No knock at the door had to eventually ask her if she had received flowers and could she check outside which kind of spoilt the surprise :( when she sent me a picture hardly anything in the bouquet only 4 flowers rest green fillers if you understand what I mean. They looked nothing like the bouquet on the website I have complained and awaiting a reapomse from them. I would not recommend this company wish I had read reviews before hand.”

When messaged them, they did not apologize and said they substitute the flowers with was available. They did not informed me about the substitution at no point. “I ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered, I paid extra for gaurnanteed mother's day delivery so that they would arrive on the Saturday 1 day before paid over £45 for the bouquet not to arrive.
I ended up with a very distraught mother in law she even waited until the following Tuesday just incase the arrived still nothing.
I did get a full refund after raising a dispute with PayPal.
I would most definitely not recommend euro florists after my experience.”
