“very good looking and gives out a good heat the only comment I must make I found the controls difficult to understand the electricion that fitted it for me did ring you for advise but as yet has not heard from you otherwise a very happy customer regards Barbara spear”

“Storage heater was left on a pallet in the middle of the drive. When my wife asked the delivery man to move it he refused. Heater box was stained with what looked like oil and was marked, clearly it hadn't been treated with any respect! When the heater was opened there was damage to the front casing”

“From you 5* Service was excellent I ordered on line and all went well and very easy to do with the detailed specifications of the heaters along with the heating calculator which helped me to work out what I would need for my new room (I have taken out an Internal wall so two rooms have become one) . Then I had to change one of the heaters sizes due to where my wife wanted it. So, I phoned and spoke with Ben nothing was too much trouble he changed the order and refunded me the difference in minutes, brilliant customer service. Would certainly use you again already planning to replace my 30+ year old panel heaters in the bedrooms Delivery unfortunately another matter!! 1* and that is only for the brilliant delivery driver who got the order to my garage. Originally my order was to be delivered by 5.00pm on the 12th according to my email and he tracking app, stayed in all day no delivery occurred. Tracked the order seemed to go from depot to depot but did not know where these depots were!! At 5.12pm on the 12th the tracking app information changed and now stated delivery to be before 1.00pm on the 13th and my order was in a depot!!! This did not happen order was not put on lorry until just after 10.00am. Again, waited in all day on the 13th for the delivery it finally arrived at 3.10pm. Had to quickly check the goods, order seemed OK, however all the fire bricks were soaking wet although wrapped in plastic! The Electrician I booked for 13th had to be cancelled I am now hoping he can fit us in next week so that we can have the heating installed before Christmas!”

“Before I ordered the storage heater i emailed all the details making sure it was the correct one. I even contacted your technical service twice to confirm. The electrician came today , he had to contact you again only to be told it was the wrong one, and to send it back. I had already had it installed and the packaging thrown away, there was no way I could have sent this back, and was not going to pay someone to dismantle it again. The electricians found a way to connect it, but it cost me 5 times more than if it had been correct. I am not happy.”

Hi, We do state on our website that it does need a constant supply of electricity in order to work. This is due to how new storage heaters are programmable and have the smart functionality. I have also spoke to our sales team and we have not spoke to you today. We do not have a technical team but the manufacturer of the heaters does. Unfortunately with regards this we are unable to supply knowledge of technical wiring. However, I can say that all new storage heaters would of needed either a secondary supply installing or a constant live to the heater to work. If you could please call us regarding the issue with who you spoke to a technical person as I would like to take this up with the manufacturer. 01942 265041 and ask for Cory. Kind Regards

“The ordering was very good and painless Delivery was also quick the only problem being no one let us know it was coming, luckily we were not far from home. The delivery driver was very helpful and delivered our heater to our door. The heater is not yet installed so I will follow up when it is.”

“very pleased with the heater I bought. The fitting of it was easy, once I had worked out how the support brackets worked. heater installed and now working well. I had trouble finding a heater that was oil filled and small enough. This fitted the bill.”

“No comminication at all regarding delivery dates. Delivery was delayed and not as stated on the website. I had to phone to find this out. A 10% refund was eventually given as a gesture of goodwill - I had to ask for this.”

“Very good delivery and next day delivery when I found broken foot and bricks. However I cannot seem to get the thing working, the instructions to set it up do not appear to have any effect. I shall telephone your technical tomorrow(Monday) to see if they can help, otherwise it's a return I'm afraid”
