“The products I ordered are phenomenal, and time saving. My order was mis shipped, however, customer service was on spot to rectify the error and get them to me immediately. Sprinkler supply will now be my go to store, my neighbors are impress by the irrigation compression items.”

“Order fulfillment was quick and correct. But product description was incorrect, causing inconvenience and delay with installation. Specifically, the Netafim - LVCZ10075-LF - Control Zone Kit Low Flow is wrongly described as having 3/4 in. MPT Inlet x 3/4 in. MPT Outlet. The outlet is 3/4 in but the inlet is 1 in. The pdf technical documents on the Sprinkler Supply page for this item do not address this. Before ordering, we submitted a question asking for clarification but have never received a reply. When the valves arrived we had to chase down 1 in. fittings for the inlets, adding to project cost and delay. We'd love to rate you a 5, but it just isn't merited in this case.”

“Contact with a Sprinkler Supply Store employee was very helpful when I needed advice about a faulty Toro valve in my lawn sprinkler system. I eventually ordered a replacement which solved my problem.”

“Thanks for the service - wish I could say the same about FEDEX - their tracking system claimed my last delivery (5 TORO EZF valves) was handed off to the UPS store on Sept 2 at 1:42 pm where I have my box, but the package is nowhere to be found yet - and the FEDEX tracking system does NOT have a real signature for delivery on file so whoever at the UPS store supposedly received it cannot be identified. FEDEX is supposed to be checking with their driver, but I haven't heard anything yet. If I don't have the valves by Tuesday, you will have to initiate a claim against FEDEX and reship my. valves.”

“Writing this for my husband...he needed replacement parts for our very old sprinkler system. The Sprinkler Supply Store was a lifesaver. Receiving the parts took a bit longer than expected but they were exactly what he wanted! We will be ordering again. Great customer service.”

“I needed to replace a diaphragm in an old Toro control, but couldn't find it locally. A Google search lead me to Sprinkler Supply Store. I found the part I needed right away. When I ordered the part, I found that orders have a minimum of $30. It would be great if this was changed. I went ahead and ordered 3 of the same part, since I have more of these old valves that I know will eventually fail. Still, I wish the $30 minimum wasn't there. It took 11 days from when I ordered to when it was shipped, including a followup email to get an update. I know some of this had to do with Covid-19, so want you to know I need to cut you a lot of slack over what is uncontrollable. However, receiving more automated updates would be a great improvement. The parts I received are exactly what I needed and the one I've installed so far is working flawlessly. So, overall I'd give you guys a 9 out of 10, which in my book, is pretty darn good! Thanks!”

“I ordered a sprinkler valve box from you. When it arrived it was without the lid. I believe the lid was lost in shipping due to very poor attachment of lid to box. More care should be taken in this type of shipment since it was not in any sort of carton. Some of the blame rests on the shoulders of the carrier. Upon notification of the missing lid to you I was assured a new lid will be sent to me. We'll see. MP”
