Absolutely love ted baker and find their clothes normally really last! Tried to rerun an obviously fault t-shirt and was deemed to be dishonest and fraudulent despite clear evidence that shirt was faulty. It was £40 out of a £260 order - they refused to replace or refund as they could not resell the faulty tshirt. Utterly shocked to be treated like this by my favourite store.

I ordered a scarf online. It literally came in a packet. Considering the price paid there was no effort in the packing. The item doesn’t look like what it did online. I asked to return and was told at my own cost. I’ve returned and waited 3 weeks and still no refund. I’m told this is being worked on and I will get an email when processed. Never again will I shop here.

I purchased an item in Heathrow terminal 2 for my wife which was too big, since we live in the USA I returned the item to Heathrow shopper service who emailed me on the 16th March to say they had received it and would pass it on to Ted Baker to process the 124.18GBP refund. I have emailed Ted baker customer service who said they can not help because it was purchased in the airport but having no look hearing from anyone else. I know with the current situation in there world that things may take longer to process but a courtesy email to say it is in process would be helpful.

Bought a pvc tote bag online,last one as it was out of stock after my purchase, and paid. Within 12 hrs my order was cancelled and told the money would go back onto my card. Checked the website and the bag was available for purchase. Contacted customer service who were no use, I was told 'yes this happens all the time, we dont know what stocks available'! They told me to try order again and I may get it. I didnt bother and wont ever shop online with again.

I ordered a £170 dress from Ted online. They sent me the wrong product and when I reached out to them, they advised that the ordered product was no longer available. I returned the item for a refund but they claimed it was never received and have refused to refund me for an item that I didn't even order in the first place. the customer service team were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have been a loyal TB customer for a long time but will never use the company again after this.

I'm shocked at their quality. First wash and this expensive duvet cover is falling apart. Their customer service rep claims they've never heard of this happening but from these reviews, I see their quality control is lacking. I'm so disappointed.

Shocking second order received faulty ... have they stopped their quality control.. Worst part is I have to pay for the return and if the believe me they will refund so much for trust and loyalty Shocking quality and after service

I’ve never received such bad customer service from any company before. They don’t care about their customers and I do hope no one else has any issues as there is no support. Disappointing!!

I have bought two things from ted baker and both items have had faults. A blouse had a hole in the sleeve and a bomber jacket had lines where the stitching had come undone, creating ripples over the front of the jacket. For the high end price this is ridiculous. I provided photos and receipts to Ted Baker customer service and still I have no response. Disgusting from a place that charges more than AUD$200 for a blouse.

Bought a purse as a gift. Created online account and completed the order. 4 hours later had email to say my order was cancelled and money refunded. No real explanation and no reply to my customer service enquiry. First and last experience of this company.

Purchased a Wolly Hat for the Wife , early November at Gatwick North Terminal , when she opened it , we discovered they left the security tag. After contacting them , they told me i had to send it back so they can take it off, as i live in Luxembourg , which i did and well yes after 5 weeks waiting it hasn't come back . Money , Hat , Postage Costs all gone now Not happy ! Never again.

I got a ted baker gift card, I checked their website every month to find something and nothing caught my eyes. When I checked the balance last week they made it zero, because I haven't use it for 2 years! This is their way of stealing money from customers. Instead of improving their designs they force their customers to buy whatever they produce otherwise you will loose money. Such a decent behavior! BE AWARE OF WAYS THIS COMPANY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I brought Ted Baker boots for my daughter. At first sight they look great, but within under a month the shoes literally have fallen apart!!! The soles on both boots have come away and the belt that went across 1 off the boots fell apart. I Have always brought Clark's shoes as I can get nearly a year unless feet have grown. They still look as good as new at the end. But these within 3weeks lost there shape, soles and buckle. Very very poor quality and how they were made. I am still waiting on a response from customer services........

I ordered a pair of shoes via their main website which was during the Black Friday sales. I ordered the correct size. They only went and delivered the wrong size. I spoke to a customer services and expressed the urgency of the order. Her name was noreen she was really helpful and tried to do as much as she can and offered to re-dispatch a new pair with the correct size unfortunately at that point the size I wanted was no longer in stock and also the price had reverted back to its original price before the sale. Anyway spoke to a couple more people the following day and I was basically told to ring around the stores in my area to see if anyone had them in stock then I can go and do an exchange. The only store they had the pair available was selfridges which is an outlet and therefore couldn’t do much. I spoke to their customer services again and I was basically told, that’s that nothing more they can do I just have to return the shoes and they will process the refund. And was only offered a 10% discount for my next order for the inconvenience!! I’d be out of my mind if they thought I would be ordering anything from them again after all this palaver. They wouldn’t even offer to cover the difference so I can at least purchase the shoes at the selfridges store it was a basically a no no no!

Bought a backpack from changi airport Ted Baker outlet about 5months ago.And the bag lasts for so short before it is torn.First of all,the inner side is stick with some sort of glue,but not sew with thread.Fine!Maybe that's what your so called fashion.Then I went all the way to your branch and the staff said that they don't provide repair.Wow!Really impressive service and fabulous quality product!

Very poor service. Bought a bag with gift message so price would not show (they say they know I ordered as a gift). It cme with a dispatch notice, no message and the price showing. Asked what they could do as I don't live near a TN shop. Absolutely nothing but they would pass on feedback to the warehouse. Wow, that will help me. First and last time and now this will be returned and I'll buy from another site with better service.

I bought a wallet from Ted Baker store. The wallet was absolutely of terrible quality. In less than a month, the Ted Baker written in silver was erased. In less than a year the stitching was cut, it was torn, simply fell apart. Neither the store nor contacting the website did me any good. They refused to help. And weren’t even straightforward about it! The store told me to contact the website as it is website’s decision. When I contacted the website, they told me to contact the store as it is the store’s decision. Not what I expected from a brand like this and with the money I paid for the wallet. It wasn’t exactly cheap!! Absolutely shameful. And I like I told their guys from customer service, I am never buying from them again!
