SCAMMERS, take money from your bank, kept sending bills. I told them, I am tied into Virgin, they still tried taking money from my bank. THE MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY. I WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I LET THEM GET OPENREACH TO PUT A CABLE DANGLING FROM THE ROOF TO THE GROUND, INSIDE MY HOUSE THEY STUCK A BOX ON MY WALLPAPER WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. IT HAS TORN MY WALLPAPER, WHY DOES THE OMBUDSMAN ALLOW THEM TO KEEP DAMAGING PEOPLES' HOMES? I ASKED TALK TALK TO COME AND REMOVE IT, REMOVE THE BOX AND TAKE THEIR MODEM. THEIR RESPONSE WAS TO SEND ME A BAG TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM, WHAT A DARNED CHEEK. THEY ARE STILL, 5 MONTHS ON SENDING ME BILLS. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND THOSE WHO SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM, WON'T.

They schedueled an ingineer who came to my house, after reschedueled my initial appointment. Ingineer came yesterday, internet worked for half day, today no internet.. Please don t choose Talk Talk, is one of the most unreliable broadband ever created!

Granada been without internet for Months. Very long calls with Tec support which they charge for! Refuse to send out anyone and Grandma cannot spend hours on phone doing techie stuff. Couldn't be worse.

Absolutely going out of my mind trying to deal with talk talk. My business phone hasn't been working properly since last year and nothing has been done. I have had countless texts from them, and couple of engineers out and still no joy of getting my phone fixed. Absolutely dissatisfied and can't wait to move. Will definitely not recommend. This is the worst service I've ever had.

I've had talk talk for 6mnths now, promised 6mps min. Still to this date I'm mostly below 1, that's when I'm not totally disconnected. This pleasure costs me £50 a month. Customer service have promised time and time again, that the issue is being dealt with, but 6 months is ridiculous. Cant stream movies, my son cant play his xbox and I cant even load basic internet pages, I've had to leave my house to post this review(currently sitting in costa) I would recommend avoiding Talk Talk at all costs, they just ain't worth the stress.

Really 🤔 They send me not first time mail like that. Blackmail, or harassment? There's an outstanding balance of £37.00 on your TalkTalk account, which may include a standard fee for late payment. To avoid restrictions being automatically applied to your TalkTalk service, you’ll need to pay your outstanding balance immediately. Please be aware that we may share payment information with a credit reference agency, and failure to make payment could affect your credit rating. This means that you may find it difficult to get credit elsewhere, for example, with other utility companies or banks. If you’ve already paid in the past few days, thank you, you don’t need to do anything.

Speeds and connection has been good for a month, however we suddenly lost internet and lodged a fault with TalkTalk. They informed us on Friday that the issue was being worked on, then on Saturday we were told that an engineer is working on the issue, and would contact us between 18:00 and 21:00 for an update, which never happened. On Sunday we were told the issue was being worked on and would be fixed by 18:00, and then we were told by a different advisor that infact noone was working on our issue and that openreach does not work weekends (a lie), and that they would start working on the issue on Monday, to be fixed estimated Wednesday. This is unacceptable, and considering BT would fix issues straight away (including weekends) even though both providers use the openreach network, it seems you pay for the cheaper price by having useless support and terrible service. A total of 6 days without internet is costly and damaging for business, so I'd recommend paying the extra tenner a month for a competent provider. Disgraceful and useless service from TalkTalk.

Paid £70 to leave contract... Best money I ever spent. They continually throttled my service back and actually admitted it. (although they now deny this) Without internet due to having a 4k TV and breaking 'fair usage policy'.. Week after week, soooo stressfull. Eventually broke contract and changed to BT. Guess what? All the problems have suddenly disappeared. My line has miraculously changed itself from unreliable copper and re-routed itself to get to the BT box quicker. The outage due to atmospheric conditions has stopped! Never again. Talk Talk are the worst scumpany ever

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Broadband is now down to 1.1mbs it is an absolute joke... moving to BT where i should have gone in the first place

Utter rubbish. Always lagging and pausing. Customer service is pants an always end up with the same story. Connection is good on this end. Must be the 5 feet distance from our rubbish internet box that doesnt stand on its own to your console.

