This is a fraudster company they take your money no intention of paying you back!! all the replies are computer-generated people are wasting hours upon hours on the phone then to be put on hold and then to be hung up on. all you get is we are working on your refund but six months down the line still nothing when I have had email confirmation and also recorded a telephone conversation that my money had been refunded by the third-party in October but have to wait till the end of January 8 months too late !!! The stress and the frustration and the hours wasted trying to get back lawfully is mine have been endless I would advise anybody never ever to book a holiday with teletext holidays until you have read all the reviews that have TT numbers As these reviews are made by Real people And not staff that work there Please please I urge you to read the reviews before you book tt794091

I booked a holiday for June 2020 it was cancelled due to coronavirus. EasyJet confirmed they refunded to teletext, however it’s the end of December and I still haven’t received a refund. Despite contacting them numerous times. I was told to email a refund email and have done so multiple times. Still no refund! SCAMMERS!!!!

TT809901. So we booked a holiday to Dubai from Manchester for Christmas, they only supplied us with 1 E-ticket which only came apparent upon checkin at the airport. They never answer the phone, so we missed our flight. We argued for 2 days then they re-booked us on a flight 2 days later. My partner then struck down with COVID so we never flew. They now are ignoring all calls and emails. However, I’ve now reported them to citizens advice, Atol, The travel network group and now activated a charge back through MasterCard. I have your company details from the accounts you filed at companies house. And should I not receive my money by the end of January. I will commence private litigation.

Still waiting for my £3.5k refund since May 2020. They lie through there teeth, however they have not responded to us since November now.I am getting to the point of whether I will ever get my money back. This is a disgrace.

Disgusting service do not use this company they are liars and cheating thieves They will not give me my refund I’ve been waiting for six months every time you call you get hung up on all their replies are computer generated Their customer service is diabolical do not I repeat do not to book a holiday with this company tt794091

Lying cheating deceiving company do not use them I thought to 6 months my refund hundreds of emails hundreds of messages hours on the phone to then be cut off avoid like the plague Tt794091

Disgusting service this company is full of liars no one there tells the truth I’ve been waiting for my refund since July I was told that get in October I was told in November and get it I was told in December and now saying end of January!!! They were refunded from my holiday on the 2nd of October I have email didn’t of this I also have all recordings from all telephone conversations that I have had for teletext holidays they are pure liars and I would never book holiday with this company ever again and if I was you I would carefully read all the reviews with TT numbers if you want true honest reliable customer reviews tt794091

Company is a shambles , first time ive booked a package holiday in 20 yrs to cover myself , now i cant fly to the canaries as the have banned UK citizens. All i get from customer services the flight is still operating. Obviously for there own nationals or essential travellers. Just fobbed off all the time

Customer service terrible. Dont reply to emails, you can get to sales department easy enough, they will be extra pleasant until they get your money. I won’t ever use them again.

This company is an absolute disgrace, my holiday was cancelled in May and I still haven't received a refund. Everytime I contact I get another story and lied too. What a way to treat customers especially during times when they will need customer satisfaction to ensure the company can continue to trade.

Absolutley terrible company my holiday was cancelled in june and surprise surprise still no refund. Excuse after excuse and lie after lie what they are doing on people is illegall and they know it but karma will catch up with them😡😡

Dreadful Customer Service I was sent to a hotel In Tenerife in October that was closed. I had to pay out for another hotel. Getting in touch with teletext holidays is impossible. I have repeatedly emailed them, if you are not booking a holiday they do not want to know you. I am Now about to have a miserable Christmas because they have not returned the three thousand pounds that I paid them. This company is an utter disgrace.

The worst company I have ever seen in my entirely life. I will advice no one to give this scammers their money. Very bad company and worst customer service you could ever come across. They don't deserve any star ratings and the government should close down the company. They don't pay refunds and give you bunch of lies when booking your holiday with them

Booked a holiday to New York with Teletext just prior to lock downs and travel bans. They were not forthcoming with refund which I was assured wouldn't be a problem when I booked. Fobbed off or couldn't get through to them. They also had the audacity to try and challenge a chargeback request eventhough they were clearly in the wrong. Consumer sites rate Teletext near the bottom out of 70 travel companies for giving customers the refund they are entitled to. Pay a bit extra and book with a properly protected high street holiday agent.

This is most useless organisation I have come across in my entire life, they are so dodgy, unreliable, manipulative, unresponsive and very bad customer relations ( cutting the off the line while engaging with them) I have been trying to get my refund for over 2 months and they have tactically been avoiding the relevant issues, please stay away from this organisation, the regulatory agency needs to step in ASAP. TELETEXT IS A FRAUD.

Avoid at all cost. Still waiting for section 75 to clear with bank. They put everything in your way to stop you getting refund .

The law says they have to provide a refund within 14 days but nothing is being done to persuade them. They have the flight money returned from Ryanair months ago and never paid the hotel cost but still no refund for holiday for 7 booked in January for Majorca in June this year. Why hasnt the government or regulator stepped in to force them to pay refunds!
