I have spent a long time chasing my order. I got an acknowledgement of my issue. Then nothing. Then I took to twitter, got a reply to say my order was lost. Then nothing, I am still chasing. We are in week 3 and counting.

SHAQ Bankshot Mens Basketball Trainers I ONLY WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS! - Bought the above from Sports Direct on the 18th of December 2021 with a promised delivery before the 25th of December 2021 as it was a Christmas present for my son. The item did not arrived before Christmas, MY SON HAD NO PRESENT FROM ME FOR CHRISTMAS; ALL THANKS TO SPORTS DIRECT. I have tried to contact Sports Direct customer service on the phone but no response, I have also visited my local branch, the branch tried to get hold of their customer service but no response as well. Up to-date (22 January 2022), I have not received the item.

I bought 6 items as gifts for Christmas and I needed to return 2 of them as they did not fit but Sports Direct will not accept my return as it was after 9 January. I’m stuck with cycle bib shorts and shirt that are useless to me. What a waste. A bad place to buy Christmas presents from, I won’t be using them again.

Honestly worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered runners over 5 weeks ago now and never arrived. Little to no communication from customer support. Ignoring me and hoping I will go away. Will not provide any proof of delivery in any form. Will not provide a refund or any assistance. Avoid at all costs

I placed n order the 6th of January and paid for next day delivery s I needed the item for sturdy. Toddy is 11th of January, I still have not received my order. I already submitted ticket but haven't received any update. This type of customer service is not acceptable and I will not be returning customer

They didn't deliver a number of items they said they would before Xmas. The items also arrived poorly packaged. I attempted to contact the company for a complete refund of the delivery charges given they completely failed to deliver it before Xmas. This took multiple emails for a simple request. Basically they would only refund me the additional amount of the difference between standard delivery and express delivery. Given the order was made during their Xmas sale period and they allegedly promised delivery the next day before their own cut off time I was let down badly. Had I known this I would have gone elsewhere and ordered with someone that keeps their promises and has integrity. I've had issues with this company before and won't be using them again.

Price is very good however if you order something that does not fit you cannot get a refund at all despite the fact you are entitled to this under the Sale of Goods Act. You are just given a credit note so you have no option but to use their stores for something that you do not want. When you question this sadly the sales staff in store dismissively belittles you and as such bullies you into retaining what you have purchased which is nothing short of a waste of hard earned money. I will never again have anything to do with this company!

I received a wrong product and reported this on 16 Nov 2021:: Under Armour Technical Half Zip Top Mens of wrong color. You answered me and promise you will ship the correct product in 21 days. You never sent me any product and since then you have never responding to my messages! Worst client support I have ever met while ordering online! I would give you less than a star if possible, strongly disappointed of you!

Don't buy at Sportsdirect online. You not only have to pay to receive the goods, but also to return them. And they don't mention this at forehand.

Purchase gym leggings returned the same day as had to try them on at home due to covid when I retuned to store they weren’t helpful and they didn’t have the size I wanted refused a refund even though they didn’t have my size in stock manager very rude along with staff wont shop there ever again

Totally agree with all the complaints on here this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with, the only way I managed to contact them was through Facebook Messenger and that has been totally hit and miss as they leave it hours and days before replying, their web chat is not a chat it’s an automated go around in circles chat. They are absolutely awful and take no blame for anything. I ordered an item very early Dec and I was given a delivery date of 14th Dec, then when it did not arrive it was virtually impossible to contact them, eventually after calling one of their retail outlets who advised I used messenger someone replied. Is this what it’s come to that after taking near £100 off me the only way to speak to this huge organisation is through a social media web service, 2021 eh. Best bit is I went to the shop originally to order it and the shop advised it would be quicker online. They are a joke and I would advise don’t shop at Sportsdirect, they are terrible. Could be worse though and they could use Hermes as their delivery service, oh wait they do, brilliant two Sh1t3 companies

I was made to feel uncomfortable like as if I was a thief. This makes it even more difficult being a person of colour. Especially when the senior staff male who has grey hair working in South Shields starts staring and eying you as you look at the more expensive range. Then suddenly gossips to you as if you don't know what he's trying to do. This put me off from making any sort of purchase at Sports Direct that day and possibly in the future.

I purchased trainers for my husband for Christmas but they did not fit and were not his style. It was very difficult to arrange a refund or exchange and I found the process unhelpful and hostile. There was no option to return or exchange the item in store and the only option was to post back at my own cost via Royal Mail. I have given 2 stars because the item did arrive on time in good condition. My advice to others is DO NOT PURCHASE GIFTS ONLINE from Sports Direct because the process for online returns is unreasonable and there is a high chance that a gift recipient will want to exchange/return-especially with items of footwear or clothing that may not fit.

Good overall but delivery is expensive and charging 4.99 to click and collect in store is outrageous puts me off using you and the fact that when you return goods with tags on and full receipt after couple days and cannot get refund only credit note is disgraceful I do not use your shops unless I buy gifts and someone has asked me to use you

Dreadful service. I ordered a pair of runners as a Christmas present 3 weeks ago. Delivery company claiming they were delivered when they weren't. I contacted the delivery company (Fastway) 2 weeks ago and no response to date. Contacted Sports Direct 6 days ago and still no information about where my order is
