“I ordered the 6 (six) quart, but received the 8 (eight) quart unit. Called customer service today, and will return the 8-quart and was told that the 6-quart unit will arrive in 7-10 days. Both times, when ordering and customer service, the workers were very kind and helpful, but the one I talked with when ordering was very adamant that I should order the 8-quart unit. Cooking for just myself, I certainly do not need an 8-quart unit, but received it anyway, even though all the paper-work states that I ordered the 6-quart. Was this HIS error, or someone else's -- I don't know. I appreciate the customer service worker who helped arrange the corrective action.”

“the pressure cooker is good it is the TV commercials make it look easy why don't the show how it to really make the food, and the reward card is false advertisement”

“The customer service rep was very nice but was very hard to understand and she had a hard time understanding what I was saying. For some reason my original order could not be found anywhere on the system.”

“I've enjoyed my new pressure cooker, but was disappointed with customer service. I had to order replacement gasket parts, and was informed that the Company chooses not to provide service to customers in the state of Alaska and Hawaii. I was transferred to three customer reps, and after 40 minutes on the phone I was asked to leave a call back number for a manager. Who never called back. I called customer service again, and was told the customer service representative does not have authority to help customers in Alaska and Hawaii. I offered to pay any difference in shipping costs, if any at all. So, I'm left with an inoperable cooker and very frustrated customer service experience.”

“recipes not easy to obtain, was told simple recipes would be included and they were not. customers service is unable to assist with an issue and very uncooperative because they did/could not provide the answer needed. Every meal prepared so far has had no flavor infused into the meat that was cooked. Rice did not cook fully when stuffed peppers were prepared. Very disappointed since I purchased this over the Instant pot, regretting my decision. But also purchased a second for a wedding shower gift.”

“Needed to return beacause of a strippped screw sent on Jan 20th with aprepaid label provided by Ppc Xl. Which was very appreciated. I was expecting to have pay the return postage. I was told that upon receipt of cooker anothere would be sent promptly”

“The ordering process was not a problem at all. I thought the commercial was too long and kept adding additional things to order. It should have just been about the 3 sizes of the cookers along with showing how they work.”

“First, the parts page on the website is not working. I called the number given on the parts page and waited for 15 minutes to speak with someone who had no clue about your product. Trying to explain the part I need (which is the cap that goes on the the float valve) he told me that it is two pieces with the seal. I again told him I didn't need the vent with seal but the cap that goes on the the vent. He assured me that this was indeed the part I needed and to go online and order it. I told the parts page is not working so he ordered the part for me. It took 12 days for the part I didn't need to arrive. I'm not very pleased with the company or the customer service. I will reserve judgement on the pressure cooker until I get the parts to make it work correctly.”

“I had to order a rack since my cooker had no accessories when I bought it so disappointed in my purchase at Kohls. I didn’t realize it came with accessories or I would have returned it. Thought you would be interested to have this information.”

“The pressure cooker works great the only problem I have is the one item that I ordered I didn't get the float valves didn't come the gasket came so I was wondering where my float valves are”

“This pressure cooker is nice, but the inter pot started to look bad and turned brownish color. I contacted the number listed and they are mailing me out a new one, but making me pay SH. I only used this 4-5 times and should not have to pay for anything a new inter pot.”
