I have given 1 star as you cannot give less, issues with dress sizing and colour , made faulty as dress inside out! Tried to get refund! Omg..... we gave up! They offered us £40 for a £100 dress and asked us to take it to a local Taylor etc it was rediculous! Cassie online support was quite frankly not supportive, there telephone line is false & they refused to provide there company information. Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this company!!!!! Order ref;SS90531753204 Updated as still no resolution they even had my review removed!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!! Bought a dress for my sisters wedding-I’m a bridesmaid It arrived and didn’t fit-I’m a size 8-10 and ordered a 10 as thought I would have plenty room.no way is it fitting ever (even if I starve ) I tried to return my dress and they just keep emailing asking for photos of me in the dress and measurements.which I’ve provided but keep being fobbed off. I paid over £100 and now have no dress 😳.oh and it looks nothing like the picture. I have been asked for photos wearing the dress which I’ve provided-I’ve also been offered material to make it bigger myself!!! I’ve asked for their regulator details which they haven’t provided and I’ve reported them to watchdog.

Do not buy from this site - so much hassle trying to get your money back. Ordered a wedding dress, received confirmation from PayPal that the transaction went through however Stacees claimed they never received the payment! After a lengthy conversation with their online support 'Cassie' they finally checked their system and confirmed that they actually did receive it. After all the hassle and reading such awful reviews I decided to cancel my order. Asking for a refund was like pulling teeth - so unhelpful and when asking the online support for help they replied 'pls wait, we're so overworked' I finally received 90% of the refund which is so stupid as they didn't even start making the dress. Don't ever buy from this company!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, the dress I ordered for my daughters graduation is made from cheap horrible material its faulty and they have refused a full refund. We did get offered £15 refund or send them a £100 for a new dress. Hmmm I dont think so. This place needs shut down it's a disgrace.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company we paid £154 for a prom dress that wasnt up to standard and looked very cheap. We have sent various emails to this company about a full refund. We got offered a £15 refund. Or to pay £100 for a new dress or take to get fixed somewhere at our expense..such a disgrace. I find it really strange that after a bad review they end up with so many good ones ? Please be aware.

Zero score if could leave that, Please don't bye from this company poor quality material and workmanship. Customer service is terrible no refund on a dress that doesn't fit right and is of very poor quality. Just one big CON.

Can I give 0 stars? Disgusting service so is the product!! Received my wedding dress which was nothing like the picture plus not fitting at all! Tried to contact them to get a refund only to hear that the dress looks fine and I have to pay another £150 so they can fix it for me. Devastated bride!!! Do not buy from them!!!

The dress it's self was well made and arrived promptly, I'll give them that. However, the dress came in the wrong colour. All I did was request a swap in colour, it shouldn't have been a problem because 1) it was them at fault, I definetly requested the right colour and 2) I ordered a standard size 10 so it wasn't custom made for me, so surely they could have sold the dress on. Firstly, they took ages to reply to my email and when they eventually did reply (after I messaged them on Facebook, Instagram, email and live chat) they ignored my problem and simply said "we suggest you keep the dress, but we can give you a big discount on your next order". The problem is, it was a bridesmaids dress and HAD to be a specific colour. The responses I received them were absolutely ridiculous, like they were written by a 5 year old. At one point they told me to place an order for 3 dresses and the 3rd would be half price. Why on earth they thought that would fix my problem is beyond me. I now just want a refund and as soon as that word was mentioned, all contact went dead. They are now completely ignoring me. I have had to order another dress elsewhere. Do not order from this site.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Disappointment is an understatement. I ordered a dress that arrived 3 inches shorter than I requested. The jacket was ivory with yellow shoulder pads in and had been round stitched on one side and square stitched on the other. Not only that but where they had stitched the hem on the dress it was wonky, my dog could have done better! The emails I have received seem like a 5 year old has written them, there are spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, I don't even think they have read my email because they refer to other random non applicable faults. Oh but they did offer me a discount on my next purchase. How lovely?! I will not be ordering from STACEES again and I am devastated I didn't read these reviews first. :(

After looking through all the dresses and picking my final choice for bridesmaid dresses I proceeded to make payment. At the billing page the payment was rejected as I made an error with the billing address - perfectly fine. However the payment came through pending on the bank account as two payments to two completely different companies - Unique Prom and Clothing Appare, even though Stacees had rejected the payment. Spoke with the lady on the online help chat who said this hasn’t happened before, suggested I tried again and then ended the chat. After an hour we have now sorted banks which included having to cancel the card for financial security. I will not be continuing my order with Stacee’s as I do not trust they are not sharing payment details.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PIRATES Awful dress which arrived faulty. Stacees are refusing to refund, giving every excuse they can think of. I am now in the process of taking Stacees to small claims court. Terrible terrible company, please save yourself the upset and do not buy from them

