“I am tired of placing orders and almost every order I have items that I have paid for left out of the order, and their “customer service “ is a nightmare to deal with. I have never called them with an issue where I was on the phone for less than an hour and few disputes have ever been settled in a way that was fair to me, nor was there any compensation offered for all of the time that I was left on hold. They are getting ready to loose a long term customer who has made a lot of purchases with them just to receive long hold times, without a proper resolution. As a handicapped individual, I really feel that this company has taken great advantage of me on multiple occasions with correctly reimbursing me for my time or the items that were not sent with my order that I paid for!!!!”
“For a couple of years I kept getting their ads for free items. I decided to place my first order that included all these free items of my choice. Once I placed that order and paid for the one item I quickly discovered I am supposed to get only the item I paid for. I No surprise there but I do feel it is very deceptive advertising - not company I want to do business with. Despite multiple follow-ups with their call center, I was met with complete indifference. The customer service team was unhelpful, ignored my concerns, and showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Even after explaining that the delayed item was no longer useful to me, they refused to cancel the order. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

“I was very disappointed when I didn't receive my refunds. It's difficult to get proper help from staff. I realized I wasn't getting refunds until I checked a couple of times. When I looked at my backwards refund I realized I wasn't refunded, I was told to go to my bank it could be a problem with my bank not receiving refunds which I thought was lame but went to the bank anyway and it was confirmed I didn't receive the refunds. When I queried it with Temu I was told the account was closed and cannot receive the refund. My warning to people check out refunds. Was very disappointed that I lost over R700 from trusting my temu account that showed I received the refunds”

A 11:55pm, they shut off the phone lines without bridging, informing or apologizing. If you are going to do business THE USA, learn the USA mannerisms concerning customer service!!!”
