I love Ted Baker clothes and will continue to buy them in their stand alone stores (who knows how long brick and mortar will last) and department stores, but NEVER again ONLINE. Their customer service is sooo poor. I received one of many packages and in one, the shorts I bought were not included. I went back and forth with Leon a few times and was then dropped. Not sure if it was a problem with the factory and someone forgot to included them or if it was taken out of the package in transit (box was taped when received), but they should have some type of insurance for this type of situation. Anyway, a huge headache for $94. I called my credit card company to dispute. This is what I should have done in the first place. I didn't realize that Ted Baker would give me such a hard time and then stop following up. I never write reviews, but I am just so surprised and disappointed with how this company has handled this situation.

The service was very bad at Toronto Premium Outlets. Your sales associate named Ashley was borderline disrespectful for no reason at all. Ignorant, holding her little nose up high. I regret that my daughter gave her the sale anyways.

Horrible experience on returned item. Poor customer service, cannot get a hold of anyone through a phone call. It's been almost 1 month since I returned an item due to incorrect item description they promoted online. I was told by a customer agent named Asha that item was never received by them, good thing I took a picture of the tracking number that they provided along with the purchased merchandise. According to tracker, item was picked up by their agent 3 days after item was shipped back to them. I requested that my case to be escalated, still the same customer agent is handling my case, no resolution still a waiting game. I will never ever buy anything from Ted Baker again! Too bad that they have nice stuff but I never expected this horrible customer service that they are giving to their customers. I am loosing my patient babysitting my return item everyday. It is not not worth it. Up to now, no refund has been made to my account. I've never expected this kind of service they are giving to their customers, it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced considering that this is a branded merchandise.

Very bad customer service! Do not buy from this company on line. Still waiting for refund, and they refused to give me an exchange which is what l requested.

Same problem as everyone else. Used their return label and didn’t see any email for over a month. Now they are saying part of the order isn’t in the return. Still waiting for the refund. I buy a lot online and never had a return experience like this. When you contact them about the return they say just wait for the emails. I won’t be buying or ordering Ted Baker. Hopefully my credit card will protect me from their horrible customer service.

I purchased over 200 from Ted baker. I returned two items that are worth 130 with the return label that they sent me. I have never received my money from them. It has been 2 months and I will never ever shop at Ted Baker. This is so ridiculous. I am blocking their newsletter and everything. I will not recommend it for anyone.

Sent my item back 4 weeks ago, phoned them and have been told it is a waiting game . Have been shopping with them for some time and been a loyal customer but unfortunately i wont be shopping any more as i cant afford not to be refunded for returned items as simple as that. There is big choice of other fashion brands and unforunatley TED BAKER brand is lost for me now. Hopefully this will help some people not taking advantage like me especially in such difficilt financial times.

Bought a dress online (uk) arrived with electronic tag still on so couldn’t wear. Returned with label given sent tracked. 2xdays later used tracking app to see had been signed for. 3 weeks on no refund . Emailed order number and they won’t refund me now saying it’s not arrived at return address and now I don’t have proof as o threw receipt of tracking because I could see was signed for. Will never buy online from ted baker again. Appalling

Customer support contacted with a request for a Firmware update for the Finisterre DAB Radio. Very dismissive, wanted order number (irrelevant). Unwilling to even try to solve the problem without order number. Have emailed a complaint also, let's see if anything comes of it.

Sent my return back for more than a month. Customer service doesn’t help and said it’s my responsibility before they got the parcel. So basically if their own employees stole the packages, no one would care. They can keep making money like this. There are no protection to customers.

I sent a return back over 5 weeks ago using their return label and have not received my refund. Customer service has not been helpful at all. Super disappointed - will not order again.

I sent back an item for return a month ago and haven’t received my refund. I used their prepaid label and they have no record of the tracking number that they sent.

Really bad customer service! Bought new shoes of 140 and received a used one. After contacting them they told me to send it back without any compensatoir or remorse for what happend as if it was a usual thing. Having to arrange shipping from the Netherlands to the UK and having to pay for it myself. Contacting them many times about the refund, which came after almost 2 months. Now I have to send them message every time for them to ask when I will receive my shipping costs for the faulty shoes! Letting customers run after them while they have delivered used shoes! Very disrespectful!

Dumb brunette rep works for ted baker. Essendon. She hovers over customers and is very rude and her demeanour is arrogant!!! Worst place to shop and nothing fit me!

Ted Baker turned to online shopping due to COVID 19. I bought a pair on pants and it felt too big. I originally tried to exchange for a smaller size but exchange was not possible they wanted me to call a number out of USA. So I returned the pants in good shape and used the sticker provided in the box. I didn’t hear from them and in respond to my email they said they don’t have the label’s information which they sent it with the item and they are not responsible. I wouldn’t buy anything online from them bc they are not organized and they don’t accept responsibility especially when now the stores are closed and people have to exchange or return easily. I lost my money . Do not buy on line. The postal office told me that usps labels doesn’t help with tracking either

I bought Ted Baker shoes in Rotterdam on March 7, 2020. The "Lylas PL-Pink" size 38. I have worn them 10x and fabric is broken (worn) and material is coming off. I did not expect this from shoes of € 130, - and after 4 months .... And certainly not from Ted Baker! If there is no solution: disappointing and huge bad buy!

Well it’s been 11 days since you held my return and yet I have not received any communication from your company !!!! It’s been an absolute disgusting service that your company provides , if you telephone customer help line , I keep getting put through the same manager and she will not take my tracking number down from the Royal Mail !!! I paid £9 for special delivery and all the company has to do is input the number like I did to see the parcel is back with Ted Baker !!! 11 days and nothing ! Your holding my money ands wrong that orginally you agreed that if I purchase any thing from you’re store it can be returned to the store what a bunch of liars and this was noted on my notes !!’ You cannot raise a complaint as head office will not let you ! The staff are so rude !!! I have been posting daily updates on twitter ang they blocked me !!! As there are so many angry customer !!! Shame on you Ted Baker Mar

Continually cancel orders when the same items are still on the website for sale. I have re-ordered the same item 3 times each time they have been cancelled. Complaints sent to Ted Baker who sent generic response and no explanation.Why advertise items for sale when they don’t have them. Slow to deal with refunds so don’t hold your breath.

Same experience as everyone else: sent back a shirt I purchased full price and only tried on for a few minutes. All tags were attached, I even used the original bags and packaging. They sent the items back to me citing “signs of wear”. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been treated this way by a retailer before. I double checked to see if I made a mistake but the shirt still looks brand new. They are simply thieves and scam artists. Horrible experience. Also, why are all their customer service agents named Asha or Nisha??? More lies.

Being an avid online shopper, I have come across many vendors' customer service departments. To date, there has been none less helpful than the customer service provided by Ted Baker. From curt, blase attitude towards their customer's concerns, not providing any communication whatsoever about a $700+ refund I'm due for over a month, to quoting policies and not being able to point me to where the policy actually is. The customer service I received from Asha at Ted Baker was truly terrible. I will never shop here again.
