I am a pretty good customer of Ted Baker Outlet having spent hundreds of dollars Bought a number of chinos one of which was navy The pigment of the dye is changing colour to an almost reddish colour Spoke to the manager who didn’t seem to care and did not even offer for me to bring them in so they could be sent to the factory to have them checked Exceptionally bad customer service and will not go back ever again Amazing how they are prepared to lose a customer who spends hundreds of dollars fo the sake of $69.00 Great business attitude!!!!

I wouldn't order from them online again. I ordered two items which were sent and charged separately (which is fine). I then returned one of the items value of £140, which was refunded.... No problems so far! I then noticed they processed the payment again and had taken another £140 out of my account, causing me to become overdrawn with my bank. When I first contacted customer services they couldn't seem to find the mistake but I provided information from my bank sstatement. The refund after that point was pretty swift which I am really grateful for, and the lady on the phone was helpful and ubt it doesn't change the fact they should not have recharged me without my knowledge or permission.

I ordered a dress from TedBaker.com on 7/9/21. It was a size too small. I requested and exchange and sent the original purchase back, which was received at their facility on 7/19/21. I have received NO communication regarding my return or my exchange since then, despite countless calls and emails to customer service. It has now been 27 days since my original purchase and 17 days since they received my return.

Awful quality of clothes. The Ted Baker products I have purchased are overpriced and never last long. Its like putting a Ted Baker sticker on an item from Primark and charging 10 times the price.

Worst customer service I had brought a scarf to wear for my graduation. I am a muslim women, so the scarf will be wrapped around my head. I had mentioned this to the ted baker team that the scarf is not just another accessory that will be tied to a bag or my neck. It will be worn as a headscarf. I had been waiting for my order since July 5. The week beginning 19th July, I had called up customer services explaining my situation, they had promised to investigate and that my scarf will be received before my graduation which was to happen on the 27th. I had called up everyday to chase them and I received an email to say that my order had been cancelled. I have felt insulted and discriminated by ted baker

The worst kind of online shopping experience I have had so far. I bought a dress. The dress never arrived and they blamed it on DPD that there was a problem with the shipping. They asked me to reorder the dress online again, however it was already a month later which meant that the dress was out of stock. Such a waste of time. Would not recommend to order anything internationally from this company.

I ordered a jacket on Sunday and paid for next day delivery so that I could wear it on Wednesday. It has not arrived and I can not find it on their tracking

The Ted Baker sold to the zalando and after that every thing was changed the quality its not like before the packaging is not luxury any more and there is no more beautiful Ted Baker floral design Ted Baker it's not Ted Baker it's very cheap quality like boohoo

Shouldn’t bother at all. Ordered a pair of earrings Sunday evening because my wife’s had gone missing.. found them late Sunday night so I called customer service 9am Monday morning to ask if I could change the order for some different ones for the same price and the customer service lady said sorry no, once and order has come through we cannot change nor cancel the order! I was astounded by this bearing in mind I had ordered them not 12 hours prior on Sunday evening. Guess what still nothing has arrived and we are now on Wednesday night. Notified by the worst courier in the world Hermes that they’re expecting it but they haven’t got anything yet! What an absolute joke if a company

I bought the same dress in two sizes, one fit so wanted to return the other. It was a few days past the 28 days return. Now what do I do their return policy is terrible, cannot contact anyone

I will never purchase an item from their online store ever again. After returning an item, they stated they could not locate it in their facility. They ended up stealing $79 from me. I honestly, do not even want to support this brand after the atrocious customer service experience.

Ordered a phone case, it wasn’t the size they described but they wouldn’t refund me the return postage. Obviously don’t need customers because I won’t show there again.

It has been 2 months and I am still awaiting an exchange for a faulty cross-body bag I paid $232 for. I had to pay for return postage ($15.15) from Adelaide to Tullamarine and they are claiming they haven't seen the returned bag. Surely such a big international company should have given a reply-paid address and assume responsibility for tracking since I was sent a faulty product? Dreadful service that they should think it's ok to send faulty products to customers and even worse that they are not looking after such customers with follow-up service afterwards. Currently I am still sitting here $246.16 out of pocket. Update: It has now been 4 months since Ted Baker sent me the faulty item. After a long and desperate period to prove I had sent the item back to Ted, I was grateful to Australia Post and an international courier company for going out of their way to help me locate my tracking number and parcel. Ted Baker had denied receiving it when in fact, they had it in their possession within the first week or two. They were riding on the fact that i had misplaced my tracking number. Had Aus Post not assisted me, I'm sure I would not have received a refund for the item which finally occurred after 3 months. I am however still awaiting a cheque to the value of $15.15 for the postage cost to send the item back. As i informed the person who phoned me, purportedly from Ted, I don't pass on my credit card details over the phone am am shocked they they believe this is professional service. I requested a cheque. (Interesting to note that no one is available to speak to you via phone on request however someone was available to phone me to take my credit card details!!!). My emails are ignored, as was my previous email request to speak to a manager over the phone (when Ted Baker was in receipt of my parcel but was still in denial of having received it). I have altered the title of my review from "disappointing" to "Appalling customer service. I will not be purchasing from Ted Baker again.

Worst customer service and very low quality products. My 3 Ted baker coats were covered in moths and completely destroyed , I don’t now how as they were less than 2 years old. The result is that I had to throw away all of them, while other coats from other brands were still good or fine. I email customer service to ask how this could happen and the lady started to ask me questions about my order numbers and other silly numbers just to waste my time and distract me. At the end she did not apologised or helped at all. It was all a waste of time and money. Not buying from this brand again.

Worst customer service. I have ordered a dress for my wedding / engagement party but I still haven't got it yet after 3 weeks. They dispatched another one with a next day delivery, but it hasn't arrived after 3 days. To be fair the first guy I talked to was very nice, but the second time I called to ask for more information, she just told me to wait and she was also impolite and unfriendly. I am worried that I can't have this dress at all.

Don’t buy from this company. When things went wrong, their customer services are really bad. They will not pick up the phone or reply your messages after months. I purchased some products here in January for my sister birthday and myself. What I received were old, dirty shoes and over size. I requested an exchange, they asked me to call. I called up so many times, always had a voice message say business hour is finished meanwhile it was mid day. I emailed, no response so i returned the products n they received it. It was 8/2 l/21 and until then, they kept telling me I hv to wait 14 days for refund. After 14 days, no reply, then another person from that company started to ask me all the questions from beginning then another person said another 8-10 days. Until now is 8/3 already? I purchased $450 not cheap stuffs from a big company and this is my experiences like a scammer just stealing my money? I am so upset

Don’t buy from Ted Baker, No customer Care whatsoever Really Disappointed should have read reviews, like others expected more from Ted Baker. Ordered an iPhone 8 case got a Galaxy 8 box torn amd sellotaped obviously someone else return. No customer service. I recorded the return package but don’t have much hope in refund reading others reviews!
