Disgusting service and a bad company. Terrible customer service. Avoid. Tried live chat, telephone and email and no reply.

My holiday had to be cancelled unfortunately at the end of May. Easyjet have transferred my flight money back to Teletext over 2 weeks ago, as of yet I still have not received it back. Every time I phone then they hang up on me, if I could give them no stars I would.

I was told my holiday was cancelled 3 weeks ago, still had no written confirmation. I was told the only way I could get a refund was to pay the remaining balance, when I asked why I should pay for a holiday that no longer exists the agent hung up. Had no response from several emails either. Will never use teletext again.

Still trying to get my refund back after my holiday was cancelled over 3 weeks ago. Told to wait until departure date, waited until departure date and then told to wait until end of August. When challenged on the phone the advisor put the phone down as the government HAVEN’T changed their guidelines and by law HAVE to give refunds within 14 days. Will never use this company again, you can believe a word they are saying!!!

Awful company, avoid like the plague... Straight away problems started when I booked. Got a discount towards the end of the deal, little did I know they downgraded my accommodation. Tried to upgrade my accommodation a week or 2 later when I noticed this, even though I was happy to pay more they didn’t want to know. Thank you Prem. Holiday was cancelled by them to due to the COVID19, not they fault at all but they would not refund the money. Only issuing so called credit notes which are as good as toilet paper. Absolutely minimal contact from them, shame on them. Over the past months I have noticed they have been very manipulative with advice groups trying to censor people’s experiences & posting fake reviews where they can. A few friends I know did book a holiday with different companies & they had no problems getting refunds. Those who are having problems speak to your bank, they can be very helpful sometimes.

1 star: Very poor 2 days ago If I could I will leave 0 star. If I could I will leave 0 star. Not sure where to start ... We booked the holiday on Saturday 11/07/20 to Tenerife for 11/08/20 The price was completely different then on their website so we have been charged more. On Sunday the next day I found out that we have been charged more for the flight sits and we have been told that we gonna sits together, where on our booking we are sitting completely apart 😡Unfortunately that's not the worse part .... Because of the situation and after reading all comments and reviews about TT I emailed the hotel in Tenerife to double check if they are open. Guess what? THE HOTEL IS CLOSED !!!!!!!! Everyday we spent hours trying to contact TT regarding our holiday !!!! On Friday after 2 hours we have been told that in 48 h amended team will contact us with the offers ... Is Tuesday today and we heard nothing !!!!!!!!! TT is selling holidays they don ' t exist !!!!!! They don't reply for emails and good luck with call center in India !!!!! All thay are looking for is money and as soon they got it they don't care !!! Disgusting and very disappointing company. Now will have no choice like fight for my money back via chargeback and if needed will take them to small court claim as its ridiculous. AVOID !!!!!

Not giving refunds only credit notes for cancelled holidays, I accept these are difficult times but to refuse refunds until vouchers expire at the end of the year is unacceptable.

I got through on the 12th July, the agent told me if I called back after the 15th July ( due date of my final holiday payment....), they would be able to amend my booking, she insisted it could only be done after the 15th. I've not been able to get through since to amend my booking. I don't intend paying them anything more until I can amend the booking. luckily, my card had expired so they couldn't take it automatically, I have a feeling I will be losing my deposit with this lot. Seems you need some website to access their live chat, I don't have one, all seems too difficult to get support. No response to emails. I would advise not paying them until you get a response.

Shame we couldn’t give minus stars. Our honeymoon ruined , over 30 emails ignored. Over 12 hrs of phone calls just left on hold with no answers in sight and a live chat that just keep telling us to wait. No one prepared to help us. I’m mortified. I would advise everyone to avoid at all cost.

Teletext Holiday should be offered no stars. They do not return any calls or text. Been waiting over a month. My hotel was cancel & refuse to refund me the cost of the flights. Will never book with them again & would not recommended anyone else to.

Do not book with these criminals. Customer service is non existent, they hang up, promise they will call you back. Promised a refund, my holiday was booked for April 26th, still waiting. Worst company ever!!

My holiday has been cancelled. No refund provided. Phone put down on me every time I ring to try and get my money back. Zero communication. They have £2500.00 of my money.

Do not book with Teletext Holidays as they have broke the law and are refusing to refund my cash after more than 120days (law is cash refund within 14 days) 2hr wait on phone, fobbed off told “they don’t have my money someone will call back they don’t” disgusting Company.

These guys are your beat friend before you book after that customer service is non existent. You can’t get through to them, when you do you get cut off more than half the time and the never ever call you back even though they promise. They have taken an extra £500 for my holiday and it’s been 2 months they have still not refunded. I have been promised call backs and over social media but this company is a joke. Stay well away. Don’t do it! Never have I ever been so frustrated with a company. As with those reviews before me, I’ve also been trying to cancel & claim back preferably a full refund but would consider a credit for two holidays booked with them this summer. I have tried calling, emailing and their Live Chat is nothing more than a blank page! For example, Easyjet have already cancelled the flight to Corfu but TT keep sending me emails to get me to check in, duurrrrr! I will endeavour to get my money back and remember NEVER to book with them again.
