Yes my mistake I didn’t read and I ended up regretting that I paid someone who doesn’t even read your my need and giving me the service I paid for .
I clearly selected the delivery day on June 25 because my sisters is turning 50years old so I wanted to surprise her and they delivered on 19 . I was so disappointed, they ruined everything, they hurt 😞 my feeling because I am in Canada and she is in The Netherlands we are so far from each other .
So please people Read Reviews because this is who they are . And it’s not a mistake they have to many bad reviews to be just a silly mistake .
To late for me but I hope my review is helpful for others .

I ordered flowers one week in advance for my friend in Germany for her big birthday. They didn't deliver as they claimed the address was incomplete, they never reached out to me nor her to double check the address AND they didn't refund me as they said it is in their policy not to refund incomplete address deliveries.... horrible, absolutely worst flower delivery ever!!!”
“I ordered flowers to surprise my aunt for her birthday.
The address and the name was right in the order, however. DHL did not see the exact name on the bell and did not try any possible solution and did not deliver the flower. I also had an alternative delivery spot.
euroflorist told me that there is nothing they can do - if it is not delivered it is not delivered- where is my flower, where is my money??
After I pushed, they told me DHL will then leave it to the alternative spot. Then everything stopped. It has been a week, nobody answers my emails, DHL page does not update the status.
You as a website offer us a solution to make our loved ones happy. Instead you gave us stress and negativity!!!
You should me more concerned about your customers' happiness and satisfaction. You cant just say it is what it is.

“I sent flowers for women's day to 3 family members, with 4 days of notice, and only 1 arrived! I have demanded my money back on the two that weren't delivered. This was showing as if it was a Belgium-based service, but it ended up showing that it was from the Netherlands, and they couldn't even get a florist to deliver in South West-Flanders. Terrible.”

10% discount had not taken from the order, card and chocolates not included. My sister had no idea who the flowers were from until I checked with her if they had arrived. Sent a complaint to the company they gave me £2 refund for the lack of chocolates but would not refund the 10% I was due. I did not think £2 was sufficient for the lack of service. They offered 10% off my next order but told them I would never use the company again. I responded a couple of times to the email that had informed me of the £2 refund but had no response. The only saving grace was that the flowers were good.
I would never use this company again.”
“Flowers didn't arrive in time - worse, half a week (3 business days) later they wrote that they can't send flowers in the (urban) area where I needed flowers to be sent and that they will cancel my order. Why did they even take my order, I could have used a different service if they would have replied in time or if they would have indicated that they are not servicing the area.
