“I love timepieces, and I have 2 Stuhrling prestige Swiss Made watches from back in the day. Just recently I purchased the Monoco. Not Swiss Made but a wearable watch. Stuhrling has been around for awhile but I would like to see more Swiss Made watches instead of a flood of Japan or Chinese Made quartz watches. Those Prestige watches are beautiful, classy watches, what happened??”
“Hello sir....i am very sad.. My watchs until today not with me. Held at customs.. Jakarta. One month more. i don't know just a watch is so complicated”
“The delivery and product quality was OK however I was charged 16$ of duty for band that was around 30$...there was no mention of duty fees when I ordered online.”
“The order I placed was delivered promptly. However: the site does not allow me to log in, and I'm unable to reset the password with the "lost password" link (no email gets sent to me); so I have no reference for the order. Also: emails sent to support have not yielded a response.
In short: nice watch, but zero service support.”
“Nice finish on the watches however not overly pleased with the quality of the leather bands. Really stiff for the first few days. So stiff, I felt pain on my wrist bones. In my opinion, whilst the watches don’t cost thousands of dollars, they are certainly not cheap. I feel like better quality leather should be used.
I like the two watches I bought. But unless prices drop or material quality improves, I’m unlikely to purchase another.”
“Stuhrling brags and begs for praise in all of its communications, rather than trying to ask honest questions and solicit real feedback. It is off-putting and makes me think less favorably upon the organization and its products. Honestly? Their products are OK but overpriced.”
“My watch arrived yesterday, looks great but unfortunately there is a loose screw floating around inside. It is a skeleton watch so I am sure the screw will eventually jam the watch mechanism. Trying now how to return the watch. There was nothing in the box showing how to return it.”
“This watch is beautiful. That's why I bought it. Poor quality however. The minute hand fell off after only one week. I sent it back in for repairs. Since I got it back two weeks ago nothing else has broken on it. It does lose about a minute every day though, so it's disappointing. I will keep it just because of the way it looks, not the way it functions.”
“Beautiful watches. I bought 2 professional diver watches, one blue face and one black face. The black face watch will keep good time for a few days and then lose 15 minutes? I thought it may have been a battery issue, so I recently replaced the battery, and am still having the same issue of it losing time every few days.”
“The product itself is good and exactly what I expected to receive. The real gap lies in the delivery service and customer service responses. I waited more than 3 weeks to receive the watches and at my various requests for information the customer service did not respond. Good product but deeply disappointed by the service”
“This was my first experience buying a watch direct from Stuhrling. Several months prior, I started communication( telephone and e-mails) looking for a certain category. First the phone call. the woman told me she would call or send e-mail pictures. Never received. Sent several e-mails no response. Ordered a watch on a 24 hr. event. Could not read the time. Talked to cust. service, asked for Mgr. not available, was considering an exchange, The lady did not have the knowledge to help me. So just a return. I have two of your watches and like them, which was the motivation to try direct. I was looking for a man's rose gold color automatic winding watch with hour and min hands, a contrasting color for sight. hoping to catch one on special, or Archives, not over $100.00. Had to give up.”
“I’m disappointed because it’s very small, it looks like a woman’s watch. Whomever you had on the picture showing it must of been 10years old.
To small a watch for a mans wrist.”
