Got charged double when shopping in store because one of the staff said the payment didnt go through, even I insisted the payment did go through and show her my bank app notification. They charged me again and when I called for a refund of the extra charge, no one ever picks up and no one replies to the contact form and email. EXTREMELY BAD customer service, would never shop with them again.

Bought my partner slippers in his usual size 9. Had to return them as too small. Eventually managed to order a size 10 but again too small. It’s costing me nearly as much in inconvenience and postage as it is in slippers! Obviously very small sizing and customers should be warned to buy two sizes bigger than their normal size.

Hidden charges in returns policy and nobody answering the phone. I would accept the returns charge, but I ordered the same size as always and the item was tiny. I was going to exchange but changed my mind and asked for a refund. I would rather give my money to a company who prioritise customer service.

I ordered Christmas present that was to be someone's main present, it was due to arrive on the 20th December. I've still not received it by the 31st. Despite contacting Ted Baker and the courier Hermes multiple times. You can really tell a company by what courier company they choose, why do Ted Baker use Hermes, they're not a professional or proper courier company. Ted Baker's terrible customer service have told me several times, after waisting endless time on hold, that they will update me by the end of the day with what's going on, they never do. DO NOT BUY FROM TED BAKER ONLINE, if you do, you are at risk of never receiving your goods and being left with appalling almost non existent customer service. It's pretty much 2021 and someone is still waiting for there Christmas present.

I would select zero if I could. worst customer service ever experienced. Do not bother to buy on line because it is a huge hassle to get help-re exchange or refund. Can't do it in stores in canada and you will be put on hold an hour then told to email. You will get better appreciation for your business spending a quarter of the money elsewhere then at this company that can't be bother responding to inquiries or assisting with on line purchases.

ordered an expensive diary. It didn't state the year so as its December I assumed it must be for 2021. When it arrived its for this year with less than 2 weeks to go. Absolutely disgusting! I rang and apparently 2021 out of stock for that diary. Of course I can return but I'm left with the hassle of doing that now before Christmas and I also lose what I paid for delivery. Not at all happy!!

Can't believe an Designer such as Ted Baker uses Hermes for their Delivery. I've ordered an item for next day delivery, and yes guess what, still waiting for it 3 days on. What's worse is that I can't get hold of Ted Baker customer services. I know it's the busiest time of the year, but still, other company such as DPD/post office, deliver and on time! Awful never again, I wish I had seen this review website before I decided to place an order.

I ordered a bag from Ted baker on the 30th of November for my partner as a Christmas present, after emailing them as I was concerned that their chosen courier service Hermes had not received the item yet after 7 days (7th of December) they wrote back to me to say that they had lost the item and issued me a refund without asking as the item was out of stock. I now have to wait 10 working days (2 weeks) for my refund which means I will no longer be able to get my partner her Christmas's present I find this level.of service unconscionable and appalling, I will never shop with them ever again and I would advise extremely strongly against shopping with a company that for all intense and purposes loses your items and holds your money to ransom they are an out and out disgrace

Have been trying to cancel my order for about 3 or 4 days now, no one has answered any of my emails or phone calls and they are just keeping my money on hold

I ordered sandals and received the wrong item. I then contacted customer service and explained what happened and was told to send the item back and they will send me the correct order. I told them I do not have a return label and they said they will email me one. it took 5 phone calls and 5 days for them to email me the return label. I finally sent my the wrong item and got the confirmation that they received it. I then waited A FULL MONTH AND A HALF for them to send the correct order and NOTHING!! I then contacted them again, and the customer service rep said he will send them the warehouse a note for them to ship my order and that I should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. After waiting 4 days and no confirmation email I called to cancel my order and request a refund. They didn't even refund me the full amount. This is by far the worst online store I have ever bought from. I wouldn't recommend buying from this store.

I love Ted Baker clothes and will continue to buy them in their stand alone stores (who knows how long brick and mortar will last) and department stores, but NEVER again ONLINE. Their customer service is sooo poor. I received one of many packages and in one, the shorts I bought were not included. I went back and forth with Leon a few times and was then dropped. Not sure if it was a problem with the factory and someone forgot to included them or if it was taken out of the package in transit (box was taped when received), but they should have some type of insurance for this type of situation. Anyway, a huge headache for $94. I called my credit card company to dispute. This is what I should have done in the first place. I didn't realize that Ted Baker would give me such a hard time and then stop following up. I never write reviews, but I am just so surprised and disappointed with how this company has handled this situation.

SAME ISSUE. It has been exactly 2 months since I sent my return that is over $800 using their return label. I never took a picture of the label as I dropped it at the USPS office and never had any issue with any return ever before. I followed up with them several times by email, they response on a timely fashion but issue not resolved till today 08/18/2020. I sent my return 06/18/2020. Too bad I like their style and I used to shop in person in their store, this was my first time buying from their online store and it is super disappointing.

The service was very bad at Toronto Premium Outlets. Your sales associate named Ashley was borderline disrespectful for no reason at all. Ignorant, holding her little nose up high. I regret that my daughter gave her the sale anyways.

Ive had the same issue as everyone else. I mailed back in EARLY JUNE and finally got an email July 27th that they had received my package. it was easily over 6 weeks. Then another 3 weeks gone by no refund. YOU HAVE TO CALL AFTER 4PM EASTERN TIME. I think their phone goes to England so if you try to call during day you cant get through if youre in US. I had about a 30 min wait on hold after 4pm and when I got through they corrected issue right away. (my credit card had expired while waiting for refund so they needed new info).

Horrible experience on returned item. Poor customer service, cannot get a hold of anyone through a phone call. It's been almost 1 month since I returned an item due to incorrect item description they promoted online. I was told by a customer agent named Asha that item was never received by them, good thing I took a picture of the tracking number that they provided along with the purchased merchandise. According to tracker, item was picked up by their agent 3 days after item was shipped back to them. I requested that my case to be escalated, still the same customer agent is handling my case, no resolution still a waiting game. I will never ever buy anything from Ted Baker again! Too bad that they have nice stuff but I never expected this horrible customer service that they are giving to their customers. I am loosing my patient babysitting my return item everyday. It is not not worth it. Up to now, no refund has been made to my account. I've never expected this kind of service they are giving to their customers, it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced considering that this is a branded merchandise.

Same problem as everyone else. Used their return label and didn’t see any email for over a month. Now they are saying part of the order isn’t in the return. Still waiting for the refund. I buy a lot online and never had a return experience like this. When you contact them about the return they say just wait for the emails. I won’t be buying or ordering Ted Baker. Hopefully my credit card will protect me from their horrible customer service.
