“Gorgeous time piece. Very good quality feel and weight. Attractive and the price points are very appealing. Read the reviews 9n your specific selection I must state. I read reviews on multiple sites in regards to my specific model wrist watch. The large majority were very positive. A few stated an issue with the automatic pendulum piece coming apart. I only found 1 poor review of the customer service return process. This on searches of my specific model, however. To my great disappointment my watch broke exactly how the handful of reviews stated it would. Most reviews had a stellar rating and satisfaction, so I chalked the flaw up to a small percentage of watches sold. The return was unquestionably taken seriously and swift with providing a return label. However, it has been 2 weeks and I have no response. I chose to get a replacement rather than refund or repair. I am hoping the very few unsatisfactory customer service reviews won't apply to my situation. I only wore the watch 3 days and actually miss it though I have other wrist watches. SO PLEASE REPLACE MY WATCH QUICKLY.”
“I've purchased several watches in the past month for my wife and I. I've had to return two due to style or issue, but the staff has been punctual in responding back in a reasonable time from inquiry. A most excellent, professional trait.
I have not had the fortune of wearing either watch I purchased for myself as of yet, however, my wife loves her watch and says that my watches are great (and she has great taste).

“Quite impressed with this aviator watch. It is nice large size and presence, but thankfully no where near as bulky as my invicta watch.
However it looks way better with a tan strap as opposed to the light beige one it came with.
Overall all I am very happy with my purchase.”
“My first customer experience with Stuhrling was very positive as a customer service rep told me that they were able to track down one of the watches that I had wanted to get my boyfriend as a Christmas present. After assuring me that there was one watch remaining, and sending me a specific link to purchase the watch that I wanted AND receiving a shipping notification for that watch, I was contacted again by the customer service representative and was told that "the watch I had chosen was out of stock". No apologies were made until I pointed out that this mistake was on Stuhrlings end, and not mine. I then had to send multiple emails to finally purchase a different watch. I did not find that the matter was resolved in a timely manner at all, nor did I feel that very much was done to make up for the mistake. I was overall quite frustrated with the situation. Stuhrling has beautiful products. I do not regret purchasing the watch that I got, but I was not impressed with the process of purchasing and receiving the watch.”

“I order my husband an anniversary chrsitmas gift hoping to get it on time. As I had to have it shipped through skybox I ordered it real early. I got the order only to find out they sent the wrong watch. After I had to pay additional shipping I had to go back to UPS and pay again to ship it back as they only sent ground shipping for me to send it back which doesnt help. They sent another order which I again wil have to pay shipping charges on and its now passed christmas and anniversary. real disappointing that the order was incorrect, double the amount had to be paid and the occassion ruined with no attempt to resolve”
“The box and packaging simply elegant and very sophisticated. As for the delivery arrived even earlier than expected. Regarding the simply beautiful watch, the detail in the background engraving is impressive, the combination of exquisite colors, the polished in the bicelado and gear are perfect. My only complaint is that it is a very noisy clock the click of the movement of the gear is very high in my opinion (it is not the first automatic that I have and the others do not produce any sound) I know that it is not something of vital importance but for me what is.
In general I really enjoy having it on my wrist and it is a pleasure to watch the time with my Stuhrling”