We recently ordered two bridesmaid dresses for my parent’s vow renewal. After sending over measurements, the dresses arrived and appeared to be custom fit - as neither dresses fitted! After reading some of the reviews, it appears this is standard from this company. We have made attempts to return (including sending photos as evidence that they don’t fit) only to be told that we will not be given a refund. This should be an exciting time and this is adding unnecessary stress to the planning of the event. Rest assured I will be taking this to the highest degree and would urge people to not buy from this company!!

I really wish i read these reviews prior to ordering as my story reads the same. Paid for a "custom fit" dress came could fit three of me in there. Company really unhelpful, their only suggestion was to go to an alternative place for alteration, kinds of defeats the object!

ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. None of which were perfect. A couple were too long and they had little brown/black dots on them in lines over the top body bit. But I thought no one would see them. Then the last dress was tried on and it was awful. The sides were like puckered. They didn't sit flat and had lumps coming out and the straps were longer than the rest. I have emailed stacees numerous times about it and their first response was iron it. (which considering the way they were packaged mad sense) however this did not work. So I emailed again and have had a couple of responses saying take it to your local seamstress. I have asked to speak to management but they keep ignoring that part. After looking to write a review on stacees website it seems they only publish the 5 star reviews so innocent people buying of there website are oblivious to what they could potentially end up with!! I would never recommend this website! If i could leave 0 stars I would! It's a co.uk website but they definitely aren't in the UK some of them struggle to string a sentence together

All looks good, but the reality is way beyond what you envisioned.. They cleverly deceive you by asking for your measurements in a `confirmation of payment email` after you`ve paid for a regular fit, thus lulling you into a `custom size` fit contract which you have `Bob hope and no hope` of getting a refund on if it doesn't fit, because it can't be resold on.... By the looks of other reviews, even regular fits are not being refunded.. The dress itself was reasonably made, but substandard, cheap material.. The measurements l gave for my waist/hips was ok, but the bust (LOL) could fit 3 of me in it! I trusted this `rip off` company for my `Mother of the Bride` dress, now l`m left with a disgusting dress that l`d be too ashamed to show anyone, let-a-lone sell on! Leave well alone to avoid disappointment!

Bad service and bad customer service DO NOT buy or order anything from this company!!! I ordered a dress 3/5/19 and i was asked to send my measurements and i did. I am a size 10 and my hip is 103cm and my bust is 34cm. The dress arrived and did not fit me at all. Luckily they have sent me a certificate of conformity which stated clearly hip 34 cm and bust 103 cm??? They mixed up the measurements and therefore the dress was to small around my hip and too big around my bust. They refused to accept responsibility of this wrong made refused refund and i was left in limbo and frustrated inpaid £155?for a dress that i wont use. Please do not fall a victim like i did and order from this unprofessional company. Never again disappointment big time 😔

The dress I ordered in a size 16 wouldn’t even go over my hips. When I measured the dress it was actually a size 12. The “knee length” jacket came down to my knees. I requested a refund and address in order to return the dress. I was basically told I had measured it wrong even though I attached photos and I was told to take it to a dress maker to have it altered!! They won’t accept any responsibility or acknowledge their mistakes. DO NOT buy from this company you will only be disappointed!!!!

Do not Buy anything from this company!!! service is awful they do not accept any returns whatever the problem is with the dress we had an issue with the colour & the type of Material originally ordered their final answer after 30 emails was to keep the dress as the shipping is very expensive to send back & said next time we would order they would give a discount absolute madness as if I would ever buy again off of them!! NEVER!! Also the UK contact are useless & redirect your Returns to the returns department also known as “Service” which I believe are based in Asia as their typical reply is between 2am/4am UK time. My Daughter is so distraught about all of this she does not want to go to her Prom. I have learnt a lesson never to buy off of Stacees. Co .Uk ever again & I will spread the word to everyone !!!!!

I ordered 2 dresses to try, reading that they accepted returns, once ordered they sent me an email stating that they would advise I only order 1. As I did not know which style would suit I cancelled both dresses (within 24 hours) and they only refunded me 90% of what I paid! This is disgusting and I would recommend that anyone contemplating ordering from them think and read small print before they do.
