They claimed they had misunderstood the day of delivery, They said because of technical reasons I had to repeat my order in an email which I did
They then asked for this a second time
When I complained that the flowers hadn’t arrived
Then They said that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until Wednesday
When they didn’t arrive Wednesday and I asked for a refund they claimed I had agreed to replacement being sent as that couldn’t be sent until Thursday couldn’t have my money back
When I looked at the ticket they had provided to PayPal.

Terrible service. Simply did not deliver the flower and I got a standard response telling me they had delivery problems on that day. Service is ZERO ! Explanation why is ZERO !! They are supposed to be a service company that brings happiness and love … what they deliver is disappointment and simply misery !!!!

I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery on the Friday, i realised i put wrong address on , i emailed on the Wednesday to ask to change address to be told they cant help, People do make mistakes and there was plenty of notice, so now am out of pocket as need to reorder from a different company of course . also the address wasn't far from the wrong one i put , i really don't see the problem .
