticket but their was none, so had to travel all the way to Railway station and take a train, luckily one bike rider drove me on time to Kamakhya. Seeing the suffering of the young kids, elderly people, I would recommend not to ever take this flight again. DGCA should banned then forever.
