“I purchased a gift voucher for my husband for Xmas- we have now gone to the shop 3 times and it is never opened. He would like to chose his glasses rather than get them online. The opening hours are on the website so why is it never opened. We have emailed twice and tried calling but nobody answers the phone. I now fell we will have to go legal with this”

Hi, We are sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced. Our store was unfortunately flooded by apartments above us and we had been closed whilst repair works were carried out. I'm happy to say we are now fully back opertaional and open Mon - Fri. “My wife needed new lenses for her Prada sunglasses as the originals were badly scratched. It wasn’t a problem and they were reasonably priced too. Great to know there is a shop like this in Dublin who offer quality, friendly service and products without ripping off customers. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought a pair of sunglasses online as a gift. The money was taken from my account but I received a call the next day to say they weren't in stock, and hadn't been for 4 weeks, and they are finding it hard to stay on top of such a busy online business. That is fair enough, but the money will now take up to 10 days to go back in to my account, Christmas month. Not fair enough. Inventory management is the least I'd expect when paying this amount of money for a product. People don't have the money to wait this amount of time to be refunded, so I couldn't recommend this company in good faith.”

“I had the best experience with sunglasses.ie I came across them online and met Jodie in store. Jodie kindly let me try on loads of the styles in store and completed an online order for me to source the pair I wanted. The prices are the most competitive I have come across and the service was beyond excellent. Definitely will be going back in the future.”
