“All but the Pink Polka Dot plant and the Wandering Jew looked really good! These two looked pretty bad! I am hoping they pull through! I watered and put them under a grow light and I am hoping for the best! The rest look pretty good! The Snake plant is scarred up some what but hoping it won't make a difference!”

“The plant I ordered took a beating in transit, even with the heat pack it probably sat on too many cold trucks and loading docks, the part that survived the trip is doing well after a couple days, it’ll be just fine when it fills in”

“The plant arrived wrapped in paper with some potting medium. After unwrapping I found lots of damaged leaves and several broken stems. I cleaned off most of the soil and removed the damaged leaves and stems. Then I placed the plant and most of the soil, that it came with, in a pot and watered it. The next day I checked it and it looked better, I then waited 2 more days and removed some more leaves and stems that looked like they wouldn't make it. Now it's about half the size it maybe was, but I think what is left will survive. I will just have to wait and see.”

“All succulents were fairly intact when received. Although the Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi 'Majestic Scallops' were quite damaged and bruised. And I’m about to loose 3 more leaves on one of the plants. The other 3 have lost all leaves. I’m trying to cut it back but allow it to recover from the shipping trauma also.”

“I need to apologize first to the employee who injured themselves on my order. There was some blood on the packaging and after getting pricked by the cacti, I understand now. Plants arrived in expected condition, the pickle plant was DOA but I forgot to take pictures/contact within 24 hours so that's partially on me. The biplanata still looks rough, but she's making a great comeback. If it wasn't for the pickle plant this would be 5 stars!”

“Although all 4 arrived, some were out of the pot and hopefully will be OK. They were repotted that afternoon. I think a more secure system in their mailing would get a 5 star out of me.”

“the string of pearls was in very good shape and a good size. my only complaint was the delivery time. it took 12 days to get here which is a long time for a plant to be in a box. “2 of the plants ordered are struggling, but the rest are fine.I especially love the "Ogre's Ear" I had ordered from Succulents Depot before, so I wasn't overly concerned. I will "baby" the 2 & see what happens.”
