Stil awaiting refund from 7 months, been told 3 different dates my refund would arrive, cut my phone call off after waiting 1hr 20 mins the latest excuse is my postcode is incorrect. Absolute disgrace I don’t know how this company is still been allowed to trade and take peoples money it deserves to be shut down!

I have been trying to communicate with Teletext for over 18mths now , a shambles of a company , appalling customer service and the knowledge of there polices and procedures are unbelievable ! i will never use you again Teletext !! customer services sent me a covid refund form asking for my bank details back in July its now mid october nothing . I will be also be going to small claims court to gain my money back !

I advise everyone who teletext owe refund money to fill out the online small claims court order on the GOV website. You will have to pay a small charge based on how much money they owe you. I did this as a last resort as they owe me refund money from July 2020 and we’re ignoring all communication I made with them just like they are doing to everyone else. They have now responded to the court order 3 weeks after I made it and have 2-3 weeks to deposit the money in my account. This was the best decision I made, this has caused me so much stress for over a year I just wish I would have done it so much sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this process as this seems like the only way that they respond. They HAVE to respond within a certain amount of time (just over 3 weeks) and make the refund otherwise it gets sent to county court.

2 times this company has sent me confirmation of my holiday and BOTH times it’s not been booked. They have taken over £1500 from me and I have not been able to attend my holiday due to no flights/hotel being booked can someone advise the next steps to get my refund and compensation? I will be getting my lawyers involved for sure. Much appreciated! TT815514

Absolutely the worst travel agency, we booked and paid upfront. They failed to arrange transfers to the hotel which was part of our package. Finally arrived at the hotel to find that they had canceled our booked, had to pay the hotel directly, called them for assistance and was placed on hold for 30 minutes, receive unfriendly response with no assistance, now have been promised a refund which I’m yet to receive. Really disappointed and warn others to stay away!!!!

Finally got my refund after 15 months, of hassle. Only got the money back because I contacted a National newspaper the🌞 consumer champion. Never book a holiday with teletext, unless you like waiting & waiting for your money. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Well we are currently trying to get a little over £1400 back from for a cancelled holiday due to Covid, have been promised this for months now and still no refund. To add insult to injury we flew out fro Bristol this morning at 06.35 to Greece for what should of been our honeymoon. We get our accommodation only to be told by the hotel that teletext have cancelled our booking ! The hotel have been great and done what they can to help us, but its not what we had booked or paid for......🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

What a bunch of useless idiots worst holiday company ever after months and months of phone calls and emails had to contact the hotel myself only to find out it has been closed since January. Each time we got through to teletex either left on hold then phone put down on us after 20 mins or Indian or Pakistani agents not a clue what they are saying over charged for changing hotel otherwise lose our full payment what a company

DO NOT BOOK WITH TELE TEXT!!!! Me and my boyfriend booked a holiday away which was preplanned and also payed up front. We never had no confirmation/text nor email.I was chasing for confirmation for a whole week.I was assured that everything is fine and they was able to send me confirmation the next day. A week went by still no email. I called again and again.. in total I wasted 15 hours of my time waiting and constantly chasing. A lady then told me my holiday was cancelled because our flights was cancelled! Again no information was sent to us informing us.We then was passed to the manager called Jacob Norris after 4 different people was dealing with the case they put us on hold for an hour and never came back to us.Jacob advised that eveything will be sorted and we will be going on holiday. He reassured us that the team he is running will contact me tomorrow. Nothing again. We then called again. They advised that we will be getting a refund.I’ve been fed lie after lie. The communication is repugnant. We also payed for our tests which we won’t be refunded.We still have no refund for our holiday. Please do not use this company because they are happy to take the money yet not pay our money back.

Took my booking and money fine then when I needed to cancel due to a family illness, they washed their hands of me! When I keep asking about my refund I just get told it will be this month sometime - still waiting and waiting and waiting!!! You have been warned!!!! 👎👎👎

Booked a holiday package to Marrakesh withTH only to find out upon arriving at the hotel that my stay was cancelled the day before. Tried multiple times to ring them on their emergency number but I was being cut off after waiting hours on the phone. Sent them multiple e-mails and still no response. Had to organise funds and pay for the hotel again. I’ve returned to the UK and contacted them and it’s the same story. You’re made to wait for hours only to be cut off. Obviously I’m taking legal action. You guys need to avoid this company like the plague. My ref no TT820497.

I did not want to give teletex holidays 1 star absolutely discussing company. Wait on the line for hours, they cut you off. Just can't get to talk to nobody. Unless your booking a holiday and get someone there strait away to rip you off. Where is the rest of my money teletex holidays or truly trust joke of a holiday firm don't use them. Absolute sh!t show of a company, keep getting told 14 days for my refund, then told 5 days....still no sign, rang back up and was met with the rudest reply as to why its still not been returned and told they couldn't give a time frame (not that they stuck to that any way!!). Never a manager around and I don't know what other route to take!!

This company provides the worst service Iv ever the the miss foot tube of dealing with. Such simple tasks become your long waits whilst a waste of a customer service absent says “I’ll be right back in just going to check something”. My flights got cancelled which is not their fault, so I called them up a and after about an hour of waiting they said I have to call the flight company. Really annoying but hey it’s their “policy” I guess. Called the flight company and they said not a problem and a refund for the flights are in the way. But wait… not to me! The refund is going to teletext!!!!!!! GREATTTT!!!! So I call up teletext and let them know and they said I will have to wait 14 days after my departure date before I get the flight refund. 1 MONTH after my departure date is till haven’t got the refund!!! I call them up after an hour of waiting and I go through a horrid cycle of trying to get them on the phone and stay on the phone and explain what the issue is. Iv heated everything from there flights was not cancelled to returns are not apart of their policy. Absolutely laughable!!! Never use these guys I’m still fighting to get my flight refund and it looks like they got it and are now just refusing to send it back to me. Please guys never use!!!!!

Didn't book my holiday I paid for in full, then requested more money 3 days later as the prices had gone up. Takes hours to get through to anyone. Promise refund, but still nothing.

booked before xmas 2019 for may 2020. then came covid. Moved holiday to sept 2020 but still not allowed to go. cancelled and told to expect refund. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING after about 20 calls I was told to submit my bank details for refund Aug 31st. still NOTHING. I think my next step is small claims court

very poor customer service had to wait for 1 hour to get connected forgot to book flights so i had to pay for.i had already paid when i booked the holiday.the agent i booked with left the company if i hadnt chased up for my booking confirmation i would not have known this.the holiday may have been a little better priced than other companies but believe me it is not worth the stress..avoid i would not recommend. very unhappy traveler

very unprofessional and very rude. promised me a refund on a cancelled holiday numerous times, 4 months later no refund. rip off company. .take too long to answer call and pass you on to different departments. .Do not use this company you will be let down.. red flags from start to finish.. Just read all the reviews you will know the truth. should not be trading!!!!

Very bad costumer service We try to sort out holidays for over an week Waiting over an hour to get throu and someone just hang up on u Its a joke Tried also via e-mail but No answer still Very poor service Any changes with Airlines we had do sort out for our selfs Its a joke
