If l could do 0 l would, had no phone for a week with no resolution. Makes it worst my internet went off, and after 4 hours of phone calls. All got asked was the same questions with no resolve, if l wasn't in contract with them l would leave. Avoid at all cost, it will cost you more time and money, than you will have the pleasure of there services.

I don't even want to waste more time than needed and write full review here. Just leaveing review everywhere possible for people to COMPLETELY AVOID this provider. It's unbelievable that this company still exist. To me any good reviews are made up by them or something is wrong with someone who leaves 5 stars anywhere for them.

Where do I start,I'm not one for writing reviews but these con people deserve it, can't believe a company like this get away with ripping people off,I was with them for years,when I come out of contract they didn't notify me just charged more,after 6 months,I phoned them ,took ages to get through,told them to renew my contract but they never did ,just cept taking the higher payment out,so I got InTouch to cancel, they said they would get someone to phone me,never did,so I cancelled direct debit,a year later the are still hounding me for £65 , they bent as a nine bob note ,never have I had the diss pleasure of dealing with these, please don't trust them you will be sorry.

Horrible company. I guess, the customer service is outside the UK, as they trying to be polite until some point, but you can feel it's not honest. Had issues with them in the past, so finally decided to leave, but even after this was given a bad surprise in a form of extra charges. I hope it is the last one, fed up.

If there was an option to put no stars I would have gone for that. Amongst a million and one other issues,they tried charging me before I had so much as even turned the box on! Dreadful, appalling,pathetically inadequate. These are just some of the words I would use to describe talk talk.

I waited for engineer to start up my broadband for 4weeks. No one showed up and no one called to cancel. This then happened 2 more times over 3 months. No set up, no internet connection for 4 months. I called to cancel the contract but they threatened me with early termination fee of over £800. Had to write a letter to their office before a solution but they kept deducting monthly even after they apologized and promised to cancel the contract. I cancelled the direct debit and this company has destroyed my credit score

Disgusting and dishonest company. Was informed my price was increasing at end of contract so I called and negotiated a better price. When my bill arrived it was inflated by around 60% so I called to complain. They gave me a credit then the same thing happened for the next 3 months resulting in about 2 hours PER MONTH spent wasting my life talking to liars and idiots. Constantly being transferred to the wrong department . Being promised a call back to be left waiting like a fool. They are not necessarily short staffed but spending hours with a query that should in any other organisation take 5 minutes. If they can’t answer your query they transfer you and after waiting 5-10minutes (if you are lucky)you get through and they hang up. The people who run this company must be seriously incompetent and should be ashamed of themselves. Moving on , try logging into your account online. If you are lucky you may be able to view your account if you have half an hour to spare as there is an issue with the portal from an iPad. Reported 6 months ago but still the same issue.Call them and you are asked numerous times to provide your landline number. As a full fibre customer I DONT HAVE A LANDLINE. Avoid this provider at all costs as they will suck the life out of you. The reviews for this company are really bad but trust me multiply it by 10 and you are getting close

This company is a serious issue. I have been with them for years and always paid on time. I have no broadband for 3 weeks. I have 3 young children and was having a very hard time. I decided to cancel my dd and went to bt because i have contacted them on their webchat and have been lied to. I have contacted them over the phone and have been lied to again. Im sure it doesnt take 3 weeks to receive a new router. I requested to speak to the manager and i have been told there is no manager to speak with. No wonder everyone's complaining and on the same boat with this company. The customer service is disgusting. I have tried to contact them to refund my money because ive had no Internet and im just shocked what kind of hooligans they have on the phone. They lie, every single person of theirs is a scammer, fraudsters, they are rude and they cant even speak basic english and not only that they will cut your call off if they get caught in their own lies. This company needs to be shut down! Now instead of giving me a refund they have sent me an email telling me to pay £127 for ending the contract which on my account clearly says it ended in 2022. This company is nothing but fraudulent. What should i pay them for? For not having any Internet? Such a bad company guys dont make the mistake to go with them they will really mess you about and lie to you.

Awful awful awful from start to finish. Everybody here has stated the exact problems I had with them. No matter how much your current provider is charging,stick with them,because I guarantee you that you will regret going with talk talk. Diabolical.

