wow. i don't even know where to start with this company. i will start by saying i have spent over £300 in total of two dresses which both were not wearable! first dress that arrived, it was damaged because of poor delivery. no notification to say of arrival and was thrown over my gate without any card to let me know etc. no emails..spent 5 days sitting there for me to chase it up to be told! after opening it, it was damp. and for obvious reasons this was not going to be my wedding dress. i also tried it on for sizing reasons to see it was tight in areas after following the measurement guide..after contacting stacees they only offered me £40 back. for a dress i ordered from them and wouldn't even fully refund me! they wouldn't even offer a return service. but, i accepted and let it slide. giving them the benefit of the doubt, (regrettable now) i ordered a new dress. this one costing £200. the new dress arrives. with good communication. handed to me directly. good start. to open it up, not fitting me at all. this time using custom sizes. however the worst part and the only part that bothers me here isnt that i knew the sizing was going to be an issue (could be altered) the dress was not even as advertised! it was absolutely horrendous. the bust area was so poor that it shown the actual pads! i had big round white circular pads over my nipple area that it completed stud out! after yet again contacting stacees, i was furious then. they 'offered' to make me a new one with lining in the bust to hide it. being nervous on timescales for my wedding date i informed them i was getting married on the 29th april. and with their 15 days duration i was concerned they wouldnt fullfill my order in time. they assured me it would be made as a VIP order and it would arrive in time. so i accepted. guess what. today is 21st. date has gone and passed. and its still in production! i ordered this on the 2nd april so not only did they not fullfill my order, i spent £300 total with this company to not wear either of their dresses! after contacting them multiple times leading up to the date. they repeatedly ignored me and then told me they wouldnt be able to issue it in time. so i told them i want a FULL refund for this. what did they answer with? 30% refund! for a mistake THEY made (twice!) i am absolutely furious with this company. they are clearly a chinese based company who rely on bad sales with a small refund offer to make up their money. do that enough they are still making a good killing! i am not the only one who has had issues with this company either, my bridesmaids both had the exact same issues with sizing and again only got a partial refund. they are scammers. i would avoid this company like the plague. i will be making sure this review goes viral on every platform service i know!

Dresses did not fit, they run small! Contacted Stacee’s via chat, ticket and email. Company would not accept the returns but offered a dress for $55. Their response was for me to sell it online myself. Easy returns-what a lie!

Scammers send out the wrong size dress and then blame you and won’t let you return for a refund, but they do offer to make another dress for additional cost (how nice of them, NOT) absolute scammers. Now left with a dress that doesn’t fit and would cost me the same again to have it all taken in.

I have had the same problem as others have stated. The dress was nice but I’m trying to return it because it is too small. They told me they do not take returns and that they would make me another dress for $50 extra and I could resell the one I have and get some money back. So unprofessional!! I have tried contacting them three more times, sharing that on their site they do have a refund policy if you are not happy. I still have not received a response with an address as to where to send it or any information. DO NOT purchase from them!!!!

As soon as we placed the order for my daughter's prom dress, we received a message from Stacee's to submit exact measurements back to them. Not only did it arrive early, but the dress is perfect; very good quality and material. I was skeptical but we couldn't be more happy. We'll need to take it in at the bottom, but that's just a given with most dresses and depending on heel height. Overall, VERY satisfied!

I actually give the company ZERO starts. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them. I ordered 2 dresses (same style; different colors) for my son's wedding. Ordering a standard size - was not labeled as custom. The dresses were too large in the top and I didn't like the heaviness of the fabric. I contacted the returns dept the same day I received them to process return. I have gotten nothing but the "runaround" from Stacees; they refuse to process my returns stating the dresses were custom and since there is no damage they can't be returned and I should just "sell them or give them away". I am now out $250 and still have no dress for the wedding. Their return policy clearly states that, yes, returns if damaged, but also "if you are not happy with your purchase". I'm pretty sure because they have been slow to communicate with, I will be out of the 14 day window that allows returns and they will use that as a reason. So disappointed and very irritated. DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES!

