“ I’m so annoyed at this company we were on holiday in Wales when the area went into lock down we immediately e mailed Sykes to ask what to do we got no reply the lock down happened at 6 pm on Thursday 1 st of Oct we left the property that morning to leave the area before lockdown happened as to welsh government guide lines to leave as soon as practicable losing 9 nights of our holiday at no time did the owners say we could stay phoned Sykes on 2nd of Oct girl on phone agreed we could not stay now received an e mail to say no refund fools that we were we booked another cottage throw Sykes for this week starting 3 rd of October in Scotland so we did not completely lose our holiday customer service stinks having booked many holidays throw this company in the past we will certainly not be booking in future we should have known they were not to be trusted we had to break of a holiday when our mother died no refund for that either even although we had took insurance out on both occasions rotten to the core ”
