“Arrived within the specified time. I had an Enterprise version of WIndows 7 from when working with a previous employer. Using the Win 7 Professional 64bit disc I was able to downgrade my Enterprise version (using Windows 7 downgrader) to Professional, then entered the COA that came with the disc and then upgraded to Windows 10. I purchased the Professional version as opposed the Ultimate version of Win 7 as both upgrade you to Win 10 Pro but Ultimate was a little bit more expensive I believe. Overall very pleased with the price and the service. Highly recommend.”

“I ordered Windows 7. I received an an re-instillation disk for a Dell PC. They did mention that this disk would work on any PC only it did not. It deleted important drivers and basically made my PC worse. I now need to buy a new laptop.”

“I bought an OEM installation disk for Windows 7 Professional (64 bit). The disk arrived quickly by 1st class mail. When I had an installation problem, Techee responded within hours. I have now resolved my problem and rate myself a satisfied customer.”

“I bought windows 7, tried installing onto laptop but did not install as my laptop had previously installed 8.1 but techee were more than helpful and provided me with a product key to test windows 8.1 which they also provided me I would highly recommend techee and would be more than happy to shop there again”

“The Windows 7 Professional 64 bit DVD that I bought took 10 days to arrive to Spain, but that is due to the postal service, not Techee.co.uk. They sent it off within 24 hours of my order. The actual product worked fine once received, and the price was fair, a lot better than some other offers on the internet.”

“I tried to install the Windows 7 without success. Contacted Techee via phone provided on the website, but an answer machine asked me to write an email. I needed some help to speak to someone, not to wait for an email. I tried and spent many hours following Windows guidance and couldn't complete the installation due to error messages half the way through. I consider my money lost as bad debt, left to struggle with existing operating system. Your after sale service is practically non existent, you cannot get help via email when you actually need someone on the phone to tell of the problems and get guidance. I do not recommend people to purchase the products from you, unless you change your after sale policy.”

“I successfully used 64-bit Win7 Professional DVD to upgrade a Lenovo 3000 N200 running 32-bit Vista Ultimate. The best way to do this is to create a bootable USB stick (min 4GB) and just copy all the files on the DVD across to it. Also acquire a Win7 version of the Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver and expand it on to a folder on the USB stick. Reset the boot sequence on the laptop so that it will load from the USB stick first. I used the Microsoft Win7 compatibility checker and the guidance arising from that for custom installation. The method of creating the bootable USB stick is also available from Microsoft via this: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/234.how-to-deploy-windows-7-from-a-usb-drive.aspx and there is a video here (ignore the 'Not available' message and just click either the WMV or MP4 link lower down the page!): https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/video/installing-win7-using-a-usb-stick You don't need to worry about ISO images or anything complicated like that. All the hardware works fine, you can get updated drivers for the graphics card and fingerprint reader quite easily from vendor websites. I have encountered no follow-on problems, but the PC now thinks it's a Dell! I expect this approach will work for most laptops of a similar vintage (2007) and specification.”

“Thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't and I am very pleased at my purchase. The only reason they loose a star is because the first disc I recieved was unreadable, however After contacting customer service I was sent another disk the next day. Overall good service and would defiantly recommend.”

“Item arrived within 3 days - haven't yet built the system to install it - will follow up when finished. Excellent service - just the hiccup trying to order on my Kubuntu system, wouldn't get past address entry for United Kingdom but switched to WindowsXP and all went smoothly.”

“I purchased this disk (Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit) to get me out of a hole I did a upgrade from win 7 pro to win 8.1 pro but did not like it but could not get back to win 7 my fault I did not make a boot-up disk with drivers and installation files. I am very impressed with the speedy delivery from Techee and once I had put the disk in and rebooted in recovery mode it installed albeit without drivers but I had made a system image of win 7 so all I had to do was recover from the system image and my laptop was back to it's original state before doing the upgrade. Windows 8.1 would not let me install from the system image file due to different filing system, so I would advise people to make a boot-up recovery disk has I will do from now on. I would recommend Techee to other people for Operating System Disks as I found this company very reasonably priced and the delivery was within 2 days of ordering - A very impressed customer”
