“I have never had any problems ordering from TEMU. Everything i have received was better quality than I thought. I have ordered jeans and the do run in a smaller size. Reordered in a size bigger. They fit perfect and I gave the smaller ones to my sister and they fit her perfect. WIN! WIN!!”
“I usually do not have a problem with TEMU but thos last shipment I ordered 2 sets of 32 PC storage containers each 18.00 but never got both just one. There is no way 2 sets of 32 fit in this small box.”
“I’ve ordered quite a few clothes and other things from Temu. But, I buy with caution. I can say that EVERYTHING I’ve ordered has been delivered, although it can take up to two weeks.
I do not buy large, more expensive items, I primarily stick with clothes, some jewelry, shoes , that sort of stuff.
I have absolutely loved some of my clothes, others not so much, but they are cheap clothes. As far as returns, I’ve never had any problems. I ask for a return label, it’s emailed to me, and as soon as I take the return package to the PO and it’s scanned, it only takes a day to see my refund reflected as a credit. I can say I have been pretty satisfied with Temu.”
“I have never experienced issues or problem while shopping at Temu. I do agree that the quality is not always what we are all expecting to be ,however considering the price I shouldn't complaint . Secondly, I always read the description of the product properly, as couple of time the product arrived was too small ,but again I should not blame Temu for that . “I have had a lot of orders from TEMU. And all have been very nice experiences. Had shipping problems but it was only when it got to USPS. (The right address on the package but delivered to the wrong house.) Temu replaced one order,and it was the fault of the postal service. Not a bad place to order from.”
“Maybe I have been lucky as I have never received broken or damaged items. Always delivered within the 10 days for shipping. Some unusual items, bargain prices on office supplies, survival items, key chains, hand tools and kitchen gadgets.
The sizing on clothing is inconsistent but I think its because the are buying close outs and inconsistencies in sizes is really a universal complaint. Every manufacturer creates their own sizuung measurements.”

“I just read an article about Chinese Merchants being outraged about I t Temu's "Refund w/o Return" policy. Let me give you the answer. It's simple and effective and it will put an end to this BS that Chinese Merchants are screaming about.
SHIP ITEMS IN BOXES!!! when you ship things in ridiculously tightly taped bags, things WILL get broken, corners of metal signs WILL get bent. I'm going to step out on a strong limb and say that 95% of your complaints are that things are damaged and the shipping bags are damaged.
Now, why should the consumer be saddled with paying to ship products back to Temu, in whatever country they were shipped from when the fault is on Temu and HOW they ship purchases?? The tape is SOOOOO tight and anything that goes through the mail handling system is going to get banged around and either damaged or broken.

“I’ve been ordering for Temu for about a year. Most of the products are of adequate quality. Some of the products have dupes on Amazon that sell for twice as much. I have never had a problem with them anything I don’t like they immediately, immediately issue a refund. Actually, it’s the best company I have found for a refund. That being said, I’ve ordered some things that were very cheap and guess what when they arrived they look cheap. Other things were perfectly fine including clothes. I suggest you take the leap. You can’t go wrong for the pricing. I understand that it will take a while to arrive. For me they turn around time has been 2 to 3 weeks usually. It’s worth it to me for the savings. I recommend.”
