“I have to say everything i purchased from temu has always been of a decent quality given the insane low price for their merchandise. I'm not sure about the negative reviews but my experience with temu has always been a good experience. I do agree with one comment about navigating to get the additional discount. Since their price is reasonable already without the discount, I don't frustrate myself trying to apply the additional discount. I've shopped for Birthdays, Christmas, encouragement items. And everyone was please with the items I've purchased for them.”

They lure customers in with promises of numerous coupons and offers, but once you try to use them, you’re bombarded with endless conditions and restrictions. It’s incredibly time-consuming and frustrating to navigate through all the fine print, only to realize that the promotions aren’t as good as they seem. Instead of wasting customers’ time with deceptive marketing tactics, they should focus on providing quality products at reasonable prices. That would go a long way in building trust and a loyal customer base. As it stands, it feels like a complete waste of time.”
“Temu has a wonderful no hassle return policy HOWEVER, the local warehouse sellers are not. I've returned wigs from 2 different local warehouse sellers and they both denied my refund. I eventually got the refund on one. Still waiting for other. Nickgirl is one of the sellers. Don't buy from them!!”
“I have been happy with Temu products and services. I have requested refund 2 times and refund was immediate with my bank applying very next day. (I had entered wrong size twice before items shipped by my own error.)
Overall, I am pleased. I don’t mind waiting 10-12 days to receive. One time was late by 2 days and I was given $5 credit on very next order. People may think negatively buying from Temu be it ‘from China’ or think product inferior, but I can and will say this; if you shop many discount US stores (Walmart etc) you are buying same products but through a middleman. May be different color, but item is same. Oh, and those tv product ads? I saw an item that was $29.95 that I thought my husband would like. Decided to ck Temu first. Identical product…drumroll please…$6.89.

“I haven’t ordered any products due to the outrageous number of complaints. People need to contact the Better Business Bureau which is a government website and make their complaints, and eventually the BBB will step in for them to live up to their advertisements or stop.”
“Missing and extremely delayed deliveries in recent times. I placed an order and the status was "out for delivery" for an extended amount of time past the stated delivery date range. I contacted TEMU and was told to contact the courier directly.. When I contacted the courier, I received an automated message and then was told to contact TEMU. This is causing me to run in circles and I'm no longer at the address due to their extremely delayed service. I requested a refund ASAP and have yet to hear back. I am holding off on any future deliveries until this situation is resolved which is unfortunate as this is time sensitive!”
“When I first started ordering from Temu the items were of good quality. It seems that the more I order the lesser the quality. Clothes are cheaply made. Ordered a sweater, didn't wear it until a month when weather got colder and the entire sleeve was torn. No return because I hadn't noticed in the return time. Items are smaller than usual. But what I don’t like is the fact that when you do order , temu promises discount when you buy, and they do not follow through. There are discounts and coupons every time you order but I never seem to get my bundle coupons or discounts until you order again I’ve ordered three times in a row and still yet to receive any bundle or my free items.”

Worthless stuff ( you'll find better at a dollar general), and sketchy app like buying from a sleazy car salesman. When trying to do returns, they only did a store credit. “Ordered a sofa, a safe and a few other items, before checking out I changed my shipping address, it only changed it for my small items and kept my two large items to be delivered to my parents address. I texted and then asked them to call me... Long story short they said I couldn't change the shipping address the order was already being processed, I'd have to cancel my order and reorder. No one could give me a reason as to why my two large items weren't included in my address change along with my smaller items which all ways placed on the same order and requested for the address change at the same time. Now my sofa and safe will be delivered to my parents house and I'll have to rent a truck and find and pay people to help me move it. #I don't have friends and only my elderly parents so good luck to me! This is going to be such a inconvenience and cost me more, I should've never ordered those items from them and should've just ordered from Wayfair or Amazon. BTW .. they offered me nothing but a raggedy ass apology that means nothing to me.”
