“I was brought an Apple Tree over sized t-shirt for my birthday which was far too big, I sent it back for a smaller size which was also too big. Emily at Community Experience got back to me straight away when I asked if the exchange could be sent directly to me rather than to my friend who gifted it to me. Then, when the smallest size was still too big she arranged for me to send it back and get a credit coupon towards something else. I'm now waiting for an Apple Tree hoodie, and was given free shipping, which was unexpected and a lovely touch. Throughout all of this I have emailed Emily many times and she has been incredibly helpful with sizing advice etc., so I've been really impressed with the customer service and hopefully the hoodie will fit so I don't have to bother her anymore!”