Would leave NO star rating but unable to with web page. Worst customer service EVER. South African call center with very different cultural understanding to ours. Rude and unhelpful. Have spent nearly 14 years with Talk Talk and have now closed our account with them and moved to BT open reach. Customer call centre based in UK and absolute joy to use. Comparable to a 'John Lewis' experience. Absolute contrast to Talk Talk experience. Will never return to their company even if the service was free.

Was with talktalk years ago. Cancelled them pre contract worst service ever. Couldn't understand them on the phone it kept going off they didn't send anyone out to sort it. Got phone call off debt collector told them if anything talktalk owed me money cos didn't get the service I signed up for. So they squashed debt. Also would give no stars but had to press 1 to make review. They're in the top 3 worst broadband providers

They have cut my 95yr old mother in laws phone off, because they say she hasn’t paid her installation fee. WHICH SHE HAS. Spent over two hrs all told on phone trying to sort, very pleasant but useless African guy. Still mired deep in it all and going to stop DD and see what happens then. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

Awful experience. SO much money orientated and NOT caring about customers. I have decided to leave them and they have charged me for something I haven't used at all + wanting to charge me for a month in advanced. Disgusted and so disappointed. Never again. please avoid them any cost

Have been with out phone line and broadband for over two weeks now don’t no how many test talk talk can do before they except that there is a problem that needs fixing, there name is right talk talk as that is all they want to do is talk not fix still not working have now stopped my DD and stopped talking to them as it’s a waste of time will now take to ombudsman to sort

I've not been a TalkTalk customer for nearly under 2 years and I now start recieving letters from Debt collectors demanding payment for £35 as TalkTalk have sold on my account... I was out with my 18 months contract when I switched 2 years ago and to my knowledge made my last payment when I switched. I raised a complaint with TalkTalk and i initially got a response apologising saying a manager would contact me in the next 3 days. As this didn't happen I phoned them from the number in the email as they had stated this would be the quickest way to get an update to my complaint and this is where the fun begins... The incompetence of the Indian woman I spoke to (who took a good five minutes to even take my name) and kept requesting my name and postcode after every question, told me she could not assist me, refused to take my complaint reference and told me to contact the debt collection agency. Furious at this point I repeatedly tried to explain I was calling for an update to my complaint and she just kept repeating "take the number". Put me on hold and came back several minutes and told me to take down the number again... When I asked to speak to a manager and asked her name she then tried the age old "hello, hello?" Could hear laughing in the background and them she muted her phone, forcing me to hang up after 27 minutes of nothing. I responded to the original complaint on Monday and have still not had a reply so will be escalating to CISAS. I'm not even a customer and I'm having to deal with this! Their customer service and broadband are truly awful wouldnt deal with this company if they paid me! Avoid at all costs.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star were shall i begin they lie over the phone they dont speek clear english they always charging you more and more they offer you a deal and dont let you know you will be charged extra m9ney after the offer ends so i was offer 22pound super fiber for 18 months and there for after will be 41pound per month for the remainder of a 2 year contract. The wifi is rubish up 1 floor or down 1 floor away from the router. Oh they never give u the requird internet speed to top it all off... ide say 41pounds for internet is ridiculias we dont have world wars to then be robbed by an internet company

I used to be a customer of and I'm glad I switched to a new provider. Talk talk used to be good and I was a customer with them for 13yrs, but over the last 6 months my fibre speed kept dropping and the Wi-Fi router keep dropping Wi-Fi signal, so when my contract was up for renewal Last month I spoke to Talk talk to see if I could get a new deal and new router and I have to say I was disgusted with the outcome the call handler was only prepared to reduce my bill by £5.00 that's it, I asked for for a new router as well and the call handler said no unless it's faulty... So I then said if been offered a better deal with a new provider and cheaper then talk talk the call handler said it looks as if your gonna go with the new provider so I will read you the contract termination and final costs involved. After that I ended the call and called the new provider and signed up straight away. I thought what a disgrace talk talk had become and there customer service standards have dropped rock bottom and the last two times I've called talk talk not one call handler had a clue what I wanted... Glad I have got rid of them.

Lazy, humiliating and uncaring customer service. I've been trying to leave TalkTalk for three months and the whole process has been distressing, full of delays and false information. I was assured that my account was cancled and that all bills had been paid. A month later I am again charged for a months service. Also listening to a customer service member laugh as she covers the phone while I describe my problem was difficult as someone who struggles with social anxiety.
