Once you place an order, this company will relentlessly spam you. I also started getting spam from companies that I have never done business with which clearly indicates that they are selling my personal information to anyone who wants it. I have asked several times to be removed from their spam list and they refuse. I have sent several emails, all go unanswered. At one point I was getting a spam message every day.
The watch is bulky but weighs nothing. I poked at the case with a knife and from what I can tell, it is plastic. Some research says that this is a Chinese watch that is simply sold by a US company at an obscene markup. Skip the middleman if you are looking for a cheap watch and purchase the $20 version straight from a Chinese seller or a local outlet mall.”
“Didn’t have the watch I ordered in stock but I accepted the alternative offered to me. Failed to ship my watch after 3 weeks. Failed to respond to 1 week of emails. Instantly responded after I initiated a dispute on PayPal. Refunded me. You work out how I feel.”

“Watch has been delivered to the wrong address and both the courier and Stuhrling have been rather unhelpful in resolving the problem. No watch, no refund and no one available to speak to.”
“Watch looks good but I am disappointed with the product, the reasons are as follows; I noticed corrosion spots on Strap, send them pictures and called Stuhrling customer care, spoke to Rivky, she said try to get it off and if it doesn’t come off please send it back so they can replace, I have to pay for the shipment. Second reason is, I paid customs and duties of $38CAD, they told me they would refund it back but I haven’t got any refund since. I keep getting automated emails from Mark Burton, their Director of Owner Experience but I didn’t receive any response from him when I send pictures of rust on strap. Another issue I just noticed is the strap doesn’t always align with the buckle while snapping it to lock.

“Received gift of the SK auto skeleton watch. Great looking, functional poor quality! First didn’t keep time, auto or self winding. Purchased a self winder, watch never wound. Then with the manual winding, the crown unscrewed., then finally, neither auto or self wind became inoperative. Returned to Stuhrling for warranty repair, wanted to charge $45.00 to repair and return ship. Suggested to keep and add to the return junk pile.”
