Very bad When u receive order it is wrong or spoiled never return money of changes It is very bad service I will not recommend at all

The worst ever delivery company. I ordered from them for my guest I waited more than 5 hours and keep calling them to check the order after long time waiting they sending a notification that I got my order when l contacted them oooh sorry you didn’t get your order sorry within 20 min will send it again and again nothing in the end ok will refund your money within 24 hours and till now nothing again and again contacting them in the end ooooh dear send your bank statement to make sure you didn’t get your money and the funny part the customer service she wants me to rate them good after the conversation no sham. They took my money and irritated me and want a good rate please

i have ordered a pizza worth AED 94.50 but due to the hangups in their app , order did not completed but payment has deducted from my credit card. Usually we know the money will come back to our account if the order is not placed . so i have ordered again for AED 94.50. this time order placed and i have waited so long to receive the order, but it didnt appeared. then i called the food house (Dominos) and gave the reference. they told me that order cannot be processed and they have informed talabat due to location of delivery. but both payments , they have claimed and until today they didnt get back my money. they cheated me. i have tried to chat with their customer care, they said within 24 hrs, they will get back the money and they didnt. when i see that complaint status it shows it is closed. they are scam.

Bad customer service. I got receipt of 116 but they charged me for 135...they also sent wrong item. I complained...they refunded for wrong item but they are refusing to refund the difference. Their replies are like robot. I'm going to use instashop or deliverooo.

Definitely a company that should not be preferred. Even though 2 hours have passed, they still haven't delivered an order that took 40 minutes. They don't say it for a valid reason. They ruined my Sunday. I think I'll have to wait another hour. Help Center sent a 15 dirham voucher as an apology. 15 AED for my 3 hours and Sunday!!!

4 times always missing things ...yesterday I did my grocery online at 5pm, and at 9pm I received half of my things and the delivery mans said they gave me everything (a lie?) I had to call the talabat at 9:30pm to prove i didn't recieve all After awhile they refund me 98aed of missing grocery on talabat credit I had to do another grocery and waiting for them till 10:30pm This is not my first bad experience with them This has happened 5 times before and the delivery men they came they throw ur stuff on the floor and when u ask them something they say "I don't know" and go Very bad behavior and administration and teamwork. When u call the delivery man to call where he is he close the phone on ur face. I think my own opinion to revise the system and quality of service, teamwork, and employees, deliver mens. If u continue like this no respect between customer and business will stay No confidence from customer or trust Never again I go with talabat

I had worst experience with Talabat in entire process including customer service channel. My order was delivered midnight after 3 hours perpetual follow ups. Customer service Channel-Mr Hamza, Mr Ali lied multiple times at every 10 minutes with new scripts. Due to their lies I did not cancel my order otherwise I would have cancelled and reordered my meal. I had worst experience with them. Upon complaint it is stated that case is resolved without taking my satisfactory opinion at any ground. Simply they are happy to close the issue without any proper solution and customer’s satisfactory. I’m rating zero star for Talabat due to their worst customer service.

When i complained about my order they lie to me and told your refund has been successfully placed but since 2 weeks i didn’t receive any thing. Plz people go to zamato or delivero they are much more better thenbtalabat

I placed an order with Talabat for 3 kids meal, once opened there was insect inside, complained to Talabat and they informed that Zaatar w Zeit will contact me to resolve the issue which never happened, I m a regular client in this branch bt will never ever eat there and will make sure none of my family or frds will do, hygiene is the first and most important and they failed 👎🏻

Talabat customer service is good. Few problems that we faced is with their Pakistani delivery persons. These men speaks in rude disrespectful manner and tell lies for their own mistakes in delivery delays, delivery to wrong address. Please give proper training to these guys and then allow them to deliver to customers, because their incomptence may bring bad name to Talabat on a long run.

To Whom It May Concern, I am compelled to issue a stern warning to all potential customers considering using Talabat: DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR DECEITFUL PROMISES! My recent experience with Talabat has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I refuse to let others fall victim to their unscrupulous practices. I placed an order with Talabat, expecting a seamless and efficient service. Instead, what I received was a cascade of incompetence and dishonesty. The items I ordered were incorrectly fulfilled, with blatant disregard for accuracy and customer satisfaction. When I attempted to address this issue with their so-called "customer service," I was met with nothing but resistance, excuses, and a total lack of accountability. Talabat's refusal to take responsibility for their failures is an insult to every customer who places their trust in their service. Their dismissive attitude and outright negligence are unacceptable, and I refuse to let them get away with it. I urge everyone reading this review to steer clear of Talabat at all costs. Do not be lured in by their flashy marketing or false promises. They are nothing but a disgrace to the service industry, and I will not rest until their deceitful practices are exposed for all to see.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Talabat that compels me to warn potential customers. I ordered dinner from Burger Boutique through Talabat, and not only was the delivery late, but the order was completely wrong. Upon notifying Talabat, they sent another order, which again was incorrect and arrived cold and inedible. Despite multiple assurances from the help center staff that the issues would be resolved promptly and that I would receive fresh, correct food, the problems persisted. The follow-up on their service promise was non-existent; no calls were returned as promised, and the resolution offered—a mere QAR 15.00 compensation for a QAR 175.00 order—was both laughable and insulting. I have since reached out multiple times via email to seek a proper resolution and a full refund, attaching evidence of the incorrect orders. It has been over a week without any acknowledgment or response from their customer service team. This experience has shown a severe lack of professionalism and customer care from Talabat. It’s disappointing to see how little they regard their customers’ satisfaction and time. I advise anyone considering using their service to think twice if expecting reliable and responsive customer support.

There staff were not answering my email. They send me different food and I am requesting for a refund and I give them the screenshot and file a complain as soon as i saw the order but they dont want to refund it. I even send them an email to ask their driver to come to our house to pick up the wrong item that they send but they didn't send any driver. I keep on sending them an email but no response!! This is how they work!! If theres any mistake with the food, they will not even bother to reply to your email and they will just ignore your email.

it was shocking to me when i eat the shawarma it has staple pin inside. this food was offered to my child as well. what if the piece was eating by my child and swallow it? this may cause harm to the health of my child. this is very dangerous. talabat email me an apology letter and offering compensation AED 15.00dhs. i dont need the compensation amount they can take it back. what i need is action to be taken immediately because this might cause danger to customer.
