EVERYTHING!!!!!! WORST.COMPANY.EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Poor quality dresses. Terrible customer service. Even worse "return" policy. Do NOT waste your money-TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!

This company will not even allow you to put my own review on the website. All of their “5 star reviews” are made up and written by the company. Please do not buy from them. They are a horrible company and do not respect their customers whatsoever. I am disgusted at their ability to keep doing what they are doing. This is straight up robbery since they state they will give customers a full refund then decline once you reach out. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Unfortunately it seems that I am the latest victim to fall foul of their returns policy. No contact despite repeated e mails, damaged dress with pulls allover it and will not honour their return promise. Completely let down by this company and will now have to pay money to get my daughter's prom dress rectified so she can actually wear it. How a company is allowed to still operate under these conditions is baffling

Avoid!! Have been trying to get a dress returned for two weeks. Given the runaround, offered another dress (at a cost), declined, they offered another dress, declined. A week between emails and customer service nonexistent. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

We paid for a fitted service. Had a professional Taylor of 30+ years measure my daughter to ensure it was correct. The dress turned up on time but the boning across the breastplate is crooked. I have now spent a further £150 to have this professionally corrected. This is the response i have received below from Amy at Stacees So sorry to hear that. I'm sorry to have upset you. We will improve our all work. And I will provide a big discount code for your next orders. Hope for your understanding. Many thanks Sincerely Amy Firstly, discount is of no use as will never make the mistake of ordering from you again. Secondly The dress looks little like the picture and having paid a premium to correct your shoddy workmanship. I expect a better response than that. If you do feel like you want to order from them. My advice is to avoid their so called made to measure service its plain poor. I would also advise you have an experienced Taylor on standby who has the ability to correct their product as the way it is constructed makes them somewhat of a challenge to alter.

Do not buy anything from Stacees. Looks like princess play dress for a 3 year old that will fit 12yo boy. Tried returning and they gave us the run around, all automated responses, will never give you address to ship back…

I ordered a dress from stacees. I Month and a half before my daughter's prom. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I emailed them several time to check on shipping. A week before my daughter's prom they decided to hurry up and ship it out, I had requested a refund of my money before they shipped it out all of a sudden they sent me a email stating it had been shipped. It was package poorly they was thread every where and there was no time to have it tailored. I had to go.out a spen another 300 dollars on another dress for her prom. The dress was extremely late. Inhave been asking for a shipping address so I can send it back and all I have been getting the run around and they told me it doesn't matter if it was late. It cost to much to ship it back and shipping would be on the customer to send it back and that's expensive and was offered 30 dollars and I woul get a deep discount on my next order. I will never order anything else from this company. I am still trying to get my money back.

Another victim of Does not honor return policy. My daughter bought a gorgeous dress. Unfortunately the buttocks was way too big. They guarantee returns when you buy the dress but when she tried they offered her $20 credit. Steer clear. With all the complaints of not following through on their guaranteed return policy, amazed they are still in business.

horrible company that does not honor their return poilcy. In addition the 2 dress I order were not what was described on the website. the measurements are wrong for the size. the dress says it has pockets but you get one with out. They say on the website that it a skirt and you get a skort. Then they don't take responsibility for the mistakes and try to get you to pay then for another dress. or they refund you $30 for a $150 dress. Stay away from this place and also they are supper shady, They have no phone number to contact anyone and you can only go thru the website chat. I spent4 weeks emailing them and they still won't give me a refund

I would rate zero stars if allowed. My daughter ordered her prom dress, received it and was way too big as well as the color was far from what was represented online. We submitted a request the day we received it, It's now been a week and the company refuses to send a return tag, but offered us $20.00 and told us to keep the dress and try to resell ourselves. Our next offer from them was to pay them $50.00 more for them to alter it. Their return policy clearly states returns within 14 days and from their website it states: Can i return the dress when i receive it? You can return the dress and get refund if there is anything wrong with the dress you received. They're are impossible to get a hold of live, no phone number that I've been able to locate. We have even communicated via instagram to try and get this rectified. Save yourself the money, time and headache and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Needless to say, this return predicament placed us in a time constraint and we had no choice but to shop elsewhere for her prom dress due to a time constraint and so THANKFUL we did! We couldn't have asked for better customer service with the new dress store.

I have five bridesmaids and for sizing purposes I ordered two dresses to allow the girls who live closer to me to try them on so we could figure out whether that particular dress was too big, small or true to size. The process of buying and recieving my items were very quick. However, once the dresses arrived, the colour was not the same of how it presented online and the dress just looked awful. One dress had a mark on the shoulder and the other had stitching coming apart and fabric pulling away. Definitely not 'tailor made' and little to no effort was put into making the dresses. I straight away issued a ticket for a refund for both dresses. Their response was that they can send me ONE free dress and I can sell the other two on a second hand market. I declined this offer and asked for a full refund. They took over a week to respond. Their next offer was that due to the long process of returning the item, I can keep the dresses and they would refund me £40. £40!?!?? I paid £197 for two dresses. The customer service is poor and after reading reviews I can see I'm not the only person receiving issues of trying to get their money back. They don't comply with their OWN refund policy and clearly don't value their 'tailor made dresses' when they're suggesting to just sell them on a second hand market. It's embarrassing. Do not buy from here!!

I’ve been trying to return the dress I had purchased since 4/14/24 (same day I got it) because I wasn’t happy with the quality and it was too big. They stopped responding to my emails over a week ago, I contacted them through Live chat several times now but they are just a waste of your time! There’s no other way to communicate with them at all! They tried to make me buy another dress at a discounted price but I’ll never purchase anything else from them if this is the kind of customer service I get! I’ve never dealt with anything like this before! Just avoid the headache and order from somewhere else!

My daughter specifically wanted the dress in that color and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the order they would only refund partially. This is a complete scam. They wouldn’t even refund my expedited shipping and clearly nothing was shipped. I would’ve never ordered unless I did the refund and return policy and none of this was stated.

Do not buy if you wish to return an item and receive a refund, it is a con!! They agree on live chat but never respond to any emails. They offer a discounted price but never reply. I have now commenced reporting them to Trading Standards UK, It is so wrong how they ripe everyone off. The website looks good, but it's dodgy. Please avoid!!

Please don’t buy anything as their refund process is FAR FROM what they stated on the website.they are not processing my request after a week and not processing my return at all. I contacted live chat and feels like” computer says no “. I lost £148 as the dress wasn’t fitting properly! I do urge you to think twice before purchasing any dress from them. Shocking service

Dress too small so asked for bigger size to be told to go and sell it in second hand market and order another one off them because they dont offer returns, do not order off this company
