They claimed they had misunderstood the day of delivery, They said because of technical reasons I had to repeat my order in an email which I did
They then asked for this a second time
When I complained that the flowers hadn’t arrived
Then They said that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until Wednesday
When they didn’t arrive Wednesday and I asked for a refund they claimed I had agreed to replacement being sent as that couldn’t be sent until Thursday couldn’t have my money back
When I looked at the ticket they had provided to PayPal.