Worst customer service I've ever received. They just didn't bother to complete my home move, or tell me. Then when trying to sort it out, their staff just transfer the call back to their own department without telling you as a tactic to pass the problem on to someone else. It happened 3 times on 1 call, meaning I had to keep starting over before I finally gave up, cancelled my service and set the internet up straight away with another provider.

Horrendous I have been a talk talk Customer for 18years and recently moved house. I have waited 28 days to be connected after the engineer failed to show up on three occasions. I am Still waiting for an internet and phone service. Open reach is terrible they have zero customer service. I am unable to contact them by telephone and am constantly been disconnected on the chat line. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute dire service. My problem being broadband keeps dropping out, router goes red then has to restart. P. I have reported this time and time again, it’s painful. Speaking to support after answering security questions you get put through to someone else who has to ask you the same security questions to proceed with the same things they want you to do as you did the last time you called to report the fault. Personally I will not be using them again.

Shockingly bad customer service: unprofessional, opaque, obstructive, unhelpful, unreliable, and untruthful….I could go on but you get the picture. Really, how long does it take to notify the person you’re communicating with that you’ll not be renewing the contract, which is on a set date. Should be minutes right? Yet at least 3.5 hours total combined on chat and on the phone over a couple of days (March & April), with them repeating the same script and applying the same shenanigans is quite frankly underhand, as well as unkind. And at the end of all that, still no definitive “I can confirm that’s now done for you, thanks for having chosen talktalk, we’re sorry to see you go, but please do consider us again in the future”, or words to that effect; just basic decency. All I wanted to do was not renew my contract. I’m not with anyone else, and their hardware’s been sitting there all boxed up ready for them to send me the returns bag. Let’s see if that does happen. I’ve given 1 star as their shameful behaviour during those ‘customer service’ encounters overrides everything else.

Mis sold broadband over the phone, locked out of my online account, numerous promised call backs that never happened. Letter of complaint replied to saying complaint manager would contact me in 3 days, that was 23 days ago. phone calls cant help, live chat cant help, messenger communication cant help. Original landline number not transferred, cancelling contracts via a txt message, oh the list goes on. I have taken the decision to cancel my direct debit ! its the only option left to me to get TalkTalk to contact me and address my complaint and problems.

Talk talk is the worst company imaginable, avoid them at all costs!! I cancelled my direct debit with them given my services ended after having to give 30 days notice. my bill doubled because it was outside of the contract. Because talktalk charges in advance, they sent me a bill on the 8th Feb for £42. Given my services at 12.01am ended on the 9th Feb I ignored it(waiting for talktalk to credit back), but because it took them 6 weeks to credit it back. I received a missed payment flag on my credit score. So now my 10+ years of a perfect credit report is ruined. Loans are refusing me credit! Then I contact customer service and either the people can't communicate effectively or they give me a different story each time. I have tried contacting the credit agency, for which they contact talk talk but they won't accept removing it. Don't risk dealing with this company, virgin media is a lot better.

I was coming to the end of talktalk contract and price is going up so I was trying to decide whether to go with cheaper faster BB elsewhere or continue. I decided to avoid hassle and upgrade to faster speed for extra fiver. Anyway, after I had committed I had a note come up saying the price would rise by 3.7% next month. Last straw so phoned to cancel account. IMPOSSIBLE!! The first woman put me on hold (without notice) and I was put through to a different (wrong) dept who put me back through to a different agent who also hung up on me. Just the pitts! Why do these idiots think that they can buy loyalty by behaving in this way? As it is I have cancelled DD and will never, ever, use talktalk again. They are all the same, I will stick with my mifi that will do up to 10 laptops etc and no contract. Luckily we do not have a landline with them or would be stuffed!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay well, well away. TalkTalk proceeded to cancel my account 20 days too early, leaving me without internet (I work from home). They tried to reactivate my account but then messed up again meaning I have had to spend 3 hours being transferred between customer service staff, who do not read the notes, and explain over and over again the position I'm in. I will never use TalkTalk again, or recommend to anyone.

I’ve been waiting for a new router for 2 weeks and apparently 2 were sent. They tell you the same thing everytime you call, they sound unbothered to help and usually hang up on you when they can’t get away with the rubbish they spew. Worst experience ever, you’ll spend 4 days on a call with them to get to no where!!
