Thanks for the service - wish I could say the same about FEDEX - their tracking system claimed my last delivery (5 TORO EZF valves) was handed off to the UPS store on Sept 2 at 1:42 pm where I have my box, but the package is nowhere to be found yet - and the FEDEX tracking system does NOT have a real signature for delivery on file so whoever at the UPS store supposedly received it cannot be identified. FEDEX is supposed to be checking with their driver, but I haven't heard anything yet. If I don't have the valves by Tuesday, you will have to initiate a claim against FEDEX and reship my. valves.
