“I was sent the wrong order, then told that it cannot be resolved as the item has since gone out of stock. I was offered a refund, which I have asked for but I am still waiting a week after they were notified of their error. Communication has been lacking. I would expect better service considering the price of the products sold. I have other earrings from tada and toy buy i am put off from ordering from here again.”
“I ordered a beautiful set of ear rings, can't call them a pair as each is different! I was initially alarmed when I saw that they had been packaged in a very flat looking, slightly padded envelope. The earrings themselves were wrapped only in a small - rather lovely - fabric bag. On pulling out the earrings I was devastated to discover that they were now completely flat! The post on each earring was bent completely over. A sad sight as the earrings themselves were just delightful. I would have loved wearing them. I must say that Tada and Toy were quick to respond to my complaint and I was able to return them. This was also rather a pain, an eighteen mile round trip to the nearest Collect point. I have yet to receive my refund but this was only days ago! My previous purchases have been well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition, so I would like to think that this was an aberration and due to high volumes because of the Sample sale. However, I was still very disappointed as I had planned to wear the earrings to an important family event.”
“My parcel was left at a neighbours house in their hedge behind the dustbins. I finally got it 10 days later. In the meantime I had reordered a second pair but I still have not received the paperwork to send the original box back in order to get my refund. Very bad shopping experience.”

“Hi there - your earrings are beautifully designed and I bought two cuffs for myself and my cousin for our birthday last week. They looked fantastic but they both fell out within hours of putting them on, not only is this an expensive loss, but a real shame as we were very excited to show them off. I really think the design needs to be better so this does not happen to more of your customers, and upset to have spent ~£140 on something that lasted < 1 day.”
