I recently purchased a Stührling watch, and my experience has been quite mixed. Initially, I was excited to receive the watch, but unfortunately, I encountered several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Upon receiving the watch, I noticed that one of the pointers was not positioned correctly. This was disappointing, especially since it was a gift for my son, who was very excited about it. I contacted Stührling's customer support to address the issue, and they were responsive and apologetic, offering to replace the defective watch. However, the process of returning the defective watch and receiving a replacement was not as smooth as I had hoped. I had to send multiple emails to clarify the return process and confirm the shipping address. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the packaging for the return, as I no longer had the original box. The more severe issue I encountered was with the order #114455. The connection between the strap and the watch was defective, causing the strap to come loose repeatedly. This significantly affected the usability of the watch. Despite several emails and voice messages, I did not receive a timely response from Stührling's customer support. This lack of communication was frustrating and led me to contact their CEO, Chaim Fischer, through LinkedIn in an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Stührling never provided a return label, and neither the CEO nor the Operational Manager, nor anyone from customer service responded to my messages. This lack of support was highly disappointing and left me feeling neglected as a customer. Overall, while the initial issues with the watch were frustrating, the lack of response and support from Stührling's customer service was even more concerning. I hope that Stührling will improve their customer service in the future to ensure a better experience for their customers.

Dive watch showed condensation under dial in less than a month, with mere handwashing. Contacted service dept left messages, no response. JUNK!

Ordered a watch for my husband’s birthday. Should have ordered via Amazon or Macy’s or any other company that actually functions. I have not received so much as a tracking number or confirmation (five business days in) they do not respond to emails, or phone calls. Of course the charge did go through— the only thing they managed to do.

Customer Service is atrocious. Wife purchased watch for me and was sent the wrong color. Reached out to correct. A Rebecca asked for pictures of front and back back in June. I sent photos and now it's August 19th and not a word from them. I have maybe 25 to 30 of these watches but may have purchased my last.

Stuhrling appears to be unable to return items after service under warranty, to European customers. This means that once the watch has been serviced, it is sent to EU customs where the customs process fails due to lack of supporting documents and the watch is returned to Stuhrling. I have been in this loop for more than 1.5 years and they just failed in their second attempt to return my watch. My conclusion: Stuhrling are not able to deal with customers who live in the EU.

On June 28, 2020 I purchased a watch from Stuhrling Originals, a model Depthmaster 893 Automatic 42mm Diver - 893.03. The advertisement on the watch claimed to be a Swiss movement, it turned out to be a copy of a Swiss movement manufactured in China. No sooner had I received the watch it was loosing 4 - 5 minutes per week, I decided to wait a few weeks before requesting an RMA hopping that, being an automatic, it would correct itself by the movement of my wrist. Such was not the case. In February/2021 I sent the watch in at a cost of $12.75. I was sent an email on February 24th that my watch was received and processed, also informing me that the repair will take 6 weeks, in the same email they were asking for $20.00 for shipping and handling, an excuse used by companies to make extra profit. This same watch was being sold by Amazon for $79.00 and I paid $255.00 through Stuhrling. On March 11th,2021 I received an email stating watch repaired and claiming the $20.00. I called and told them I was not going to send it and if that was the case to keep the watch. As such, I was informed that if I had sent it in within 60 days of the problem arising, the company would have forgiven the $20.00. I stated that, what was just said to me I wasn't aware of that rule, that it shouldn't matter whether it was 60, 90, 120 or 365 days the watch still had a valid warrantee. The girl on the phone stated that they would keep the watch until I pay the $20.00, I told them to keep it because I wasn't going to pay. The watch didn't cost me $255, it cost me, so far, $255+12.75 or $267.75, and if I pay the $20.00 it will then become $287.75. My advice to anyone who read this, and you like the watches Stuhrling markets, buy them through Amazon, you might have some recourse. To me this was an expensive lesson.

This is my first time ordering a watch from this company and I am absolutely disappointed because it has been over a month and I have not received my watch yet. When I order the watch I was promised to receive the watch in a little over 10 days. It has been over a month now!

Extremely Poor After Sales Service. I have ordered strap and its been 1 month i have not received. I kept sending emails to customer service. But absolutely no response. They just dont care for my money that i spent. Where is my strap???

Honestly... the watch looks nothing like the pictures show on the internet at all. Plus they sent me the watch in the wrong color! Basically , this is not my cup of tea, period

I ordered a watch from Stührling, I will admit the watch was absolutely gorgeous, loved it from the moment I saw it, only problem is it did not work. As I live in Canada i was told to send it to the Montreal location, I was told i would get refunded for the watch and shipping costs. My refund was only a partial refund as they did not refund the taxes paid on the watch, and my shipping fees Stührling sent back to me was thru a company called Zellepay which only works with American banks, I live in Canada, so I was told I would recieve it thru PayPal, I never did receive the refund. The watches although they look very nice are in fact very cheaply put together and the costume service is absolutley horrendous. Buyer beware.

Hi, I have nothing to give a review of as am yet to receive delivery of the watch. I have written countless mails to your customer service with no acknowledgement or response. I really will appreciate some sort of feedback as to why there is a delay with the delivery of the watch to me.

Tracking number RX151915898DE. Cannot track and I consider this is a scam. I order almost 2 months no update for my watch. This is my order number 1262323 and I hope someone respond what my updated tracking number and the watch location at this moment. Very damn disappointed with the follow up. La pire des marques que j'ai jamais connue. Montre reçu ne fonctionne pas et ne correspond pas du tout visuellement à ma commande. Apres, ils me font comprendre gentille ment d'aller me faire voir. En gros monsieur merci d'avoir payé et maintenant adieux. Cette marque est immonde et la pire que je connais depuis 20 ans. Je vous aurez prévenu. stuhrling = ARNAQUE The worst brands I have ever known. Watch received does not work and does not visually match my order at all. Afterwards, they kindly make me understand to go and show myself. Basically sir thank you for paying and now farewell. This brand is filthy and the worst I have known for 20 years. I will have warned you. stuhrling = SCAM

ate hoje nao recebi o relógio ....comprei ha mais de 30 dias e ele não chega nunca ..achei a experiencia péssima ate agora ....quando fui comprar o relogio o site dizia que a entrega ocorreria por DHL em 10 dias uteis
