And then they refused to reimburse us for the shipping even though they told us that they would both on the return page and directly from a customer service agent. Not to mention the products are almost always low quality.”

Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues, including packages that either fail to arrive or are significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery dates. Additionally, the refund process has proven to be unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The notion of receiving a partial refund is particularly confusing, and when I seek clarification, I find the customer service to be unhelpful and repetitive, almost as if I am communicating with an automated system. Given these ongoing challenges, I have decided that I will not continue to shop with this company and am planning to delete the app entirely. “My first two orders I had no issues with. My 3rd order is where the problems started. One item said out for delivery and I never received it. The rest of the order was put on hold as I item was out of stock. Their website says 4 to 11 business days delivery but that must start from the date it is sent out for delivery, lol!
They did sent me a coupon for a future purchase of 20% off but I think after I receive the items or not, I will remove this app. I did have some concerns as when I last went to pay, the options available showed payment options they should not have access too. Buyer beware!”
“Temu sold me mismatched shoes. I sent photos and asked for a refund. They were deliberately deceptively polite but said they could see nothing wrong, in repeated tries. I had to reverse payment through my credit card company who investigated and agreed with me (in one try). Really infuriating and huge waste of time. They must hope the buyer will give up.”
