“My experience was coloured by the fact that the delivery company (APC) "forgot" to schedule the heater for delivery, so I waited in all day for nothing and had to reschedule. Also, two of the bricks were slightly damaged, although I don't think this impairs the heater's performance very much. I thought I had ordered an "Elnur" heater. A little disconcerting to get a "Gabarron." It looks much the same (almost identical to the Dimplex it replaced), so I presume they are two brand names of the same maker. Installation was easy and the heater works OK.”

“The night storage heater is good. the packaging was good but the delivery service was rubbish. I asked for the driver to give me a call 1 hour before delivery but he wasn't instructed by his company. I tried tracking my delivery so I didn't have to wait in all day but the only update stated that it was at the delivery depot. the tracking was not updated when it was put on the lorry so It cost me a days wages waiting for a night storage heater. I would recommend your company again if you use a better delivery service.”

“I found your website very easy to navigate and easy to use. The heater we bought was the best price is seen on the internet. With a five year warranty, we should peace of mind and warmth for the next five years... The items was shipped very quickly and came during office hours, which was very convenient. However, the method of delivery caused us some trouble. Maybe it is written in the small print (i don't know) but the company who delivered the heater were a 'Kerb-side drop only'. This cause an issue because our shop is not on a kerb-side. Our front door is about 20 yards from the nearest point the delivery van could access. The day the heater came the lady in the shop had to negotiate with the van driver to get the heater (and fire bricks) somewhere close to the shop. At best, the fire bricks were left outside of our shop. The heater looks and works well. Long may it last...”

Hi Mr Elliott, Sorry to hear you have had problems with your delivery. We do state on our delivery page that it is kerb side delivery only. This is due to the weight of the storage heaters. Also the bricks are covered in a plastic wrapping which allows them to be stored outside. We keep all our bricks outside prior to shipping which causes no problems once placed inside the storage heater. We hope everything continues to go well with the heater. Kind Regards Cory

“I expected to get an update on delivery by logging on to the web site, but this was never updated. it was only when I called, that the delivery was arranged. And it came quickly (and I was pleased with that!).”

“New storage radiator was delivered as promised - Slight damage to the wooden pallet but the goods were unblemished I had the radiator in position within a couple of hours and my electrician was able to make the connection to a previously installed and appropriate socket. A few inches of mains lead would have been appreciated - fortunately the electrician carried some. all in all i'm very pleased , and warm”

“Received the product and the driver was so kind to load it into the back of my car as I was out at the time and my Wife was in, so far very happy, only just installed it so will see when it works on Economy 7 tonight .”

“Product ordered on 9th December, and delivered with one heater missing. Returned by courier. Next time delivered, same opened box with still only one heater. Eventually another arrived after a further phone call. I arranged for the electrician to fit tis am 17th December 16. He came to tell me there were no brackets and they were also just wall heaters and not storage heaters, so he would not fit them. I would like you to collect the heaters ASAP and my money returned ASAP please. As my tenant will be away please collect from The Laurels ,Ansford Rd, Castle Cary. Please contact me on 01963 351043 very disgruntled Paula Willcock. Heaters taken back in January and money refunded with no problem, so product not for me , but nice people to deal with . Thank you. Thank you for your call this morning. Once again sorry about the problems with the delivery company. This is not something we usually experience and is something we are currently disputing with the company over the box damage and missing heater.
