Good website; prompt delivery. However, Snap-seal F-connector compression tool delivered appears to be the wrong size - 16.5 - not 20.3 as per the website photograph on the same page as the WF100 cable and blue/gold F-connectors. The F-connectors are too long to fit in the compression tool. Trying to sort it out before next weekend.

Delivery was very speedy and the satellite dish and stand were excellent. However one of the cables with the satellite finder was broken and so I couldn't be use it.

I am happy with the service. The delivery was quick and when I called to discuss the type of receiver j needed I got good advice. The receiver is working very well and it was very easy to install it in a motorised system .

On a Wednesday evening I found that systemsat.co.uk had the satellite dish, LNB and motor I wanted in stock, and ordered them for free delivery to my East Sussex address. I received an email at 12.48 the next day from systemsat saying that a shipment with the three items had been despatched, with a tracking number starting "YODEL-JD00" followed by four other groups of numbers separated by spaces. Yodel online did not recognise the number either with or without "YODEL-". At 21.30 on the same day I received another email from systemsat saying that the dish (no mention of LNB and motor) was being sent using Despatch Bay. The tracking number began "JJD000" and had no spaces. That number was recognised immediately by Despatch Bay online, and two days later my puzzlement about the delivery (I had never heard of Despatch Bay before) was lessened by the sixth report from DESPATCH BAY which ended "Gatwick Service Centre (yodel)" ! Monday 9.53 DESPATCH BAY online reported delivery would be within the next 24 hours. Monday 10.40 systemsat.co.uk emailed to say that the dish was out for delivery (no mention of other items). Monday 10.48 DESPATCH BAY online reported “Driver En Route”. All three items were delivered on Monday afternoon (within three normal delivery days), in a stout box more than big enough for the 1-metre dish. Despite one or two small problems in my understanding of the delivery process, I was very pleased with the SystemSat service generally and have bookmarked their website.

Prompt delivery of a dish and LNB. Sent a quad LNB when I had ordered an Octo but when I informed them they sent the Octo with a postage paid bag to send the quad back.

Good quality products although the sat dish bracket kit I received had a few washers and nuts missing in the sealed bag. Delivery times were good and received in good condition. prices are reasonable.

From your side the delivery was ok, from the side of your dispatch company Yodel there web page to track the parcel is not the best one, They give a day, but not a time window, which they should know, so the customer has to wait and hope Yodel comes eventually. When they arrive the drivers are friendly and there is no problem, it is only to have a time window so someone does not have to sit at home and wait and wait.
