“Writing this for your attention that I recently purchased a superdry shoes a few days ago from Superdry online website and the product I received was tried so many times before they delivered it to me. Super dry is such an expensive brand but am surprised that your products won't pass through the quality checks before delivering the product to customer. Don't you have adequate staff to perform various quality checks or staff to response over written mails. When didn't get any response via mail, I raised this matter over phone calls but didn't get any positive response. You people are charging thousands of bucks for any product and we suppose to get what was shown in your website but receiving product in this condition is so disappointing. I am attaching video clip and images of my order summary as well as other images for your reference. Please let me know the solution to this shameful act . Also, replace my shoes with the new one ASAP else I would take the matter publicly.”

“Sunglasses broke from new 2 years ago. I feel design fault as were looked after and not dropped. Wrote to superdry who told me they have no repair service and it's out of warranty. Try to contact airport regarding issue. BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WILL NOT BUY FROM SUPERDRY AGAIN. BEWARE. See below for there response.”

“The black short sleeve lace top I bought from Superdry was £39.99. It was very poorly finished at the neckline & around the collar, sleeves & seams (with threads left hanging on show). Disappointing.”

“I would like to bring this to your attention that I recently purchased a superdry T shirt a few days ago from Superdry online website and the T shirt contains the inverted logo of the super dry brand which is itself a matter of shame for your brand. Super dry is such an expensive brand but am surprised that your products won't pass through the quality checks OR this is very embarrassing on the brand that Super dry team won't have adequate staff to perform various quality checks.The inverted logo is on the front side of the T shirt which is very easy to notice.You guys are charging thousands of rupees for T shirts and your products are having such a ridiculous manufacturing defects I am attaching the images of my order summary as well as other images for your reference. Please let me know the solution to this shameful defect. Also, replace my T-shirt with the new one ASAP else I would take the matter publicly.”

“These people on here are not Exasperating...i went in store and purchased a coat ..only to be charged a whole 10 dollar tax as if the coat didnt cost enough...its principle..where there charge ten dollars at..1st and last purchase...theyre a rip off”

“Worst customer service! Never ever been in this store anymore. Worst manager behaviour in superdry world square.. pretending to be nice but hell inside. Staff is so aggressive like no work training. Please think twice to spend your money and time in this store. Not worth it.”

“I also had a really bad experience. I had to follow up on my refund multiple times. If you don’t check your refund it’s as if they’re trying to to get smart in taking your money in case you forgot about your retune. It’s been 2 months and i had to follow up multiple times. There’s no support line to call and talk to them. I tried calling within the advertised hours and I get th message that no one is available. Really bad.”

“Stay away from ordering online in the UK. If you have any issues with an order you won't get any help. The customer service is very poor and you can't speak to anyone only chat. CS Agents don't apologise or help, you loose money and you are on your own. I had 5 items missing from my order and they keep on telling me they were delivered, but they weren't. I have attached a photo of the broken taped around bag we have received. Would you really say there are 6 adult hoodies in the bag? Apparently there are. It's what Superdry says.”

“i had purchased 3 tshirts in August 2020 from superdry store located at infinitti store mumbai. One of the tshirt after one wash the stitching of the tshirt has open up, also in one was only the colour faded. i went to the store 15 days back n enquired if the tshirt can be replaced. the staff denied replacement. i requested for repair for which they agreed. i waited for more than an hour. the store did not had any arrangement for the repair of tshirt. they sent to local tailor of the mall but he did not had time. So Superdry staff informed me to come next week . they will try for replacement or repair. i visited the store after 15 days but was shocked to hear that there wont be replacement and stiching of tshirt will take time. i am regular shopper and try different brands like Westside, Zara, Vero moda etc , but my experience with SuperDry was absolutely worst n disgusting. The Brand is not at all customer friendly. I will not recommend this brand to any one. i would like to rate it negative”
