“The iPad is exactly as described, and I appreciated you letting me know about the scratch on the back prior to shipment. It works well exactly like it should, so value for money is good. The Kensington case is a disappointment (but you get what you pay for) in that the sticky pad doesn't hold the iPad securely once it gets to room temperature. So I have a spare if anyone wants one, as I purchased 2, by mistake. The charging cable as supplied has an intermittent fault and I had to buy one from an outlet before I could charge the iPad. Delivery was absolutely excellent, the delivery was almost to the minute. Would I buy from you and recommend you YES I certainly would. THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO MY FIRST REVIEW.... WHAT AN EXCELLENT COMPANY,I MADE THEM AWARE VIA EMAIL ABOUT MY REVIEW AND WITHIN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED, WITH A NEW PRODUCT ON ITS WAY. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, MY STAR RATING IS NOW INCREASED AND ALL I CAN ADD IS IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT IS OFFERED TO ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS, THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY TO BUY FROM. “I had never heard of Student Computers until it came up on Google while I was doing research on the best laptop to replace my old one. After checking out a few websites, Student Computers had the best price for what I wanted. I have to admit I was in doubt at first, but I contacted them to ask a question about the product and I was very impressed by how prompt and friendly they were in answering my enquiry. I’m glad I took the plunge because I am a very satisfied customer. The laptop was on next day delivery. I received an email from their courier DPD to inform me the name of the delivery person and they gave a time slot of an hour. He arrived exactly halfway into the timeslot and delivered the package which was exactly as Student computers described it. Customer service as friendly and prompt as that is rare these days. The overall service was excellent. If I had to buy again tomorrow I’d look there first. I’m still elated with my purchase 5 days in. Highly recommended.”

“I was looking for a basic refurbished iPod as a cheap replacement for one that had broken, the one that I bought from this site was both cheap and as good as new, it came incredibly quickly and is fully functional with no noticeable damage to the casing bar some scratches on the back. Excellent product with fantastic service.”

“Laptop charger received was not the one that was ordered, and laptop screen now says The adapter is not recommended adapter for the system. Ordered in UK for delivery to UK address, but did not come with 3 pin UK plug. Have been advised that image shows the plug supplied, which it does. Refund offered but refund costs are not included.”

“The price was good (I have seen ipod Classics up to £100 more expensive on ebay and Amazon). The service was good, and the quality seems excellent (I have only had it working for a few days, so it is too early to be absolutely certain. I would certainly recommend Student Computers to other buyers.”
