Rubbish.ordered 2 pairs of size 5 trainers recieved size 4 and a size 6.had 2 send them back at my expense then 1 pair was out of stock although 5 was still showing on line.will never use again.

I ordered a product and it was never shipped. After four weeks of no updates I emailed and asked for an update. They said it was a stock issue, then a warehouse issue, then an IT issue and eventually just stopped replying and marked the email thread as 'resolved' petulantly. I eventually cancelled the order, they will not put you in contact with any supervisors when asked directly or any managers either and are incredibly unhelpful. I would advise paying slightly more for a product from legitimate businesses, you know what you're getting, please please avoid if you can. Disgraceful and frustrating in equal measure.

I received an email from Hermes on 1st of June informing me my parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm on 1st of June 2021. I finished work just before 5pm, rushed home and waited until late evening to no avail. I checked my email in order to see when my package will be delivered and to my surprise the package was already delivered at 15:10. The package was left in front of the communal door (on the outside) and Hermes emailed me a picture of the package. I live in a secure building, It is a block of flats and the only way to gain entry is to ring the intercom and ask the residents to let you in. Unfortunately the courier did not do that, he left my package in an unsafe place, outside my building, I did not request the package to be left there or anywhere else. I went over to my neighbours and asked if they have seen my package (took it in). Those who were at home told me they have not seen it, I went over this morning to the rest of my neighbours whom I did not manage to get hold of last night. Sadly no one has seen my package. I am disappointed at how my package was dumped outside my building without any due care. I am still awaiting a response from your complaint department as to what the next steps are in resolving this unpleasant situation.

Same item accidentally ordered twice due to the Sport Direct Website crashing at the payment verification stage. Tried to get customer services online but never even got past the ‘Captcha - I’m not a Robot’ function as it wasn’t working properly. Instead tried the Live Chat had to run through a series of questions none of them related to my issue, answered every single question hoping I would eventually explain the issue directly, just the same questions all over again. My only option left was social media which I no longer use so bad to reinstate an old FB account much to my annoyance. Sent a direct message it couldn’t get operative to understand that because their website crashed I should not be held liable to pay the additional postage, I had to repeat myself several times but was still asked to clarify points I had already made. I gave up I’m not £12 out of pocket due to postage fees, well actually I’m £46 out of pocket as the refund for the retuned trainers hasn’t been received yet.

I had major failure of my Shimano Ultegra chainset whilst out riding checked out my normal online websites all of whom were out of stock. Did a Google search which showed Sports Direct had everything I needed in the correct size and ready for delivery at a competitive price. Never thought of looking here before all items were delivered very quickly virtually within a day. Packaging was good and delivery driver left them in my garage as I was out. Very pleased bought several other components again all in stock and delivered promptly and well packaged. Highly recommended.

Terrible! I didn't want to give this company even 1 star, but that was the lowest rating I could give. I ordered tennis shoes and they came in the wrong size. I contacted them and they asked for pictures. I sent them. They continued to ask for additional pictures 3 times. I sent them each time. Then they asked for an order number. I sent it. They said it was an incorrect number. I sent their copy of the invoice showing that number. I had to turn them into PayPal. Then they said the matter was settled because I didn't respond in 4 days, which was Memorial Day weekend. However, I did not receive a response from them after my initial email for 7 days! Hippocrates. No it wasn't settled. They made no attempt to correct the order. I was stuck with the wrong size shoes.

I paid an exorbitant price of £7.99 for next day delivery and half way through the ‘next day’ I was notified by Hermès that my item had been delayed so I didn’t receive it until the day after. I think I deserve a refund of this charge but I can’t even contemplate the thought of even trying to claim it back. Royal Mail delivery would have been cheaper and mor reliable!

received bike verry happy with product except no pedals or tools in box. the telaphone number on box is no longer in use . managed to finaly contact you took about 1 hour. wes told i would recieve a response within 24 hours but yet to have one which was 3 days ago. , asked if i could pick pedals in store as i bought on line the answer was no. so if i could get a response that would be great my mobile number is 07805699059 thank you

the product was perfect and the price was great but the condition of the box upon delivery was atrocious, absolutely battered, there was literally no point in have the shoe box
