AXS claim they have processed 2 refunds, for a total of £227.65, after March 2021. I forwarded to AXS a letter from the credit card company (Tandem) advising "From the 17th of February 2021 Tandems Bank Identification Number for credit cards and the payment accounts associated with it have all been closed. After this date any attempted payments or refunds will have been automatically returned to the sender by the payment scheme provider". Despite that, and many complaints for the past 3 months - these days AXS does not have a customer service number to call, and they do not answer their facebook message, AXS keeps telling me their refunds did not bounce back! I've logged a complaint with Star.org.uk to recover my refunds. If only AXS could be sensible and talk to Tandem? But that would be asking too much. My advice: avoid AXS at all cost!

This company does not even warrant 1 star!!!. Absolutely appalling, not able to speak to anyone, live chat just pass on the complaint and although I have done this numerous times... still no change and NO PAYMENT/REFUND. Tickets were sold in December 2021 and I have been chasing AXS for the money since. They say it is a technical error as there is no tab on the payment page to transfer the money to my PayPal account or my bank account. This complaint has been (according to the live chat) "escalated to the right department" and we were supposed to receive a reply within 2 days. GUESS WHAT.... NO REPLY. Their website should be removed and this company needs looking into as there is something very worrying about the numerous complaints of the same issue on trust pilot. DO NOT USE AXS TO SELL YOUR TICKETS, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE MONEY!

I have been waiting to get paid for sold tickets now since September 2021. The live chat is run by customer service assistants who have no understanding of how selling of tickets works, or even how the online interface looks like for customers. I am unable to speak to anybody despite repeated requests. Nobody follows through on emails, and the same response is being said over again. My correct bank details and paypal account is on my account, so I fail to understand why Support are unable to pay me my money. Please beware if you are selling tickets, do not use AXS.

the worst company I've ever had dealings with. first you have to sell tickets through them at there price, then you don't get payed until after the gig, then they won't let you delete your data or bank details -5 stars

Rubbish chat service, no telephone contacts, still waiting for proceeds from my ticket sale.

Not paid in full for tickets that I sold- this company deserves a class action lawsuit…maybe I’ll look into that

They have literally stolen my money. 3 tickets successfully sold and never received the money and now 2 tickets refunded and all money was promised today (after being postponed 3 times) manager phoned to promise today and suggested ‘changing or deleting’ my poor (HONEST) review on Trust Pilot. Still nothing. I will never ever purchase tickets from them again even if that means not visiting the O2. Reporting to STAR, trading standards and taking to a small claims court.

I sold event tickets via AXS, as I was unable to attend an international event (in Canada when I am based in the UK). I am unable to transfer the sales proceeds back into my bank account. I have been asking for help for months - I have sent multiple emails and have spent hours waiting for live chat with both the US and the UK customer service teams, and no one is willing to or able to help me. Also, the UK customer service line has been 'closed for quarantine' for months. I am totally at a loss as to how to get my money back. I will never use AXS again - I have been so let down by them.

Worst experience ever. I will never do anything with them ever again. I had 2 tickets for an event which got postponed. I received an email from them saying I could easily get a refund, and there was no option on their website to process the refund. So it took me an hour on the chat to talk to someone, and at the end they wouldn't even agree to send me an email confirmation about my refund. What a bad business

Took 9 weeks and 1 day from the time of requesting a refund to actually be refunded. After many many emails to support, being told multiple times that "your refund has been approved and funds will appear in your account in 14 working days". Only to then be told that it's pending in their systems and needs to be processed. Only advice I can give to anyone else in the same situation is to keep with it, don't believe their lies and keep asking for a reference to prove that the transaction has in fact been processed. Horrible company, will avoid at all costs in the future. Borderline illegal behaviour.

I sold my concert tickets via the app. However, AXS have not transferred my money back to me after months of emails and phone calls. Each time, I am promised that payment is imminent but it never hapoens. It is appalling and outrageous because it takes minutes to do a transfer and they are holding on to YOUR money. Based on my experience, I shall never purchase through AXS again.

Zero stars. I have all the Same complaints as others regarding the customer service, web site etc. I waisted a better part of a frustrating day. They can’t be truly interested in the reselling of tickets as their main business. I found it very suspicious when I was trying to list and resell tickets the site said it was mandatory that I enter all my bank information so they could deposit the money into my bank account when the tickets sold. ARE KIDDING ME?? I would never give that information. There are credit cards that could be credited or pay pal but they were not options. If I didn’t enter the bank info I couldn’t list the tickets. I think the main business of AXS is to learn personal financial information and The ticket sales is just a front for the financial scams. I went to another resell ticket site to see if I could list them for sale there. I read the instructions to list . It mentioned something about the bar code on the tickets. Then I went back to my original tickets to have a look at them. THERE IS NO BAR CODE , which means it’s not a real ticket. I didn’t really look at the tickets when I received them because I never really suspected it wasn’t a legit site. I think they won’t respond to us because they know we don’t actually own tickets from the order number. They are blocking us from logging in as well, passwords won’t work etc. Their technique is to frustrate us so we give up and walk away. Any business person in a legit business would care. This would be an excellent journalist investigation topic. So I waisted the day and it turns out I don’t own tickets anyways. I don’t believe I was scammed by Joe Blow who transferred me the tickets originally. I was scammed by AXs posing as Joe Blow. If you were a legit company the ticket transfer would go through AXs and they would verify the tickets before the transfer completed ?? I was a little suspect of the resell sites to start with because it is so difficult, confusing and time consuming to get to the main ticket provider to start with. I relaxed a bit once I realized this sort of deal was widely used it seemed. Before you need to go to these resell sites, you would think the main provider would come up first or even appear , but I guess I am old school.

This is the worst ticket sales company I have ever come across. I sent a message to them because I can no longer attend a concert in Las Vegas. Contacted them on 4 December 2021, received a ticket for my query and it is now 15 January 2022 and am still awaiting a response. I would strongly avoid them on all accounts and revert to other reputable ticket sites such as Ticketmaster etc.

Horrible. You never get your tickets and can’t get anyone to help you either. Customer service is hours on the phone to talk with someone. Chat was an hour and 86 people in the queue ahead of me. When I used my phone to look up my order number then go back to the chat it disconnected me and put me back at the end of the 83 person line. No accountability at all.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I listed my tickets for sale with them but they never actually appeared as for sale when searched for! They don’t reply to emails or chat messages! Don’t waste your time, just list them elsewhere.

Booked tickets for Billie Eilish 16th June and received email confirmation saying I could resell through their official app. Got better tickets for the 25th and listed the original 16th tickets for sale. Received email confirming they were re-listed. Two months later, the tickets show as unsold in the app but they are not coming up in searches. Wait in a queue on the chat for an hour to be told they cannot be resold. I uploaded screenshots with evidence of email confirming the ability to list, and the successful re-listing only to be rudely cut-off and told to make a complaint. These are VIP tickets work over £1,000.
