Booked stag do 2 years ago still waiting for refund they tried blaming easy jet even tho easy jet have emailed me saying refunded absulute joke of a company want shutting down

I paid for a holiday and have not had any documentation. The sleazeball Jacob N refuses to take calls and explain what he is doing with our money. It is about time the government took an interest in this company and its foreign call centre. They can cut calls at their leisure with no accountability to no one.

Absolutely worse holiday company ever, still no refund since March 2020 , customer service is Joke don’t ever book a holiday with these people.

I begrudge giving them 1 star. I phoned to enquire about a holiday, i wanted to simply know the room allocation for the 9 of us. They ignored my query, asked me if i wanted to book. I said i just need to know how the rooms are split first. They hung up on me.

Accepting that the pandemic was outside of Teletexts control I agreed for my holiday to be moved rather than asking for a refund. It was moved on two occasions, the second time I incurred an additional charge of £85, which I immediately paid. However, it was only when turning up at the airport, my departure date has arrived and we were approved ok to travel, I was told by the check in staff that I wasn’t on the passenger list. Worse still… that Teletext had cancelled my flights received a full refund and has not bothered to tell me. By this point I’d incurred an extra £200 charges for PCR tests that were not needed; given Teletext had cancelled our flights some time before!! I have spoken to Teletext on numerous occasions and have been promised a full refund however I have so far only received the £85 I was charged for moving my holiday. Absolutely unbelievable!! I think for me I will need to pursue legal action which is another hassle I did not need. Never again will I use teletext which is a shame as I’ve used them in the past and never had an issue.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have given me the wrong room for my family (the hotel have informed me when I asked about sofa bed size we are not allowed the one they allocated as both our children are over 12) I cannot get through via customer service as they are busy and when I do get through and explain they hang up. And when I go through to sales they say it isn’t their problem. I am trying to sort this myself and it’s more stressful than it’s worth. Never again.

Booked a trip to Ibiza in Sept 2021. Teletext holidays sent us the wrong hotel on our confirmation (a 2* rather than the 5* we booked). We called them to get this rectified - they were very rude but they did send us the right confirmation this time. We arrived at the hotel to find we had no booking and they had apparently booked the 2* hotel next door instead. On their website they are advertising the 5* Siau hotel but after the first picture it is actually of a different hotel. Got the screenshots to prove this. We called teletext and wasted the first day of our holiday trying to get them to rectify this. In the end we paid for a new hotel stay out of our own money and we still have not had any compensation let alone money back for the hotel we did not stay at through them. Called a few times to get money back and also emailed and submitted a complaint....no response. Worst company ever and extremely rude and misleading. Not sure how they get away with this but I will be taking this further.

Please please everyone. This company is scam and have called them for the past 5 weeks. Every time I call teletext states my money will be refunded into my account within 3 days. ALL LIES. Please contact and complete Goverment and commission authority. This is the only way we will be refunded our money. The government will fine the company.

If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would do. Every single time I call to add a person to my holiday they say we will call you back and never do. I rang and asked to speak to a manager so they hang up on me how they are still up and running is beyond me I will never use them again and I've not even been away yet

Avoid at all costs. Booked a holiday on Saturday and paid in full. On Monday Teletext Holidays called and said that the flights had gone up £100 and we needed to pay the extra.... Not happy!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, they lie to you, totally disregard your concerns and not at all helpful, each one tells you different bs. Whenever I ring I get so frustrated and stressed. The women are the worse so rude and abrupt. They should be closed down ASAP. I don't know how they get away with it. I HATE THEM WITH A PASSION.

Worst holiday company still no refund from August 2020 when they cancelled the holiday every time you phone they give you excuses know they started to put phone down never answer emails Book else where can’t believe they are getting away with this no help from government how can they take your money

I would like to sue teletext holidays over the shambles on refunds!! I have been waiting over a year for my £3000! I’m tired of the lies they paddle everyday!! So if anyone wishes to join in pls get in contact. I’m tired!!

I have been told on numerous occasions my refund will be processed in 7 working days which hasn’t happened. According to the agreement with CMA my refund should have been processed by 31/7/21 we are now mid September I am really concerned. What happens if Teletext go bust ?

booked a holiday with these FRAUDSTERS, supposed to have flown to Cuba on the 14th of September 2020 and due to covid-19 the holiday was cancelled. I was asked would i like a voucher or cash back, as anyone would, I asked for cash back, I was told I would receive it back before 31st of July 2021. We are now on the 11th of September 2021 and after plenty of emails, telephone calls, numerous phone calls to other company's in regards to this awful experience I'm still waiting for my money back. I have been lied to by these people and have done nothing but LIE AND LIE. £2500 missing and these people have the audacity to continue LIEING to me giving me false promises to when I will get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COST
