This relates to a Shell contract transfer and at the end of that contract term. As TT stated that the next month's charge would be higher but did not quantify I put a stop on the direct debit which resulted in non payment when they tried to get money from my account They tried to impose a penalty charge ( called it an admin fee ) for late payment of monthly charge. As their monthly demands are for payment in advance , penalty charges should not be applied before the services have been supplied. They could try breach of contract but the original contract was with Shell and payment were in arrears. After protest and telephone calls and emails they deleted the penalty/admin charge. But it's all hassle and a wind up.

They have ineffective customer service. They surcharge the customer and after can't explain why.

A vile company with absolutely no customer service. Forget emailing them because they never answer you. I have suffered a lost of broadband at least 3 times a day for the last 2 years or more. I can't wait to dump them when my contract expires (very soon)

The worst company I have ever dealt with by an absolute mile. Engineer never arrived as planned, had no broadband for weeks, all the meanwhile recieving bills I should never have got. Cancelled my contract but they still keep trying to charge me. Every single thing absolutely awful.

- Too frequent internet connection disruptions - Too frequent disruptions even in chat talking with TalkTalk agents. Replies from them a few minutes after my sending messages. How can I trust their service when they are suffering internal internet connection problems as an internet service provider?

I'm not sure it is possible for a company to be worse than TalkTalk. Spent 3 hours on the phone to correct the problem they created when the cancelled my new service by accident. Called a liar by a member of the order management team.

DO NOT GET TALK TALK!!!!! I never leave reviews honestly but this has been the most terrible experience of my life. They sent the wrong router but I had to move shortly after. I tried to make a transfer to a new tenant because I was moving home and they didn't make it happen for 4 months! Then I cancelled the contract because the new tenant needed internet ... now they are charging me 100 pounds for cancelling the contract. They do not care about people or customers. Talk talk if you want to make this better or please maybe don't charge me for a fee here is my number: 07872915899

Took out a new contract with this lot recently worst mistake ever, internet keeps crashing, replaced my phone then changed phone line supplier to no avail, all down to talktalk, keep telling me they are checking for faults.

In last 4 weeks they suppose to call me 16 times and each time need to go back to them but still ignoring me , waiting for promised letter for months , close my complain while not done anything , try to open new complain but they just ignore me and all people saying diffrent things ,terrible customer service !

I cancelled in March. I cancelled again in August. They have overcharging me for years. What they are doing is immoral and illegal. I am being chased by debt collectors. I have written to CEO with absolutely no acknowledgement. Do not use under any circumstances.

Awful WiFi service. Massive early termination fee even though I've been with them years. Not acknowledging receipt of old router and then sending another returns bag as if I never sent it. Rubbish to say the least.

Tried establish power of attorney via overprotective codes from OPG to reduce mothers bill as she cannot use Internet, they have delayed endless pointless queries and of course can't ring her and reduce bill. now claiming not charging above contract despite knowing my dead father signed contract ,they are out of contract and they are charging for something not supplied

I think this company is a big fraud, I wonder why the regulators are still allowing this company to operate in the UK. They will give you an 18 moths contract, you pay direct debit for 18 months and bumm! they won't let you go. You will call to tell them you do not wish to continue, then they keep passing you through 5 different departments with each one claiming that they aren't responsible for signing you off. At the end of the contract, you leave them and join a new company and after 2 years they will resourface to tell you that you are still owing them and will drag you to CNBC through a third party. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD CALLED TALKTALK. You are just in luck seing this, because you have no idea what this unfair drag to CNBC as caused me and my family.

This company is an absolute joke, I've had an issue with my Wi-Fi I have been on the phone for free hours spoken to five different representatives who still keep contradicting each other and can't get to the bottom of my problem yet they rise the price that they charge for this broadband and not one person in six representatives consult it out it's absolutely disgusting what is going on here.
