Segway arrived today daughter was so excited but when we opened the box we discovered it was minus a plug phonedbup to be told we will send in post but you might not get it till tuesday now have one very disappointed 12 year old little girl. Things like this should be checked before packaged. Would not recommend this company at all

Still waiting fort order , which was cancelled by SWEGWAY through no fault of mine, I have reordered last Friday for next day delivery , it's now Monday, but not heard from SWEGWAY to say when it will be delivered

Jokers ..... They dupe people into thinking their saving money on a board .... Ordered a board with less than 24 hours sale time on the clock ..... also used the 24 hour courier service at a steep £25 ..... got a conformation e,mail .... sat back... next morning gets a newsletter e,mail saying the same product was now £40 cheeper than the sale price??? wtf? why have a sale in the first place .... furious i e,mailed them to get nowhere so ended up ringing ... got told if i cancelled the order and re,ordered using a code id get the EVEN better price... but they wouldn't let me know if the code was guaranteed or not to work ????? then told i wouldn't get the ordered board till the tuesday ( ordered on a thursday evening ) due to UPS not working on a saturday !!!!!!!!!! But they still took the £25 regardless... Told them to cancel the lot and id shop with someone who wasn't out to rip me off.... got n e,mail to say order cancelled but nothing about the full refund .... had to call again ...told my order number didn't match my name ???? got full refund in the end but hard work ...use someone else people ...... save yourselves the hassle ....

I ordered a gold 1 paid for next day delivery waited in all day never come . they never informed me it was out of stock . so I phoned them . they said they have sent a different colour . for next day delivery but email says different . just hope I don't wait in all day again for nothing . that will be two days of work . wouldn't use this company again . one dosent know what the other one is doing

I have just received my swegway & for a start it's the wrong colour but most importantly it doesn't work! Tried to phone the number on the instructions, unable to get through to anyone. I am very disappointed.

THE SWEGWAY WAS DELIVERED VERY FAST BUT WHEN IT BECAME FAULTY I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING 2 DAYS FOR IT TO BE COLLECTED FOR REPAIR.MY SON IS VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS NOT HAPPY AT ALL FEEL VERY LET DOWN.

You have requested a review before you have despatched the goods. At this stage I can only conclude my rating is VERY POOR asT the product has not been provided. Having now received the Swegway my review is upgraded to POOR due to 1. The WARRANTY CARD was not included within the package. Please provide the Warranty Card. 2. The USER MANUAL is written in 'chinglish' and, in parts, incomprehensible 3. The USER MANUAL refers to Model S2-15, 52-15 and SI-15. Please advise which model has been provided. 4. The USER MANUAL states 'when driving S2-15, do not divert your attention, such as aswering phone, LISTENING TO MUSIC doing other things. Why then is a WIFI Loudspeaker fitted? Please provide the WARRANTY CARD. Peter Bates

Hi Anna, I have looked up your order- you ordered 2 working days ago and chose the free shipping option which is 5-7 working days for delivery. After tracking your swegway I can see that it is due for delivery On Wednesday 6th April on the 5th working day :)

I contact yourselves wednesday 30th to find out where my sons swegway was. You informed me it hadn't been sent out so you sent it out express yesterday. I paid for a 1-2 day service last Thursday. Me bearing in mind of the bank holiday which then it should been delivered yesterday latest. My sons birthday today and he has nothing to open due to your poor service. He has had rough year of it to with his nan being poorly and myself. So this was meant to be a nice surprise. I've had no apology or anything and this is also the second email. I will be sharing this over the social network to ensure that people know what a disappointment you are and not to use your so called 1-2 day service!! Not recommended at all

Hi Nicola, I have escalated your complaint to see what we can do for you. I am very sorry to hear that the Swegway was a little late. We always try our very best to deliver when promised but we make mistakes occasionally. We will be in touch via email to offer you compensation. Hope you enjoy the Sweg now that it's arrived :)

So far my boy had his swegway 3 hours and one of the lights didn't work I reported it via the help on line but nobody answered me so now I've had to make 2 phone calls to sort it out. Then a further 3 phone calls chasing a label for the returns package that they didn't bother sending. They have collected it now but because of the bank holidays my son is now without for at least a week as they are going to repair rather than just exchange. I thought goods when first purchased had to be in full working order and fit for purpose. Obviously this company do not abide by trading standards!

Paid for 2 day delivery as it was a birthday present ,received it a week later,too late for his birthday.Overall good fun however marks very easy.

Very quick to email me when interested in buying a board. When board arrived after TWO weeks it appears to be faulty. I have emailed twice to say so and still I am waiting on a reply. Very poor service and completely ignoring customer when trying to enquire about this matter. Maybe now I will get a reply?????????????
