“I had heard that Temu was hit and miss. I was cautious and held off any purchases until recently when I bought garden sequetars, electric tooth brush heads and a dress.
The dress was what caught my attention. It looked like it was made of a soft flowing fabric (perhaps a jersey) and that it would hang nicely. When I added it to the cart I chose large because it said “Asian sizing”. The many asian women I know and have as friends are small so I thought my size choice was good.
My package arrived today. I’m happy with the sequetars and the electric toothbrushes BUT the dress was a huge disappointment. It is made of very poor cotton fabric which didn’t hang well when I tried it on and the size is an extra, extra large. It has gone into clothes recycling. I won’t be buying clothes from Temu again and I’m unlikely to buy any of their other products. My $500 plus in free vouchers was a joke.”
“RIDICULOUSLY slow shipping and horrid customer service. I often shop SHEIN and do NOT have issues with my packages taking so long to arrive. ALSO, Temu inundates customers with emails. Good grief……enough is ENOUGH!! Why would I want to keep giving you money when you can’t even get a single order delivered within a MONTH?!”
“Ordered framed wall art and received unframed wall art. Agreed to keep for partial refund. Difference in cost of framed vs unframed is about $40. They gave me a $15.99 refund! Unable to change to $40 so they want me to return the item and pay shipping.
Bad company, bad customer service.”
“Packages have never been delivered and the logistics company is unreachable. TEMU will only reimburse a part so you just end up losing lots of money. Don't be tempted.”
“Not worth the excitement of thinking I am getting a great deal. A few clothing items were okay but any decor or utensil or kitchen item has not been at all like advertised! I ordered shelves that said 36 to 42 wide yeah they expand that wide but they were only about 3 inches deep not at all what they look like in the picture. I ordered a toilet paper roll with a turtle holding the toilet paper and when I got it, it was a picture of a turtle holding a toilet paper roll. It was not even, any picture you could stick to a wall or anything? It was just a rolled up piece of nothing. There were so many things I could tell you that I will never order from Temu again. Every time I get roped in, I get disappointed. I’m done.”
“I was charged twice for one purchase and I kept on trying to sort this issue out with temu unsuccessfully zin the end I gave up But I will never buy from temu again its not safe”

“I have not had a problem with anything until today. A package, using Piggy Expess, was sent to the wrong address. They sent a photo, but it's not my house. Tried to call the shopping company and told a 3 hour wait!! Tried to use their app chat The bot said they would connect me. Half hour later, still waiting”
“I really had no problem with their electronic products (audio jacks, audio cables, etc.). Once I ordered baseballs shorts engraved with my last name. Took some time to arrive but product was as advertised. They have an office on Massachusetts if that helps and customer service can be reached there just outside of Boston. I’ll keep ordering”
“Avoid Ordering Large Items from Temu
I ordered a large, bulky item (home gym equipment) and it arrived broken, I tried to return it and received a return label, but the drop-off locations wouldn’t accept it due to the size. When I called Temu, I was stuck talking to robots who just gave me the same scripted responses and put me on hold said they’d escalate it to a supervisor—but nothing changed. I kept getting automated emails with the same solution, "return for refund" but no real help. Save yourself the trouble—don’t order items from Temu, as their return process is impossible if the object is too big and their customer service is non-existent.”
“THEY STATED THAT THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED AND THEY WERE NOT!!!!!!!!!!! THEN IT HAS TAKEN ME MORE THAN A MONTH OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME THE $$ AND THEY STATE THAT i SHOULD CHECK TO SEE IF THE PACKAGE IS ANYWHERE. THEY DELIVERED IT ON A SUNDAY AND THIS IS AN OFFICE. THE DELIVERY COMPANY LIED BUT MORE THAN THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THEY DONT HAVE ANYONE TO HELP WITH THESE PROBLEMS. SEVERAL EMAILS AND "CHATS" AND THEY STILL SAY THAT THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED.”