I ordered a dress from Stacees. Was sent tracking details on Yodel. For 9 days now Yodel have varied information from the investigation has taken place, item is lost to other advisers saying every day it will arrive tomorrow. The parcel has not moved from depot for 9 days but sadly Stacees are refusing to recognise it is lost and are also refusing to give me a refund. Avoid this company I don't know if it is a scam sadly...

Absolutely disgusting customer service I ordered a bridesmaids dress which never showed up Hermes and staccees both blaming each other said they would make and send out but the wedding had already passed I asked for a refund and was offered £25 out of £108 apparently due to postage logistics when I said this was not good enough I am now being ignored

If we had the ability to give zero stars I would!!! We ordered a dress for my daughters jr prom and its nowhere near the color ordered nor the size. Its massive. Ive created two tickets days ago trying to address the issue. Both tickets say open with them to respond within 24 hrs and ive yet to get a response. Ive now started a dispute with paypal for a refund since the time limit to return is so limited and im still getting no response. Its definitely made where you cant get a response in time to even be able to return it overseas within the 14 day window given. $300 wasted😒

The dress I ordered claimed to have a return policy of free returns within 14 days as long as the dress was unworn and unwashed. The dress we received was the wrong color, and poorly made. It had a very cheap zipper. Therefore we wished to return it. Stacees had asked for our measurements as a "courtesy", but then used measurements to custom make the dress which ended up being a horrible fit. When we wanted to return the dress due to the problems, they claimed that we had ordered a custom dress and therefore couldn't return it. They are very shady in their business dealings. We never ordered, nor paid for, a custom dress and wished to return it as their policy on the dress listing mentioned. They have conveniently buried other return policies in their webpage that no one would ever see so that they can win the dispute with PayPal when the charge is disputed. I'm so angry and will never buy from Stacees again.

We ordered from Stacee’s when my daughter found a dress that she loved. I was very nervous because of the reviews, but the dress is amazing. They followed up with me to get her exact measurements, delivered the dress ahead of time, and it’s beautiful - exactly like the photo. There were some strings in the seams we had to clean up and the zipper was a bit sticky at first - that’s it. Totally worth it.

Do not buy from here. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and they're still refusing. Offering me less than a quarter of the price back, told us to resell the dresses privately! Discusting service

Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. It was nothing like the photograph. Far too long and poor quality especially the "lace" jacket. I ordered a size 16 which wasn't custom made but the zip on the back wouldn't even close half way up. I've been trying to find a return address but they obviously don't want you to know this. I'm now putting in a claim to get my money back. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

Dress awfull built in bra is up on my shoulder blades lace shoddy dress so heavy could where outside in snow storm I had some customizing otherwise would be sending back

Don't buy from them. They take your money and then lie about production and delivery timelines. They also lie about the order cancellation timeline. I received inconsistent responses from them on an order that I placed. Unfortunately, there is no one to talk to, every communication is done via email or chat. Poor customer experience.

This company should not be allowed to trade. The zip is broken and the material is not a shown, they will not let me return the dress or get a refund. I had to get money back through my bank, proving this illegal trading. I will be also reporting to trading standards so this doesn't happen to others.

Ordered a dress from Stacee’s all reviews on the website were positive after I placed the order I search on Google their reviews (should have before I ordered, lesson learnt). Although the pictures of the dress I the site looked lovely I wasn’t sure if I would suit the type of dress then the reviews mentioned getting a refund was a horrible experience so I decided after a couple of hours to cancel the order and have a refund to save having to send the dress back and potentially not have the dress or my money. Customer service was terrible they then stated I couldn’t get a refund in full even though the dress handy been made or processed yet. Contacted PayPal and have the refund in full thankfully. AVOID this company buying online is hard and even harder if you can’t send it back if it doesn’t suit.
