Hi I purchased a swim top with you months ago I which I played $99 for it was not right for me so I sent it back to recieve a refund in which I am still waiting for regards karen markham

As we are an Australian company, sizes listed on our website are predominantly Australian sizes, however sometimes the alpha size chart (S, M, L) is used. Every product has a size conversion chart for you to refer to when selecting a size. On the size chart, you will see the far-left column has Australian sizes, Alpha, US, European, and product measurements to determine which size is best for you. Work your way from left to right across the rows to find a size that best fits you! I'm never going back, I have never had a shop assistant treat me so badly, I left in tears. The company is fine it was one staff member that has caused me sadness. It is not ok to insult a customer who is about to purchase $800 worth of resort wear. I have had an apologie from the company, Angry young girls should not be in customer care.

First you told u me one item was not available and I asked for a refund and the next day it was available 😳…..the shipping time was nearly 3 weeks and most of that time every time I checked the shipping number it could not be found😠…..I will never purchase from your company again

Online ordering was fast and easy. Click and collect was ready within an hour. Unfortunately the bathers were absolutely dreadful. I’ll never order bathers online again.

Unfortunately I have yet to receive my parcel It has been bouncing between Melbourne and Brisbane 3 times!! I have reported this to Australia Post This took around 40mins to speak to a real person! Their Chat Bot didn't work Still don't know when I'll receive my parcel!

Unfortunately my swimwear ($279) never arrived at my house even though swimwear galore said it had been delivered and someone else had forged a signature on it. I’ve asked swimwear galore for next steps on how to get the item or refund but they are now ignoring my my 2 calls. (No answer from their customer service so I’ve left 2 messages) I received one email with the details of the phantom delivery then they haven’t responded after that even though I have emailed back. I will be taking further steps. Very bad customer service so far I’m afraid.

As mentioned, we have raised a formal investigation with Australia Post in regards to your parcels whereabouts as it was marked as delivered and signed for with a forged signature which is totally unacceptable. Thank you for your feedback Anna. Our free return shipping we provide our customers is via regular post - not express. Therefore, returns can take 7-10 business days to reach our location. From there we ask you to allow 1-3 business days for us to unpack and process your request. I can see your refund has been processed - I apologise for any inconvenience you encountered.

The website said 1-3 days delivery from date of processing. My order was not processed until e days later in which, the order was delivered too late for me to take on my trip overseas which was the purpose of my purchase.

I ordered a suit from the US. It did not work for me. I returned it via USPS, the cheapest option at $37 First Class mail. It has been a couple of weeks now and I have heard nothing . USPS is supposed to have tracking but it doesn't work. Guess I made a very expensive mistake.

I was sent a snorkel that leaked profusely by the second use. I emailed them about the problem and was told I’d have to fill in their forms (which I consider doing their admin work but unpaid) and post it back (more unpaid commuting and time not paid), where they would assess if it was indeed faulty and if it was deemed faulty, then I’d get a refund. So much running around when they are at fault. I don’t have time for this so threw it in the bin.

We just built a house with a pool. I'm not Elle McPherson, so I was excited to find swimwear that I thought I would feel comfortable in. When I purchased online thought that bottoms were part of the price paid. To my surprise, I received a top and NO bottom. I wanted to wear over the holidays but was deflated with what I received for $80+. I emailed your company to query my order and was told that I only ordered the top part. Sad but true = I'll need to be more careful next time.
